Orcas Island - Panorama Point

Panorama Point är ett älskvärt, stort hus vid vattnet med utsikt över 250 grader upp, ner och över Eastsound, plus alla bekvämligheter som gör en fantastisk semesterbostad. Det har några av de bästa utsikten på Orcas Island på grund av dess läge vid vattnet. Tillträde till stranden är enkelt med 450 "skönhet vid vattnet.

Det stora vardagsrummet, matplatsen och köksfönstren kombineras för att få panoramautsikten inomhus. Med utmärkt tillgång till vattnet, gör detta medelstora bankhem att gå på klipporna och stenstränderna vid lågvatten. Men vattensidan däck är det ställe du vill vara. Ett nytt matbord och stolar utomhus är den perfekta finishen på detta expansiva däck.

Inuti, förutom det stora rummet på första våningen, ger detta hem två sovrum på nedervåningen, vardera med extern direkt tillgång till däck och bekväma queen size-sängar. Dessa sovrum delar badrummet i nedre hallen som också fungerar som gästbadrummet. Tvättstugan ligger också på första våningen nära köket .. På tal om köket har ägarna installerat alla nya apparater i tid för 2019 roligare att vara kock i detta kök nu.

På övervåningen är sovrummet med mer utsikt över Eastsound och en ny king size-säng. Det finns också ett litet loftbäddsområde öppet mot de stora fönstren i rummet nedan, som ger en dubbelsäng och delar över badrummet på övervåningen. Det finns också ett underhållningsrum på övervåningen med en Internet-ansluten Smart TV och bekväm loungesoffa, även om utsikten utanför är det osannolikt att någon kommer att spendera mycket tid på att titta på TV.

Panorama Point ger utmärkt integritet från grannar och en sådan nådig miljö för att njuta av underbara Orcas Island.

Liksom med många hus vid vattnet på öarna, har Panorama Point medelstora strandvatten och har avfall mellan huset och vattnet. Föräldrar till små barn bör noga övervaka alla barn när de bor i detta hem.

So beautiful and quiet

The view and the deck are simply breathtaking. Comfortable bed in the primary bedroom upstairs with nice reading lamps. Lighting downstairs was good and the kitchen was nicely equipped. The wood burning stove was easy to use and the location was great -- about 15 minutes to Eastsound. Such a relaxing, rejuvenating place to stay.

Beautiful home offering breathtaking views. Well stocked with books and games.

Every bedroom had a fantastic view of the water so no one felt shortchanged. Sitting on the deck enjoying the view was very relaxing. Well stocked with books and games. Good location and very peaceful. Look forward to staying here again.

Peaceful place on the water

This house was perfect for our family group of five. The views were excellent and we had the special chance to see a group of Orcas go by across the channel. While we had some good meals in town, staying at the house to cook and eating outside were some of our favorite memories. Would love to visit here again.

Beautiful and well equipped

The view is absolutely stunning. We even got to experience a rainbow shortly after arriving. The house is well-stocked, both with kitchen appliances as well as games. It was perfect for our two families.

Best water view ever.

The property was clean and tastefully furnished. Lots of space for a property that was advertised as three bedrooms. Every room except bathrooms had a water view. Incredible views that gave you the feeling of being on a boat, without having to worry about winds, tides, or fuel. Hope to stay here again soon.

great base for exploring Orcas with family

wonderful house and location right on Eastsound. Minutes to town. The views from the deck are amazing, and we were greeted daily by 'Eddy' the harbor seal checking up on us :-) . Filled the house with 8 family members and it worked out great. Beds were comfortable, and we able to all sit around the big table with a bit of shuffling. Tide pools are amazing. WIth mostly sunny weather it was the type of vacation that makes one consider moving there! Would recommend the house for sure.

Lovely Spring Break

Our group had a wonderful time at this house. The layout was perfect for us especially that Teens had their own space. Super comfy beds, the kitchen was well provisioned, and everything felt very clean. The location felt very convenient to getting around the island. The view on the deck was amazing. Weather was gray and misty but we still felt like we had plenty of scenics to enjoy.

Fantastic views! Rain or shine!

Beautiful views! Lots of space for family of 6. Comfortable beds! Games and lots of books to read. Enough dishes! Easy access to explore tide pool although we didn’t. Small room for improvement: although cut-up wood was on property, it was damp and we couldn’t utilize the wood burning fireplace. It would have been nice if they had left this indoors for guest use. Overall, would stay here again and would recommend it.

Had an amazing time at this property. The view is absolutely amazing and the neighborhood is quiet and secluded. Everything was sparkling clean and check in/checkout was a breeze. If I ever do another Orcas Island vacation I would stay in this property over and over again !

Whales, seals, starfish!

My family(ages 12-87) stayed here and had a wonderful time! The house sits on a beautiful property right on the water. The floor to ceiling windows allow you to see the water at all times. The open living space to the kitchen was great for visiting. The kitchen is a bit small but totally worked for 2 cooks . The vast windows made up for it. The deck right off the living space was great for overflow. We spent a lot of time on the deck watching for sea life. We had an Orca swim right up to the house on our visit evening. We saw seals every day that we were there. We were able to go down to the shore for tide pooling. It was a bit steep and rocky to get down to shore but fine for all of us but my 87 year old mother. While tide pooling, we saw dozens of large starfish. We saw the first purple starfish I’ve ever seen in my life! Amazing! The bedrooms were all very comfortable and had windows to the water. The only TV in the house is upstairs but that was totally fine for us. Lots of games and tons of books at the house. Great music system I used with my phone. Internet was pretty good there except when I tried to stream a show to my phone in upstairs bedroom. Plenty of towels for our stay. Half of deck was under construction but the important part was perfect. Had plenty of seating on the deck and a gas grill. Short drive to town/grocery store. Plenty of parking at the property. I absolutely loved this property and would stay here again!

We loved the deck and searching for sea glass during low tides on the beach below the house. We saw tons of wildlife too; hummingbirds, seal, and a bald eagle.

Beautiful but Not quite as expected

The house was immaculate and has gorgeous views and beds are comfortable. But it lacks amenities (not enough plates or wine glasses - just six and hence can’t do lunch and dinner without washing). The deck is half in repair and only partially usable so not as advertised and the fireplace is not usable either due to repair which would have been nice on a couple of cooler nights. There is no ‘card table’ fold out we could have used to set in the deck or puzzle. There was no deck furniture to be able to sit outside and enjoy. The beach is a bit treacherous to access for my older parents (climb down a hillside with rocks) but they managed a couple of times. Since we spent quite a bit of time exploring the island and not at the house I still give this a High rating. The house wood work is beautiful, the large windows are graced by bald eagles flying by. We watched seals peeking their heads up at us. The location is perfecto explore all parts of the island. The town of east sound is close enough to run to for dinner take out. It they fix the deck, add some furniture to it, increase the cutlery and fix the fireplace this house is ready to be awesome.

this home was so well located and had great views everywhere we looked. plenty of room, comfortable beds and nice and clean. it lacked much seating on the deck which was the gem of the property. wished the fireplace worked. we had a big pod of Orcas visit for 30 minutes right in front of the house. it was a highlight!

December Getaway

My family and I had a great time at this house. It was extremely clean, very comfortable, and the views are just jaw dropping. We lucked out weather wise during our stay, so were able to enjoy the sun in the PNW in December. I can only imagine that this house in the summer is a stunner. From the deck we watched birds, including bald eagles, seals, and even a sea otter!! It was just magical. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
