the host of this property and the property itself is AMAZING for anyone and especially for family or multiple families traveling together. Pictures don’t do justice to it. It feels like home right away and host is responsive, empathetic, reasonable, and you can’t ask for more when dealing with the a host. If I could I would give her more than 5 STARS! Close to everything, the neighborhood is private and respectful. You have everything you need here! I would stay at any of her properties because it’s her! I’m coming back here anytime I visit and I’m dealing with only HER! She gave us recommendations on anything we asked, and she is thorough and tries to bend as much as a person can bend!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Overall, a very positive experience—we would definitely stay here again! The owner was most accommodating we really appreciated it.

Wedding Weekend

We stayed Fri-Mon for our wedding weekend and everything was just perfect! It made for a stress free and relaxing weekend! The owner, Valerie, was so nice through the entire process and stay. Not to mention her home is very pet friendly! We would highly recommend.

Be Careful

I only stay at highly rated accommodations because I wish to avoid issues. To set the stage, my older parents (92,93) live(d) in the area so I was here with out of state family and dear friends who were coming for a Celebration of Life event for my father who passed in December of last year.Yes, I had family and friends over to this house at 2:30 - 5:30 PM after the formal event. Only close family and friends - 7 additional cars, all parked in the driveway or on the street. No loud music, no neighbor complaints. I sent the host a message well beforehand outlining our plans and asking for permission. Unfortunately, the host did not respond before the end of the COL (2:00 PM) so I asked the close friends and family to come over for a short time during the afternoon.The host will tell you we used the pool and hot tub without authorization. I told her before that we might use the hot tub, which is all we used. The host will say our use of the hot tub caused problems. I will only say exactly what I told her. I have had in ground pool and spas at my homes for over 30 years and know very well how they work and know I in no way incorrectly used or did anything manually. I only used the menu system on the control panel.I wish I understood why this host is keeping my deposit and trying to charge me another 1,000. It is very disheartening at a very sad time in my life.

Poor

Property was ok but dealing with host was difficult. There were issues at check-in and the worst part is if you wanted pool heat or the spa on you had to contact the host to turn it on remotely. I never experienced that before. We missed out on a great deal of pool and spa time because responses were nonexistent or very delayed. We had kids and the biggest part of the stay was enjoying the pool and that did not happen.

Bonita Springs Vacation

This was a beautiful home with an amazing swimming pool and jacuzzi. There was so much room for everyone and so many supplies available to us. Valerie was always available by text and very responsive. There were nine of us including a 4 month-old baby. This was the best vacation our family has ever had!

We absolutely loved staying at this house for 10 days! It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The linens in all the rooms were fresh and clean, and the mattresses were unbelievably comfortable – ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen was a standout feature, fully stocked and even overstocked with quality utensils, dishes, and cookware. Ms. Valarie truly went above and beyond by providing high-quality pots, pans, and dishes, which made cooking meals during our stay feel effortless and enjoyable. Every detail in this home reflects quality and care – nothing felt cheap or overlooked. Plus, the toiletries were fully stocked, which was such a thoughtful bonus. This house exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed getaway. It’s a perfect 10/1

Gorgeous Bonita Home

This home is absolutely fabulous - beautiful inside and out, beautiful decor, very well equiped and close to shopping, beaches, great restaurants. Great open floorplan with plenty of room for my neices family of 5. The pool was wonderful and kept at perfect heated temp of 85. Thanks so much to the host/owner - she was wonderful at replying to questions very quickly. Will definitely grab this wonderful home the next time my neice and her family come to visit - it was perfect!!!

Great location! Lots if space

House was very clean, great location, close to all major roadways. Not part of a development, situated on a quiet side street. Biggest disappointment was the jacuzzi hot tub wasn’t working. House could use bathroom updates, and some work around the pool area. Lots of kitchen and paper products supplied, but only 1 hairdryer. Owner very responsive.

Nice property, great location

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Bonita. It's in a great location on the canal; we really enjoyed our time outside each morning! The home was also really close to family in the area, which was another added bonus. Big, spacious home with plenty of room for our entire family. We used the new washer/dryer before checking out, which was great. We had a couple of glitches upon entering the property but Valerie was helpful right away. Internet was a tiny bit spotty but nothing major. Additionally, some of the items in the listing were not available like a grill and gym equipment, but it wasn't make or break for our stay.

Wonderful House

We opened the front door and said Wow, what a beautiful house! The owner has decorated it as if she were to live in it, with light, neutral background and occasional, fun beachy accents. The kitchen is outstanding for a large group (13), with 2 ovens, large refrigerator, dishwasher and space to spread out. Two dining areas worked perfectly for our group, seating 7 and 13, allowing the 6 grandkids space to eat together, and also to have a space for games and cards during our not so great weather. If they all come back in the future, they want us to rent it for them again!

Awesome vacation at Bonita Springs

Spent a week in April at this amazing property with my family. This property is close to Bonita beach and about 30 min to Naples Pier. The house is well maintained and it has everything you can possibly want. The kitchen is spacious and is well stocked with all gadgets if you like to cook. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella are provided as well. Liked the pool as well- was a bit on the colder side at the beginning due to colder nights, but the owner heated it up for us to be comfortable. Overall, we had a great time and recharged out batteries with Vit D in sunny FL.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY

VERY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. I DEFINITELY WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. IT WAS REALLY NICE THAT THERE WERE CONDIMENTS FOR US INSTEAD HAVING TO GO BUY ALL OF THEM. EVERYTHING WE NEEDED WAS AVAILABLE.

Comfortable and Convenient

We had a wonderful 6 weeks at the mansion. It was very comfortable and the location is very convenient. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and sunning in the yard. Valerie was a great host who helped solve any issues we had and was knowledgeable and prompt. We would highly recommend this rental in the Bonita Springs area.

Fun “Frog” House

My two grandsons called it the “Frog House” because we saw one frog outside and many frog decorations inside. In the morning the three year old would wake up and say, “I just love this house!” Beautifully decorated. Walking distance to a fun park, ice cream, and grocery stores! Neighbors very friendly!

Beautiful place, great location, great owner!

Had a great stay in October. House was accurately described in the listing (even nicer than it looks in the pictures!). Check-in process was seamless, extremely clean with very comfortable beds. Everything you'd need in the kitchen is there. Valerie was a text message away and very responsive. It's a great location in Bonita Springs - if you were to book a similar house in Naples, it'd cost you twice the price. Highly recommend!

Spacious, well-appointed home

I have rented many VRBO homes and this home was very enjoyable! It was very clean, had plenty of towels, beach towels, dishes, etc., had a travel crib for our 18 mo old and plenty of space for 4 of us. It can definitely easily accommodate more people. However, the one bedroom downstairs needs to use the powder room and/or the master bedroom bathroom as there is no other bathroom on the main floor. This was not really that inconvenient for us. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have their own bathrooms. The kitchen was very stocked with every type of serving dish, utensils, plates, etc. that you could want. It has a regular coffee pot and a Keurig to choose from. The pool would be a little small for a large group but worked well for the 4 of us and a baby. The house is very conveniently located down the street from a Publix grocery store as well as a Fresh Market. It is a very quick trip to 2 different beaches but be ready to pay $10 a day for parking. The only thing we were disappointed in was the small number of restaurants with waterview dining. The food at most of the restaurants was not that great and was overpriced of course (always in a tourist area!) The area was very quiet and it was wonderful sitting out on the screened-in lanai at night. There are tiny mosquitoes at night so the screened in porch was utilized a lot. For families with small children, the backyard is open to the waterway - no fencing on that back side. But it appears the canal is not very deep. We enjoyed our last evening ordering food from a local restaurant and eating it on the patio overlooking the waterway. It was cheaper and better than any of the restaurants we had gone to. Overall, it was a very nice home - which our daughter called a mansion. Would stay here again!

I FOUND MY DREAM ULTIMATE VACATION HOME BEING LOCATED ON THE IMPERIAL RIVER HAVING A SWIMMING POOL AND A FENCED IN BACKYARD WITH 3300SQFT CUSTOM HOME AND BEAUTIFUL FURNITURE THE MOMENT I OPENED THE FRONT DOOR I WAS HOOKED AND CLOSED ESCROW. I HOPE YOU ENJOY THIS SPECIAL SPECTACULAR PROPERTY AS MUCH AS I DO.
