Denna bedårande kust-tema stuga ligger inom den lugna och vänliga Water's Edge Condo Association på Linekin Bay utanför Ocean Point Road.
Kick tillbaka och njut av den skärmade veranda eller sidodäck med utsikt över bukten medan du njuter av din morgon brygga, planera dagens äventyr, läsa eller bara absorbera lugnet.
Vattenåtkomst är tillgänglig för båtliv, kajakpaddling eller simning från den flytande bryggan, eller trappor som leder till den steniga stranden där man kan utforska vid lågvatten. Det finns också en stor gräsmatta vid stranden för allas nöje.
Vid korsningen av Hwy 27 och Ocean Pt. Road (Hwy 96) är Hannafords Supermarket. Du kommer känna dig själv att börja varva ner när du är nära Water's Edge. Förslag att notera under körning: vyn! Lobstermen's Wharf, General Store (bra kaffe / frukost och lunch smörgåsar / presenter), The Carriage House; Alla bara några minuter från ditt hem hemifrån!
Vacker Boothbay hamn ligger bara 12 minuters bilresa bort, där det finns många utmärkta restauranger / restauranger / butiker för alla budgetar, samt många aktiviteter att välja mellan: solnedgångskryssningar på en gammal windjammer, valskådning / puffin / fiskecharter nattliv.
Vandring är ett annat fantastiskt alternativ, med många landstödspår i det lokala området. Inom gångavstånd är Linekin Bay Preserve med skogsmark och utsikt över kusten och Damariscotta River. Gå på King Phillip's Trail, eller ta en 2-minuters bilresa till Ocean Point i slutet av halvön och njut av naturens underbarhet medan du går på den klippiga kusten.

Cute little place. Clean and neat. Perfect for my daughter and my stay in Maine. The only issues were shower was little small and ac unit was a bit of an issue. But besides that loved the grounds and little beach area.

Amazing location in Boothbay

Our host was so professional, friendly, and she did an excellent job communicating with me and meeting her was delightful. I would stay there again. The location is quiet, friendly and just a stones throw walk to the water where we enjoyed chair and dock time. Oh the cool breezes were fantastic. Definitely a 10 in my opinion Thanks SM. Diane

Maine trip 2024

This was our 2nd stay in this quaint and cozy cottage. My wife loves the nautical themed decor of the cottage. As last visit the owner Sandy took care of all our needs and questions. We recommend doing the Damariscotta river boat tour and the Botanical gardens.

Maine relaxation anniversary week

We arrived after 9PM and found check-in to be very easy. Our week couldn’t have been more perfect because the weather was amazing with sunshine and eighties the entire time! The view of the ocean was stunning and we spent a great deal of time just sitting and staring out at the water. We were able to relax and simply soak in the quiet, the clean ocean air, the sounds of the birds! Our cottage was everything we could have hoped for and we loved the way it was decorated with fun and colorful beach/ ocean items. We met the neighbors next to us and they were friendly and kind! If only we could have stayed longer! We’d love to return again and stay in this adorable little cottage a little longer next year- a Maine home away from home!

Boothbay

The property was beautiful and impeccably maintained. The cottage was cozy and tastefully decorated in a nautical theme. Pictures make it appear larger than it is, but as a frequent traveler I have learned that this is typical of a on line listing. Although small, it certainly had everything we needed and was perfect for the two of us. The weather did not co-operate for our stay so unfortunately didn't get to use the outside spaces, but would have if we could have as they were so inviting. Kitchen had everything we needed and we did cook quite a bit. The steps to the loft are steep as indicated, but worth the climb as the loft was so comfortable. It was a perfect place for our Maine getaway. The location couldn't have been better for exploring the Boothbay region! Excellent trip!

Quaint Stay in Boothbay

This motel has been converted into condos with individual units. This one was decorated so nicely with many Maine touches. The shower stall is very small but workable. Most windows do not open, so it can get warm during the day. Lovely screened in porch and another outdoor seating area.

Comfortable cottage

Cottage was cute, very clean and quiet. Location was nice with water view, though dock was closed and no real beach. A little out of the way from most attractions, but close to Ocean Point. Cottage was fine fot two but would be crowded for more. We would recommend it for couples who are looking for peace and quiet.

Water’s Edge

This condo was a bit too small for 2 older adults. The stairs to the loft were very steep and not good for anyone over 65. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The location is lovely.

Perfect Getaway !

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The home was the perfect size for the two of us. Everything was clean and easily accessible. The location was perfect! Only a short drive from everything we love to do in Boothbay ! We would definitely stay again !

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Sandy was an amazing host from the time of the booking. Very helpful and communicated quickly. Cozy Cottage on the Water

Very well appointed, comfortable cottage-like condo in a quiet location away from the bustle of summer crowds in Boothbay Harbor but conveniently located to explore the wonders of Mid Coast Maine. Sandra was very responsive to a couple of issues we had and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Stay in East Boothbay Harbor

This property was amazing! It had everything we needed, and plenty of space for four people. The cottage was very comfy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. There was plenty of seating to enjoy watching the sunset each morning down by the harbor. Everyone in the area was super kind - we met a lovely couple who owns a different cottage, and they shared with us some recommendations for the area. The owner, Sandy, was super responsive, and equally as kind. Highly recommended staying here!

Perfect Place with Amazing Hosts!

This little cottage is an absolute perfect hidden gem. I have visited Maine before, but never Boothbay and I’ll definitely be back and spend more time in the area! My mom and I were on a mother/daughter vaca and we loved this place! It was my moms first visit to Maine! The cottage was everything you could expect for Maine from the decor to the views! It offered everything we needed, the beds were comfy, it was very clean, and I can not tell you enough of how wonderful our hosts were. Sandy and Ty are truly amazing people and all their neighbors and friends made this place feel like home. We were sad to leave, but won’t come again without staying here! Thank you Sandy and Ty for helping us make some great memories!

Coastal cottage serenity

My sister and I loved our stay in this beautiful coastal cottage. We enjoyed relaxing on the screened porch and walking down to the bay for gorgeous sunsets. The cottage is comfortable with everything you need to settle in and enjoy Maine. The location is perfect for seeing all of the Booth Bay region.

Third time to Boothbay. This cottage was perfect. Sits right on the water, close to Boothbay Harbor. Cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. Had good communication with Sandy, the owner, and she even left us a little welcome gift. Would definitely like to stay here again.

My husband and I visited friends that were staying in Boothbay Harbor back in 2013, having never been to Maine previously. Our friends happened to be looking for another property. We all fell in love with this duplex! And that, as they say, was that! Never in our wildest dreams would we have predicted we'd own a cottage in Maine. Every year since, we can't wait to escape Florida's summer heat and plan our adventures in this beautiful state! Western views with magnificent sunsets, deep water access for anyone with a boat, a friendly, small, quiet community. Maine is a step back in time!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This duplex is an adorable standalone cottage. Close to restaurants and hiking, yet on the quieter side of Boothbay Harbor. Picturesque Ocean Point is just down the road. A hidden gem.
