Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located Condo based right in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale! You are a 10 minute walk to some of the best restaurants, shopping, and night life. Relax by the community pool and take in the beautiful AZ sunshine while BBQing with all your friends. This condo is very comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and open concept living space. Fully stocked kitchen for all of your at home cooking needs. Just bring your bags, kick back and relax!

All dwelling units, including vacation rentals and short-term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

Very active in the Phoenix youth sports scene. I spend my weeks working and my weekends in basketball gyms.
