Nice location and property

We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the beaches, restaurants. The unit was not very clean and the amenities were a little lacking. Otherwise, it was fine if you can get a decent price. It’s not fancy but comfortable.

Clean, quit well managed

Had a wonderful stay. Room came equipped with everything needed. Griunds were very well kept and quit location. Was a bit of a walk to beach but overall wonderfu stay, woild definitely return.

Functional but not great

Two beds, kitchenette, bathroom and a tv on a dresser; that truly is what this unit offers. For 2 adults and a young one, we struggled with inability to hang dry clothes...after all your on the seaside and in a unit with a pool, you are going to use towels and bathing suits.

Floor not perfectly clean. Great environnement. Safe. We would have appreciated to have a sofa...but it's okay. The price a little high for the season because June not busy at all in the area.

A Hidden Gem—Comfortable, Clean, and Misrepresented by Some Reviewers!

Do not believe everything you read! We just returned from a 4-night stay in this condo, and I felt compelled to set the record straight. I nearly passed on this place because of some of the reviews—and I’m so glad we took the chance. In short? This place is DOPE (as my Gen Z nephew would say). My husband and I (both in our 50s/60s) found the condo bright, immaculate, and comfortable. Let’s address the elephant—or should I say, the allegedly shrieking bed—in the room. The reviews had me bracing for sleep deprivation and orthopedic trauma. In reality? The beds were perfectly fine—better than average in my well-traveled opinion. No creaking, no groaning, no waking the dead. And believe me, with two hip replacements, I’m picky. We slept soundly, windows open to the night air laced with salty marsh, beach rose, and linden. The condo was thoughtfully stocked: quality linens, plenty of fluffy towels (including four beach towels), and a small but efficient fridge that held drinks and lunch fixings. The AC unit cooled the place quickly, but honestly, we mostly enjoyed the ocean breezes. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better—minutes from Moody and North Ogunquit beaches, and steps (I mean, steps) from the beautifully maintained pool surrounded by lush perennial gardens. In fact, we almost wished we’d spent more time at the pool instead of braving the icy Atlantic. Everyone we met was warm and welcoming—many were owners who clearly love and care for this special little community. In summary: 5 out of 5 stars. For the price, you will not be disappointed. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you to the owners for creating such a lovely getaway.

Great Location,

It is located near the Ogunquit town line, not too far from Footbridge Beach. It was clean upon arrival, with a decent kitchenette and plenty of towels. However, some bath towels we not clean and had dirt and hairs stuck to them. The bathroom flooring had some strange bubbles/wrinkles, possibly from a toilet leak. Also, the beds were very loud and squeaky and one was uncomfortably saggy in the middle. All in all, we did enjoy our stay and did sleep well enough. The complex was quiet at night which was a plus.

Friend get away

My friend and I had a wonderful get away from our hectic lives and we enjoyed ourselves. Many beaches and highly rated restaurants close by. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was also very clean and it was nice to have some shady spots to read a book. We will definitely be back.

Would have been good except...

Unfortunately, the beds in this room were horrible. Not the comfort level, but the noise they made when moving around or getting up during the night. I could have handled some squeaking, but this was extremely loud creaking.... Waking every one up all night long. I have never heard anything like it.... So hard to describe. So extremely loud... Creaking and groaning. Needless to say, we all woke tired every day. It's really too bad, because the room and the grounds were nice enough. We had planned to stay again next year until we missed so many night's sleep Because of the bed situation, we will no longer stay there in the future.

Good location and nice premises

We liked our stay in condo 8. Will probably be back. Pros: location, clean, nice pool area, beach towels. quiet, friendly Neighbours . Cons: noisy beds (but comfy), body towels leave lint when trying to dry off. Bathroom floor as ripples and toilet needs to be fastened (it moves a lot). Had a bit on an issue getting the wifi to connect but everything worked out fine. We wrote the right network and pswrd behind the door on the instruction sheet.

Convenient studio for beach getaway

This studio at Holiday House is in a good condition and seems to be recently renovated. I can confirm that the chain lock requested by a previous reviewer has been installed. The layout is basically like a typical hotel room, but with a kitchenette. The one thing that still needs improvement are the mattresses. They are hard and very noisy when anyone moves on them. The unit was very clean and quiet. Check-in was easy since we got a email containing the lock code and all of the necessary information prior to arrival.

Very Nice for the Price

The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Only complaint is there was not a deadbolt or chain lock on the inside for us to secure. I had to barricade door with a chair to keep my toddler from wandering outside on her own. For safety reasons this should be repaired. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Nice space!

This is a great space for a couple with two kids, but we were four adults for four days and it was tight. The place was re-furbished, clean with nice appliances. Can't beat the location and the pool is heated.

Wells Maine Vaca

Great location close to our friends and family and was able to get anywhere we needed to go by bike. Only downside was both of the beds were uncomfortable and anytime someone rolled over the springs were so loud it woke everyone up.
