Rum pÄ översta vÄningen har havsutsikt, 2 enkelsÀngar, klÀdkammare, byrÄ, badrum, platt-TV och DVD-spelare. Tredje sovrummet pÄ lÀgre nivÄ har havsutsikt, en dubbelsÀng, byrÄ, platt-TV och DVD-spelare. Stort öppet vardagsrum med tillgÄng till balkong vid stranden. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. My one thought though is that renters of a certain age be aware of all the steps due to the multiple levels in the property. I should have realized that but that is my fault for not paying attention when browsing the pictures. For the others in the family they all loved the place.

Cape May Sweet Spot

Stayed at Philadelphia Beach Condo this weekend with family (6 adults + 1 two year old) and it was excellent. Right across from beach, 10 minute walk to shops/restaurants, clean and comfortable. Our host Melinda insured a seamless check-in/checkout and had some great suggestions. Would stay there again for sure.

The view and comfort worth the trip!

Ideal location and view of the beach. Property layout convenient and comfortable. It was nice to have the use of beach chairs and bikes while we were guests. Walkable to all town restaurants, bars and mini golf. Looking forward to another stay.

Girlfriend weekend

Property was great- beautifully decorated and spacious. Sitting in the sunshine on the balcony, hearing the waves was our favorite spot. 5-10 minute walk to everything but nice and quiet and away from everything when you come back.

Perfect place to rent!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described in the listing and we loved being able to see the ocean right outside. Melinda did a great job with ensuring our stay was seamless and all of the instructions she provided were very clear. We also liked that it was less than a 20 minute walk to get to the heart of Cape May. We hope to return again in the future.

Five Star Cape May Vacation

My friends and I were very happy with our stay at this clean and beautiful condominium. The owner is gracious and accessible when needed. Most attractions are within walking distance and the views of the ocean cannot be beat. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property and hope to return in the future.

Winter Break in CapeMay

Nice property. Very clean and well maintained. I went down for 2 days, I slept in the main bedroom, the bed was firm, which is great for my back. It was even warm enough to to use the bikes in the garage.

Comfortable inviting space for girls weekend

The location was convenient to the beach and some restaurants yet the area was quiet. The condo was nicely decorated and felt very beachy. Fully stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook a meal. Toilet paper, napkins, kitchen towels and paper towels provided. Took us a few minutes to open the front door, didn’t realize we needed to turn the bolt knob and door knob. Once we figured it out it was a breeze. Parking was behind the building and easy to access. The deck off the living area was a nice spot to sit, have morning coffee, read or enjoy a glass of wine at night while watching the ocean. We had a small issue and property owner responded right away. There are a lot of stairs and might not be good for everyone. There is an adorable bedroom and half bath right up from the front hallway. TVs in each bedroom is a plus. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Our trip to Cape May was made even better by our stay at the condo. The location is perfect and the access to the beach as well as the views of the beach and sunrises were amazing. The condo is beautiful. We did have a little struggles with the door and just getting comfortable with the keypad. The first floor twin Has a pull out which would’ve been difficult to use if we had the six person but since we were just fine, it worked out fine I may have missed that on the website.

Great location- we walked across Beach Rd every day for a walk on the beach! Owner recommended a great restaurant and was very helpful. Rental unit was comfortable and beautiful. We would like to return!

We have several generations that have been coming to Cape May so being at the beach is in our blood. Linda grew up in Wayne, PA and Bruce in Haddonfield, NJ. Linda spent her childhood in Cape May with her family and Aunt who had property in town. We have lived in Bucks County, PA for almost 40 years. We were fortunate to have a beach house for our two girls to spend their summers at and began renting as they became older and schedules became busier. We now have our four grandchildren enjoying the beach with us. Cape May has a lot of meaning to our family and we are happy you have chosen to view our property and have us open our home to you.

Melinda, Bruce and Linda's daughter has moved to South Jersey and lives with her husband Russ, who live near Ocean City, NJ with their two little ones. They maintain the property and handle the rentals. We are always available during your stay to help with any issues that may arise.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Being able to walk across the street and be at the beach is wonderful! Especially with little ones and many strollers, and beach toys it's perfect for the family who doesn't want to drive to the beach. It's a great luxury to be so close to the beach and walking distance to the center of town but enough distance to enjoy quiet evenings.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Beach and ocean views from all rooms. When the weather is not too hot or cold, it is great to have the windows open and listen to the waves crashing. Fall asleep at night listening to the waves crashing on the beach. Our porch is great to sit and enjoy your coffee in the morning and relax with a glass of wine after a long day at the beach. Installed Winter 2020- gas fireplace with remote, great for winter getaways. Convenience is key and when you are sitting on the beach and nature calls or you forgot to bring something, the condo is only a quick walk across the street.
