Bara ett kvarter från stranden gör detta till ett perfekt läge för en avkopplande semester. Schlitterbahn vattenpark ligger en kort 5 minuters bilresa bort med många fler lokala attraktioner. Bara några minuter från JP Luby Surf Park, som erbjuder en fristad för surfing och kiteboarding. Utforska Bob Hall Pier det är underbar plats att fånga solnedgången eller fisken. Ta en vandring på Mustang Island State Park - en av många kustparker i området. Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, Art Museums och Hooks Baseball Stadium ligger cirka 30 minuter bort. Lokala matställen ligger precis utanför dörren. Gå 5 minuter till waterside sportbaren, Boathouse Bar & Grill. Eller kör 3 minuter till fantastiska lokala skaldjur restauranger, också ner vägen är Padre Island Burger Company för klassiska hamburgare. JB: s tyska bageri och café är en utmärkt plats för frukost. Det finns många fler alternativ.

Great get away

I was very impressed with the condo. The pictures are spot on. It was very clean. It really is not that far from the beach. The landlords answered all questions I had. I would recommend this place to all my friends

Annual Family trip

The house was decent. Up stairs bed rooms are nice. Bath rooms are dated. Parking was an issues especially with a large truck. A small vehicle would have no problem. The only parking is in a tiny garage or on the street. Patio and balcony doors need help. Very difficult to open and close. I dont think the cleaning staff cleans very well. But thats probably anywhere you go. Patio was a little dirty. Other than that it was just a place to sleep.

2025 Beach trip

Honestly, when we arrived, we were disappointed to find several issues upon entering the house, to the point that we considered finding alternative accommodations. Tim, however, was very good with communication and promptly addressed a couple of the issues that day, being mindful not to disturb us excessively during our stay. After reflection and prayer, we chose to make the most of our situation.

GREAT PLACE QUIET AND CLEAN!

Not the vacation I was intending on having as the day we were leaving my 13 year old best friend passed. This was supposed to be our time together very bad day but decided to go anyway. This place was supper quiet which I didnt expect and super clean. Got away from the house and was very pleased with surroundings. Will return and try this again looks like a great city to check out. Could not have had better communication and was even allowed an extra night and really needed it.Thanks , Jerry

Weekend getaway

We came for the weekend for a graduation. It was easy to find. We got in early and were able to check in early which was great as we had two little ones with us. Lots of beach toys available in the garage to use and had a wagon we used to walk to the beach both days. The place really had everything we needed for 10 people. I was afraid it was going to feel cramped, but it did not at all! The kids loved the bunk beds! Great vacay spot!

Amazing birthday getaway!

All my son wanted was to go to the beach for his birthday and he couldnt have been halpier! Other than some noisy neighbprs ot was amazing!!! We loved ot amd have decoded to try and make this an annual family trip!! The house was clean and had everything we could have needed. And the owner checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed and things were going well. The only reason we didnt do 5 stars all across is because the fridge dis have a very very strong not so fresh seafood smell. But we did some googling and discovered vinegar would help that and there was actually vinegar in the house so we were eventually able to get rid of the smell but it was pretty strong the first night and morning. And we did have to wash the pots and pans before we used them, even though they came straight out of the dishwasher... Overall for our first ever air B & B experience this was great though and like i said this will be a new annual thing for us.

Spring break

We initially planned on staying for 4 nights but due to the weather we wanted to extend our stay. I reached out to the property manager and he made the process so easy. We enjoyed the townhouse and the pool. We would definitely rent again.

Exactly as expected

Great location, exactly what we wanted for a family get together. There was an issue with the kitchen sink and it was addressed quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice getaway

Overall the place had what we needed or a store close. We enjoyed to short walk to the beach or the quick drive. The wagon and chairs made it nice to take to the beach what we needed. There were lots of little kid beach toys and a nice dome cover in the garage. The pictures were not recent, so we were surprised by how worn & used the home looked. The place was not completely clean, burned out or missing light bulbs, sand in the loft bed, all but 1 board was broke & there were not many towels so we had to wash at the end of every day. Owner was very to quick to respond and very helpful.

Great beach getaway

This condo is a great value for a beach stay. Not fancy or new, but well maintained and priced well. Operated by an excellent owner who truly cares about his guests, you will find comfortable beds, plenty of towels, loads of beach toys, chairs, and wagon available. There is plenty of space here for a large family, with a patio and bbq available out the back door. Only a minute to drive to beach parking, where showers and bathrooms are available. It’s an ideal location, also close to restaurants and grocery shopping. I highly recommend this condo.
