First glance clean, but carpets are stained as is some furniture. 4 adults and we could not get more than 4 wash cloths or hand towels. Which makes things gross after hiking and having to reuse Desert is cool in the evening, beds only come with light weight coverlet . Better to stay in hotelcoverlet

In the heart of old Scottsdale

Very good location, beds were comfortable kitchen was well stocked everything you needed, living room furniture was not comfortable and very worn out, garbage disposal did not work in kitchen though we only found that out the last night there as we decided to stay in and cook. Biggest complaint was the elevator did not work and I am handicapped and my very small wife had to carry everything up the stairs. The web site should have mentioned that because we would not have stayed there

Great Location

Great location right in the middle of Old Town. The pictures on the listing are spot on. Couple things we did not like the condo had a musty smell to it. You really notice it when you first walk in. We had a guest with us that had a cat allergy and it really affected her. Other things living room tv very hard to get to work tried to mirror our YouTube tv on it but would not connect. Bedroom tv remote no batteries, also the bedding in the master bedroom lacked.

Perfect location, roomy apartment, just what we needed.

We stayed here 3 nights for a wedding 1 mile away. The location was perfect. We loved being right in the mix of everything in Old Town while also having a sense of privacy/quiet at night. Would stay here again without question!

Perfect!

Great spot in downtown Scottsdale. Within walking distance of so many great things. The house was clean, modern and just perfect! Highly recommend staying here. Having Grimaldi’s pizza right below was also convenient and delicious.

Absolutely perfect. Right smack in the middle of downtown Scottsdale. You’re right above Grimaldi’s pizza which is absolutely delicious. We ate it twice during our stay. Apartment was clean, modern and absolutely gorgeous. Parking was easy and close. Area was safe. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again.

Great location in old town

If one wishes to be in easy walking distance of everything Old Town Scottsdale has to offer, this is a great place. And if you like the smell of pizza, big bonus being upstairs in the building with Grimaldi’s Pizza!

Excellent Oldtown Scottdale location

We visited Scottsdale for the Barrett-Jackson auction and wanted to hang out in Oldtown Scottsdale. Great location, included all amenities needed, beautiful and clean condo, easy check in, highly recommend!

Fantastic Location!

The location of this property cannot be beat! Walking distance to all of the best restaurant and bars. The property itself was beautifully updated and furnished. Normal wear and tear on the carpet and bedding, but everything else was in perfect condition! Would 100% stay here again.

Pleasant stay

Wonderful condo

The condominium’s location is perfect - close to good food & activities- right in old town. The place is lovely with a beautiful kitchen & comfortable, lovely bedrooms & baths. Will definitely come back& stay here when in Scottsdale.

Great location

Looks just like the pictures. Great location. Very clean and quiet. Only complaint is the tankless hot water heater. Never really got hot. Lukewarm showers. Everything else perfect.

You Gotta Stay Here!!!

Best location, Very clean, Beautiful, has everything you need and more!!! Uber to Golf walked every where else 20 minutes from Airport..lots of food options in the area.

Property was SO close to everything in Oldotwn Scottsdale. Property was SOO updated and cute. We loved it! We though it might be kind of weird being on top of the pizza place but not at all!!!! And the pizza place had the best pizza too! Would most definitely stay here again!

Old Town Condo

Great location, great property. Plenty of room, and did I mention the location? On the downside, parking can be a bit of a challenge, and they began some exterior work on the building (on a holiday!) near the end of our stay which was a bit of a nuisance. All in all, would certainly stay here again!
