Detta 3-sovrums hus med 3 badrum har utsikt över sjön, en dagbrygga för att parkera din båt och gott om plats för hela familjen eller gruppen. Hemmet har ett nyrenoverat kök och badrum på bottenvåningen. Medan varje sovrum har sitt eget badrum. Alla bekvämligheter du kan förvänta dig att inkludera WiFi för att hålla alla i kontakt med omvärlden är bara inom räckhåll. Lovely property, owner communicated with, easily.

We had a reunion with old friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed the property. The owner was responsive to our needs. It was a great location. The neighbors of the property were also friendly welcoming. Highly recommend it.

The best Host I’ve ever had

This property was exactly what was listed. It was amazing, nicely decorated, waterfront, but the best thing was the Hospitality of the owner. I’ve never had better communication, and someone so accommodating than him. I will for sure be back, and I will urge anyone and everyone to rent from him.

Better come prepared

Nice that we were able to check in early and unload our stuff rather than have it sit in a hot car for several hours. Back door had a large pile of broken glass at the entrance, had to step over it. Front door was inaccessible/blocked from the walkway due to the neighbors removing the flooring. Went to clean up but realized NO soap in any of the bathrooms or kitchen. Only shampoo and dish soap. Dead cockroach in the master bath tub, looked like it had been there for a few days. TVs were not easy to use and no written instructions provided. Nice that they had a Keurig, with one selection of coffee but need to bring your own creamer for your coffee.

Good place at a good location.

Property is located at very convenient location to Horseshoe Bay Resort. Easy to to and parking is close to entrance. Plenty of room for my family. Very good communication from renter.

Nice place for our short visit

This was a very nice older property. Check in and check out was easy. The furniture was comfortable; the rooms were nicely decorated. The Owner was very responsive to our requests and the unit was conveniently located near the Resort. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Property!

Our short stay was great. The check in/out process was very simple and the house was clean. It was exactly as described with no surprises. The location was great for the wedding we attended at Horseshoe Bay Resort as it was within walking distance to everything.

Girl’s trip

I wanted to communicate with the property manager/owner but couldn’t figure out how to do it. The house is well decorated and clean. But, we had trouble with the lock. We couldn’t get it to lock from the outside so had to lock from the inside and exit from a side door that had a thumb lock. We did not have enough towels and wash cloths for the five of us. The refrigerator light was out. Lighting along the stairs wasn’t good and one railing was not secured. None of the outlets in the upstairs bathroom worked. The Yifi did not work at all. The downstairs bathroom sink drains slow and the faucet in the wet bar drips. We found a grocery bag under the kitchen sink with bugs in it.

3 private & comfortable spaces

Perfect for our needs: 2 couples & our 98 y/o mom. The condo enabled us to get in without stairs or too long of a walk. The queen bedroom & bath (walk in shower) on the entry level was perfect for Mother plus a place to dine & visit. In addition the master bedroom was spacious, & had a good bed, double sinks, tub & shower. The lower level was huge with it’s own bath. The host replied promptly & was extremely helpful.

Great location in HSB

We really enjoyed our experience in this townhome. Check in was easy and home was clean. It was a perfect set up with our two families and kids. The day docks were nice to leave a boat or jet ski and so close to the Waterfront Grill and HSB amenities . (Which is delicious). The views were nice since it was end unit too. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, super nice. Plenty of room for all 8 of us. Having 3 bathrooms was wonderful!

Check in and out was easy. Had an issue with AC upon arrival, but Marshall was very quick to respond and resolved the problem ASAP. Great place!

Beautiful with lots of room

When we arrived the place was kept nicely and clean. We enjoyed having three different levels with a family of eight everyone had their space. We would suggest more paper towels toilet paper and towels. We would definitely be back.

We're a husband and wife team and we love Horseshoe Bay and all that it has to offer. It has been an amazing refuge for us, our children and friends for years. We enjoy spending time on the lake whether fishing, lounging, participating in water sports or golf...it's our passion. We're excited to be able to offer our residence to others that love "lake life", the outdoors, peace and tranquility and the opportunity to bond with friends and family. We continue to update the property to make it even more comfortable for those that stay.

The location is what sets this unit apart. Since the property is just off the water, it takes but 1-minute to walk down to the docks to either jump in your boat, sit down for a beverage and enjoy the sunset, do a little fishing or go for a swim. Whatever your pleasure, we feel as though this location will be the jumping off point for enjoying your stay at Horseshoe Bay.
