4 sovrum, 2 1/2 badrum nyrenoverade bostadsrätt i ett 1860-talets cederträ viktoriansk hus, ett kvarter från stranden! Det finns inget bättre ställe att varva ner och hitta lite lugn vid havet - oavsett vilken tid på året. Första våningen består av ett pulverrum och ett stort gemensamt område med fullt utrustat kök med bänkskivor i kvarts och rostfria vitvaror, en matsal med plats för 8 och ett bekvämt och rymligt vardagsrum med en öppen spis och en TV. Andra våningen sovrum har ett sovrum med massivt trä byggt i möbler, en king size-säng, TV och en gas spis. Det stora sovrummet har också en egen balkong som är perfekt för ditt morgonkaffe och ett privat badrum med jacuzzi och duschkabin. Också på andra våningen hittar du två mer välutrustade sovrum som delar ett hall badrum, ett med en queen size-säng och ett med två tvillingar. Ytterligare sova för 2 är på en tvillingbäddsrum och rulla i sovrummet på tredje våningen som också fungerar som en annan TV-sittgrupp och privat komma undan. Sovrummet på tredje våningen, som har takfönster och utsikt genom fönster som vetter mot tre riktningar, nås genom sovrummet. Privat veranda område ger coola havsbrisen och en plats att varva ner i slutet av dagen. Central A / C. Fall Cape May getaway

Stayed here over Columbus Day weekend and the place was perfect! Very clean, easy to check-in and a modern living space. Location is great - super close to the beach and promenade and a quick walk to Washington Street Mall. The host was very friendly and responsive and I would 100% stay here again!

Great for a family, so close to the beach!

Great place for a family to stay in a very clean and updated place with lots of convenient amenities to be comfortable. Kitchen and living room are great for the family to hang out. Love the outdoor shower, outdoor storage for provided beach equipment, good WiFi and AC. Great communication with owner.we stayed with small kids and it was good for them. Only drawback is the fourth bedroom you must access through the master. Best part is how close it is to the beach!

Return to Cape May

This was our second trip to Cape May, but our first staying at this property. It was perfect. The location is ideal.One short block to the beach made it an easy walk for short or long visits to the ocean. Plenty of space, and a nice sized kitchen. Also a locked outside storage bin where we could leave our chairs/etc (and where the owner provided a cart and some other materials)> We were very comfortable, and it was family friendly. Perfect for us (2 families, each with one kid). Would definitely stay here again.

Fall in Cape May

Very nice property. Owner supplied many extras like hand soap, dish soap, tissues, dishwasher pods and more. It felt like we were borrowing someone’s home, rather than just renting a place to sleep. Decorations were homey and overall a great property and location.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home close to the beach!

We had a wonderful time at this rental property. The location is perfect - just 1 block from the beach - and the house itself had plenty of room for my family and my inlaws. The main level was great for gathering, and everyone had their corner of the house to retreat back to at the end of day. We're looking forward to staying here again.

Family escape

Beautiful unit with great layout for a family. Very very close to the beach and entrypoint which makes for easy access and close enough to stop back to the house during a beach day for bathrooms etc. Beach cart and chairs offered with storage unit making packing much easier. Our second time visiting and would highly recommend !

Great location

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was clean, comfortable and perfectly located for walking to town and biking everywhere. The beach was just a short stroll down the block from the front porch. However there are three minor upgrades that would make it a five star property. 1- install a clothesline in the back or side yard for hanging towels and bathing suits or even a retractable line across the shower and tub. There was literally no where to hang anything. 2- ceiling fans in the bedrooms and common room. Wonderful ocean breezes came down Jefferson Ave but without fans we couldn’t circulate that lovely air. 3- room darkening shades for the third floor bonus room skylights. It was a lovely large room but the afternoon sun turned it into a greenhouse and the a/c could not keep up. With these fixes the house would be practically perfect. It’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Cape May.

Great weekend getaway

My family (5 and 8 YO) had a great time here. We were off season, but still so much to do. The property owner was helpful with suggestions and very pleasant to communicate with. We had a minor snafu with the check-in process but we were able to work through it and didn't let it delay our good times. Thankfully the boardwalk arcade was still open. It's in a great location even for off-season but I can see if you're there during Beach time, this is the place to be. It's a wonderful neighborhood with proximity torestaurants and just far enough away from the busier downtown where it's an easy walk, but without the noise and traffic. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Property/Great Location

This is a great two-level apartment just one block from the beach and close to the heart of Cape May. 4 adults, one kindergartener and a toddler enjoyed the place very comfortably for a long weekend. Check-in was a breeze, everything was clean on our arrival, and the location can’t be beat — close enough to walk easily to the heart of Cape May, but a little removed for a quiet evening. Highly recommend.

Block from the Beach!

Stayed with my family of 5 (3 YOUNG kids) and my parents for a week. The house is exactly as advertised. Rebecca was a wonderful host even checking in on us after hearing about the remnants of Hurricane Ida hitting New Jersey (but largely avoiding Cape May). Best part was being one short block from the some of the best beaches in the world. This can't be overstated.

Perfect family beach house

Beautiful place; great location 1 block from beach; Rebecca is an extremely responsive and helpful owner. The place has ample storage for bikes and beach stuff. Great front porch . Well-designed kitchen. Fantastic kitchen table that seats 8. Comfortable family room with large sectional sofa. Would highly recommend and hope to stay there again in the future.

We fell in love with this property because it offered the ideal combination of the old Victorian feel that Cape May is so well known for, with a brand new remodel and all the comforts of home! It’s location simply can’t be beat — 1 block from the beach, 1 block to restaurants, and only 6 blocks to the Washington Street mall.
