Kom och njut av denna vackert renoverade pool vid havet i hjärtat av Bonita Springs. Varje rum i detta hem har renoverats inklusive en helt ny privat uppvärmd pool under en ny skärmad Lanai. Kom och titta på vackra solnedgångar från de bästa stränderna i FL.

4 sovrum inklusive 2 master sviter med privata badrum. Nya king size-sängar i master sviterna och nya queen size-sängar i de andra. Varje rum har sin egen takfläkt och inbyggda garderober.

Köket är helt nytt hela tiden - apparater, diskar, disk etc. Du kan också grilla din middag utanför på en ny gas-BBQ.

Detta hem ligger precis vid vattnet och den helt nya bryggan är perfekt för fiske, solbränna eller lansera en kajak i vattnet.

Platsen är en kort promenad eller cykeltur till livsmedelsbutiker, restauranger, Starbucks och många andra butiker. Bara en kort bilresa eller cykeltur till Floridas bästa stränder.

Wonderful stay

Clean house with a great layout. Enjoyed the water toys and fishing from the dock. Really nice to have a bridge in the garage as we stayed over Easter. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Love this neighborhood - really friendly neighbors.

Wonderful place!

Highly Recommend

We stayed with our young children and had an incredible stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Bonita Springs area. The house was well stocked, very clean, and access to the pool was perfect for our family. We hope to be back.

Golf vacation to Bonita Springs

A covid-delayed golf vacation to the Bonita Springs/ Naples area which has been well known to me for 30+ years and over that period a regular visitor. The property was chosen due to its close proximity to everything, and provided a convenient base for the trip with space for everyone.

Happy Place

This home was a perfect place to stay for month in Bonita. The location was ideal and the quiet neighborhood was welcoming. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and four bedrooms with a pool was great for kids and grandkids. The owner was always available when needed and very kind and thoughtful. A very happy place!

A lovely holiday and beautiful property

We had an amazing holiday. The house was superb - spotlessly clean, well furnished and very comfortable. Pool was wonderfully warm and we spotted having the deck and spotting the dolphins in the canal. Great location close to amenities. Owner was easy to deal with and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely recommend

Loved this house.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything you needed. Beautifully decorated clean home. Having the dock for fishing and kayaking was a major plus. very close to food stores as well as retail areas. Short distance from the beach. We would definitely consider renting here again.

Lovely home and convenient

We loved our stay at this home. Dana was great with communication and made everything quick and easy. The home was stocked with everything we could want or need for a day at the beach, pool, or even around the house. The neighborhood was great, and the house was conveniently located. OUTSTANDINGLY BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY

This is an exceptionally nice property in Bonita Springs Florida. The house is very clean, modern and well equipped with everything that a family would need to relax and have a memorable time. The neighborhood is quite and the area has plenty of things to do. The property and location is extremely well suited for a family of young adults (like ours). There are many restaurants, stores and outlets.

Excellent rental exactly as described

My wife and I have been renting through Vrbo for the last 20 years. We’ve come to understand what makes for a great rental. This place checks all the boxes. Clean, updated, and well stocked with all the necessities for a great vacation. This is a smaller home, 1600 ft.², but it’s well worth the price. Perfect for a family or 4 to 6 adults.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have been traveling to Bonita Springs, FL for many years and we wanted to buy a property in this particular neighborhood. It is safe and very close to everything (the beach, restaurants, shops, malls). Our top requirements were to be on the water, have a private swimming pool and we wanted to be very close to the beach. Whenever we're at Our Happy Place, we always watch the sunset from the beach - it is the highlight of the day!! To us, this is one of the best places in the world that we've traveled and/or lived.

When you drive into our neighborhood, you will see an amazing palm tree lined street with beautifully maintained homes and gardens. Everyone is very friendly and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.
