Detta är en fantastisk plats för familjer och / eller vänner att komma undan för en avkopplande semester. Det finns 9 separata sängar som består av 2 drottningar, 1 hel, 2 enkelsängar, 2 utdragbara stolar (tvåbäddsrum) och 2 utdragbara soffor (1 drottning och 1 hel). Fastigheten ligger vid Berry Lake, som är en 68 hektar stor sjö lämplig för olika höghastighetsbåtar och jet ski-orienterade aktiviteter. Bortsett från det kan du spendera din tid på att slappa av vid sjön, fiska utanför bryggan, simma eller använda den rymliga inredningen och utsidan av hemmet. Bryggan finns också för dockningsbåtar och / eller vattenskoter. Användning av våra kajaker, roddbåt och pedelbåt ingår. Berry Lake är också en utmärkt isfiske sjö och är nära till snö mobil och ORV spår. Caberfae Peaks skidort är en 20 min. kör med några av Michigans bästa skidåkning.

April stay

I have stayed at this location over a handful of times. This was another wonderful stay, and the weather was great so we were able to make s’mores. Hoping to be back this summer! Thanks Tom!

Spacious house - wonderful lake

We really enjoyed our stay - the 2nd time staying at this house. Nicely furnished and lots of space for hanging out. We loved using the boats and enjoying being out on the water.

Super fun and easy stay

Tom was super awesome and the place was great. We’re definitely keeping this place in mind for future stays. We threw a Bach party here and Tom was so nice and understanding. The location is great, neighborhood is safe and the lake is amazing!

Can't wait to go back!

The property was very nice! It was clean and decorated cute. The yard was laid out nicely and we loved the covered deck by the water! We are thinking of coming back every year!

Family vacation

Clean house. Safe neighborhood. Beautiful small all sports lake. Took our boat and tubed for 2 days and had the lake to ourselves. The littles loved the backyard and being able to swim in their private beach.

Great for skiing

We have stayed here twice with a large group for ski trips. The location works well and the house is perfect. The owner is very responsive and he had the house warmed up with fireplaces going when we arrived.

Great stay

Property was beautiful and house was more than large enough to accommodate our entire party. The lake was amazing and we had perfect weather. The host was very easy to work and communicate with. I even had two of my party look at potentially booking the same house in the future for family vacations with extended family because it was so nice.

Summer Getaway

Our Great Stay

The property was perfect for our one week family stay. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and accommodating. We all enjoyed the large yard equipped with a lakefront gazebo and firepit. The young kids played endlessly on the sandy beachfront and enjoyed the warm lake water. Lake Barrie is a beautiful lake where we enjoyed riding the pedal boat and fishing. Tom was a super host and had answers to any questions and responded quickly to meet our needs. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay.

Property that does it all!

Property was just as described and ready for us! We made full use of the boats on the lake, the fire pit, and both kitchens! The proximity to downtown Cadillac also meant we were able to head in to town for dinner one night. We had a great time.

Perfect Place!

Met up with family members here again and enjoyed everything very much. Lower level was perfect for gathering, games, and watching football. Great location, beautiful area. We went skiing at Crystal Mountain and Caberfae during our stay. Bowling and Pines pizza before heading out of town. Helpful host with great communication.

4th of July Family Trip

This recent trip was my fourth time renting the property. It was wonderful as usual, and Tom is always extremely welcoming and helpful. The fireworks were amazing, and all 7 of us had a great time gathering around the fire pit as we watched the show. Looking forward to the next trip back.

Very nice house

Everything was very nice. Plenty of cooking utensils in the two kitchens. Basement is great for groups. Plenty of linens and blankets. Air conditioning worked well. Overall would recommend. Also provided some firewood for fire pit, propane for grill.

Picture Perfect

This property was everything I had hoped for and then some. Tom was such an amazing host, and I was able to communicate with him throughout our stay and he helped me with some items I had forgotten from home. The home is gorgeous and very clean (probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in), and there was so much space! The lake is a little weedy in the cove, but absolutely great to get out on with a paddle boat or kayaks - very low traffic. We had an amazing stay! And I know some of the people from our group are planning on bringing back their families.

Weekend to remember

My group was looking for a place large enough to hold us all for a weekend get-away. This property is perfect. It is very spacious, accommodating, and located right by the downtown Cadillac area, providing many options for food and things to do outside of the home. The house was fully stocked with things like towels, many blankets, and outdoor activities. The owner was so kind & friendly and helped with the check-in process. We’ve booked many different homes before but this was one of our favorites. Definitely a great choice & you’ll have a blast!

Great Getaway

The house is absolutely beautiful! Lots of space for everyone and well stocked and tastefully decorated. Lake was perfect for boating. Three different types of boats were provided along with life jackets. Kids loved boating and fishing! Lake is warm but not as clean as we would have liked for swimming. We opted to swim at state beach nearby (about 6 miles away). House could use a bit of extra cleaning. Air vents and windows have not been cleaned in a while, but otherwise, the house is clean and very family friendly. We would book again.

Weekend getaway

5 stars across the board. Great place and great location right on the water. Plenty of space for 2 families. The kids loved the kayaks and paddle boats. 2 kitchens and a grill that we made great use of. Our host even let us check in a few hours early. Great detail in the cabin. Lights in the stairs. Heat in the bathroom for showers. Deck on the first level. Cooking utensils. 3 levels and plenty of beds. TV’s all over the house and internet. Highly recommended! Nothing but positive things to convey.
