Resort cottage with water views in Maine

Private cottage located on seven and a half acres with all the amenities for a fantastic getaway near the beach with water views. The property is bordering the nationally acclaimed Rachael Carson Wildlife Sanctuary. We offer a fully equipped kitchen with a 30" freestanding electric range, large bathroom with tub and shower, very large bedroom with two full-size beds. An enclosed seasonal porch that opens up into the sitting room which can be closed off for more privacy or left open to offer more space. Three smart televisions, and WI-FI access. AC/heat in all of the rooms. Outside a private gas grill, picnic table, and chairs are available for you to enjoy. Our resort offers you a large, heated pool and spa. There are two children's play areas. There is also a basketball court, bocce court, and horseshoes for your enjoyment. No smoking of any kind allowed inside the cottage. A laundry matt and a library are located on the property. Guest must provide all their own linens, towels, and bedding including sheets, pillowcases, towels, and washcloths. Parking for two cars. We are within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. It is also within biking and walking distance to the harbor and beach.

We loved our stay at this charming little cottage! It was the perfect summer getaway for my best friend and me! There was some delay in checking in but our host Mary Lou was able to contact me and let me know. When we weren't at the beach we sat in the front room relaxing, reading or watching TV. Would definitely come back again!!

Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Lots of room to spread out..relax..read..watch TV. Loved the location..close to the beach but far enough away to avoid the noise and riff raff. Thank you so much for having us!

Perfect family friendly place

My grandsons and I had a wonderful stay at this cute, very clean rental! Central location, heated pool, family activities, friendly staff and responsive owner. Would definitely stay here again and refer to friends and other family members!

Fantastic stay. Loved our cottage. Would live here year round.

This cottage was perfect. It had everything from A to z. The check in was smooth and easy, such a great location. If the cottage was perfect enough, wait until you visit the great pool area. If you get bored with this fantastic 8 foor heated pool, you are a 5 minute walk to the beach

Home away from home!

This is the second time I've stayed in this cottage and once again, it was amazing. This is now a place we'd love to continue coming to for our next vacation. It's our new home away from home!

Great find!

So pleased to find this place for an improtu trip. Owner was responsive, check in was easy, and cottage was spotless. Close to shopping, beaches, and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Family vacation

This is our second time staying at this property. The cottage was wonderful and just as clean as last year my kids had a blast at the pool and the small park that is located on the property. Everybody was friendly and will be coming back next year for our July vacation.

It was great to park right outside the door! Nice inside, AC running when we arrived! Love the beach theme, everything was clean and organized. Perfect for a night at the beach with my daughter!

Cute cottage

We enjoyed our night in the cottage. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. You do need to bring your own sheets, blankets, and towels, but since we drove that wasn’t a problem.

Wells cabin

Check in process was easy. Cabin was clean and I was surprised at how comfortable the beds were! Walking distance to several restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Was a perfect spot for a girls get a way .
