Härlig villa på Mallorca, Santa Ponsa. Ljus och solen tänd hela dagen.

Detta vackra hus ligger 5 minuters gångavstånd från en av Santa Ponsas stränder, i ett lugnt område. Huset, fullt utrustat och alla på en våning, har 5 sovrum och 4 badrum. Köket, vardagsrummet och matsalen är anslutna men upptar visuellt separata utrymmen.
I mitten av huset en trevlig innergård, som förlänger insidan ljusstyrka.
Mycket lämplig för familjer med barn.
Huset är omgivet av en medelhavsträdgård med en liten grönsaksträdgård. Den moderna poolen är omgiven av ett stort solarium badat i solljus hela dagen. Komplett utomhus Barbacue. Runt pooldäck och huset finns en gräsplanering på cirka 150 kvadratmeter.
Inom 20 min. kör från flygplatsen och ett stort utbud av underhållning och restauranger i Palma och omgivningen. Ett stort garage för 3 bilar och massor av lagringsutrymme i källaren.

Amazing Villa

Fantastic villa in a quiet location, approx 15 min walk to Santa ponsa or €5 for a taxi that are very accessible. Lots of water floats and toys for children stored in the basement. Luis was on hand whenever we needed him and helped arrange our airport transport! Would highly recommend.

Bangor Uni OB Golf trip

As a group we’ve stayed here several times in the past and always enjoyed the villa, it’s location and it’s layout. Perfect for us for golf, restaurants and nightlife. Luis is super easy to deal with and nothing is too much trouble Another great trip in a great villa!

Great family villa

Second time we have rented this villa, modern clean feel. 25 min walk to Santa ponsa beach, 10 min to marina. Bit of building work behind the villa (brand new villa being built) but didn’t disturb the stay too much. Very helpful owner. Good parking.

Better than we thought it would be!

The photos don’t do this place justice! We booked it because it looks nice and it’s in a nice location, but upon first arriving and being shown around we were blown away by the property. The outdoor space is fantastic, with lots of areas for all of us to chill out, eat together etc. highly recommended. The host was great, very responsive and was on hand to resolve a few minor issues and help with any queries.

Lovely Villa

Had a great stay at Luis villa. It is exactly as advertised and brilliant for self catering. 7 Fuego restaurant at the marina is very good and only 10 mins walk away if you get tired cooking. Luis was a great host - very responsive at all times. Small Eroski is 15 mins walk away in Santa Ponsa and the large one about 30 mins. Local taxis came promptly so it was easy to get around. Highly recommend.

Lovely villa

We stayed here recently as a family and had a great time. The villa was spotless when we arrived and communication/check-in with the owner was perfect. I can honestly say it’s nicer than the photos show. Location-wise it’s easy to walk to the little Marina where we ate at the bar there several times. Also very easy to get the 123 bus from outside Jungle Parc into Santa Ponsa which has lots of shops, bars and restaurants. We ended up hiring a car as taxis were few and far between so I would recommend doing that, especially for supermarket trips (there is a big Eroski about a 10 minute drive away and a smaller one slightly closer). The villa itself had everything we needed in terms of towels, basic kitchen supplies and lots of crockery and kitchen equipment. There is a big basement with gym equipment, inflatables for the pool, bats and balls and lots of wood for the BBQ. A great spot for a family holiday.

Fabulous villa

The villa has everything you need. Very spacious, very tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The ambiance and the layout of the house flowed beautifully. Luis the owner, was very prompt, polite and approachable if we had a problem or needed advice. I would have given a 5* but gave a 4* as on arrival, when shown around the garden/pool, a villa is being built behind. So the view not as nice as expected. The workman were only there for a couple of hours a day, they weren’t intrusive and didn’t make a lot of noise. Also, would have been nice to have already had basics like cheap dishwasher tabs and kitchen roll as, in others villas I’ve stayed in, they have provided those things alongside a little welcome pack of milk, water and the like. Would highly recommend this villa. Lovely garden and so much space. We are a family of 6. My niece and her children, joined us from France, 1 teenage 13 year old girl and 9 year old boy. My son, husband and I.

Great villa, perfect for family group of all ages

Just perfect in every way... beautiful villa, location short walk to bus stop for 103/124 going to Porto Adriano or Santa Ponsa (easy to tap in and out on bus with contactless card) spotlessly clean, everything needed, son loved the gym equipment for workout. Pleasure to deal with Luis, the host.... We had great family holiday..... recommended.

Beautiful Villa

The photos don’t do the property justice! Beautiful, light, spacious…great air con, gorgeous pool with awning. My husband loved the outdoor kitchen and we enjoyed many bbqs and pizzas! 10 min walk to the marina with 3 nice restaurants…a further 5 min walk to a small shady beach which was perfect for our needs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Schöner Aufenthalt in gemütlichem Haus mit grossem Garten und Pool

Die Woche in diesem Haus hat uns allen (6 Erwachsene) sehr gefallen. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause bei Freunden, alles ist vorhanden im Haus und die Poolanlage etwas erhöht im Garten ist herrlich angelegt. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen.

Lieber Luis! Wir haben die Woche in ihrer Finca sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation war wie man es sich wünschen würde, alles was man in den Ferien braucht war vorhanden, Outdoor Kitchen mit Holz, schöner Pool, Waschmaschine und A/C im Haus und in allen Schlafzimmern. Alles wirkte sehr gepflegt und war in bester Ordnung. Wir können das Objekt unbeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Beste Grüsse Lukas

Lovely villa for family celebration

The villa is beautiful inside and out. It was well equipped including a lovely barbecue area and wood fired oven with wood provided. The pool is very clean and the gardens are lovely with lemon and lime trees. There is a table tennis table but you may wish to bring your own bats. There are free weights and some gym equipment in the garage which has space for 3 cars. There were seven of us staying to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and we all enjoyed the property. The walk into Santa Ponsa was 20-30 minutes. The beach is pristeen and clear water. We didnt hire a car and found taxis could be picked up on the rank or ordered at restaurants to return to the villa, but there was a shortage and we had trouble ordering taxis to collect us from the villa. Our friends waited 30 minutes on the phone to order their airport cab from radio taxi Calvia as we were departing at different times (no other destinations could be pre-booked). Sometimes it was impossible to get through. We used an airport transfer service recommended by Luis which was v efficient and charged a flat fee of 45 euros, number 0034 680 94 55 99. The main supermarket is Eroski in Santa Ponsa and you need a taxi to return if you dont have a car. We found the buses really useful - you can tap in and out with a credit card and typically it cost around 1-2 euros per trip. The bus stop outside Jungle Park is a 4 minute walk from the villa where you could get a 103 into Palma or a 123 into the centre of Santa Ponsa (if you didnt fancy the walk), Port Adriano/El Toro and Palma Nova. We also went from the main interchange in Santa Ponsa to Camp de Mar and Puerto Andratx with lots of other options. Buses are clean and air conditioned and run to time and there are live running times that you can scan with a QR code. For restaurants we recommend Illeta in Camp de Mar, Tims in Puerto Andratx and la Terraza in Port Adriano. We also ate in the Marina which is a 10 minute walk at the Italian restaurant and Eolo snack bar both excellent and a lovely environment.

Waren begeistert! Tolles Ferienhaus mit Top Ausstattung

Wir haben uns rundum wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Kontakt zum Vermieter auch sehr nett und persönlicher Check-in. Alles sehr gepflegt, würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Absolut empfehlenswert.
