Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad you and your family enjoyed your stay and were able to take advantage of the canal for fishing throughout the day. It's great to hear the home had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. Hearing that you'd stay with us again is the best compliment we could ask for, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon!

The “singing appliance condo” might be our new favorite nickname! 😂🎶 We're so glad you had a great stay—and it sounds like that plunge pool was the STAR of the show! Thanks for mentioning the bathroom sink, too. No apologies needed! We'll make sure our team takes a look. We totally understand the grill suggestion. Unfortunately, due to fire code requirements, a grill isn't permitted. We know a little grilling and pool time would make a pretty great combo! Thanks for choosing Padre Escapes. Between the plunge pool, HUGE TVs, and musical appliances, we LOVE hearing you're already planning to come back!

We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay! A clean and welcoming condo makes all the difference when you arrive for vacation. Thanks for staying with us — we’d love to welcome you back anytime for another Padre Island getaway!

Wow, we’re absolutely thrilled to hear this! Nothing makes us happier than knowing you and your daughter had such a perfect beach getaway. Clean, fresh, comfortable — that’s exactly the kind of stay we hope to provide. We can’t wait to welcome you back for round two of sun, sand, and smiles!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We truly appreciate your honesty and understand how these concerns could impact your stay. We do want to let you know that towels are stocked according to the maximum occupancy of the property, not the length of stay. We also completely understand not wanting to be interrupted while you’re on vacation; however, we have a full team available and would have loved the opportunity to address these concerns while you were here to help make your stay more enjoyable. Regarding the pool, we understand the frustration and want to clarify that it is advertised exactly as it is—an oversized, unheated plunge-style pool. Your comments about the bathroom fixtures, water pressure, lighting, driveway access, and overall setup will be shared with the team, as guest feedback is an important part of improving the experience. Our goal is for every guest to enjoy a 5-star stay with us, and we’re sorry we fell short during your visit. We truly appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and hope we’ll have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Thank you for your feedback and your great review. We do apologize for the electric issue that was not able to be fully resolved during your stay. Thank you for choosing Padre Escapes.
