Rena och mysiga hus som kommer att sova 14 personer bekvämt. Rida direkt från din ytterdörr till spåren. Santa's village och historia land är några minuter bort. Vi är inbäddat mellan vildmarksbilder, attitash, Bretton Woods och Mount Washington. Vi är några minuter från Jericho Mountain och Jericho State Park. Vi är 50 minuter från Sunday River. Det finns massor av vandringsleder också i området. Kom och njut av de stora norra skogen hemma !!!!!

Our stay

My family and i have had the pleasure of staying here a few times and we love where the house is and being able to walk to the park with the kids. They have had a lot of fun there. Bedrooms were perfect, plenty of beds and space. Loved our stay.

ATV Weekend

Great house, location is perfect for trail access and close to everything. House was super clean and suited our needs perfectly! The addition of the pool was a great surprise and enjoyed for sure! Can't wait to return next year!

Return trip needed

Not only does the house provide you with all you could need for many different vacation ideas. It goes beyond with the host's quick and friendly response time. My children had a blast choosing a different board game every night, helping to really bring the family together. We can't wait for our 3rd return visit next year so we can try to take in as many activities provided in Berlin as well as the surrounding area.

Solar Eclipse

The house is exactly as described on the VRBO website. We were delighted by the size and cleanliness of the house. We were warm and comfortable our entire stay. We traveled to Berlin to stay and drove over to Lancaster to view the total solar eclipse. We had a wonderful stay.

Cozy house in adorable neighborhood

Felt like we were staying in a family member’s home, we loved just spending time there playing board games, watching TV and cooking in the lovely kitchen. We had everything we needed and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. Highly recommend this wonderful home!

Very charming little house in a nice neighborhood. Good communication with owner. Location was convenient to all activities.will definitly rent again. Highly recommend. We felt very comfortable there.

Great spot for ATV's

Had a great stay over this past weekend. House was very clean and had every amenity needed. Perfect spot to drive into town or head to the trails. Owner very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be booking again! Highly recommend.

Everything you need!

I traveled with about 11 of my family members and children. The house has all the amenities you need, the porch was great, and we felt at home. The kids loved it and enjoyed the tvs in all the rooms haha. I would absolutely recommend this property!

Location

The house is centrally located for anyone wanting to take children to Santa's village and Storyland. With a 1, 2 & 4 yr old having access to a vacuum for the rugs would have been nice but we made due with a broom and dustpan. Our 9 year old enjoyed the pool. It was all we needed for our 3 nite stay to bring my grandbabies to the already mentioned parks. 😃

Great little place!

Quaint little town and home with most amenities. The only thing missing was a hair dryer! This is an older home that has been upgraded but could still use a little more TLC. It was a short stay, so suited our purpose fine.

Great location, very clean, so many beds and more…

I really enjoyed this property. It was very clean, spacious, had a great supply of AC’s, fans and TV’s in so many rooms. I had no idea it had a pool (bonus plan). The back deck with furniture and the lower patio with even more furniture was a very mice touch. A great selection of board games too. I would definitely come back here.

Not what we expected

This house was not what we expected at all. It appears to be a run down neighborhood. As far as the house, the shower handle fell off, a lot of the electrical outlets were dead, the internet was terrible, the baseboards and the walls need painting. When I contacted the owner through Vrbo about the internet, I never received a reply. My husband and I had reserved 2 nights, but ended up staying just 1 night.

House needs updating

The house was nice had potential. However the cleaning of the house was terrible, couldn’t use the oven as it smoked us out of the house. The grill was so caked with grease our burgers caught on fire. The beds were awful and uncomfortable. The house is listed as 273 but says 275 on the house. The railing going upstairs is loose and the bathroom light did not stay on. Circuits blew and we had no idea how to reset them: needs major updating and upgrading. The coffee pot didn’t work right/ however the outside set up was very nice and convenient

It was just ok

House was cute, but all the things listed in previous reviews were still wrong. Lights in downstairs bathroom went on and off and shower was funky. The sheet were dirty and had not been changed, and floors were sticky to walk on. It took 2 weeks for my 1500$ deposit on a one night stay to be initiated. I had messages host about it and they said they had nothing to do with it. Got an email Stating refund was initiated 2 weeks after our stay and could take another 5 days to process and contact host with questions. Why would I. Intact host if they don’t have anything to do with it 🤷🏼‍♀️ Over all ok place for cheep if you are in a pinch

Stay was ok.

The Good: The house was located near a playground and not too far from Santa’s village. There were lots of ATV trails nearby if your into that. Lots of board games to play in the house. Has several beds to sleep several people. Lots of wine glasses The area was quiet after 10pm The ugly: The house smelled like it belonged to smokers The driveway is shared so we got blocked in for over an hour despite parking as far over as possible as advised to. The house was very worn down and could use some TLC, walls were dirty, and paint chipping in lots of areas as well as the walls coming apart in areas. The drain catcher in the bathtub was full of someone’s hair The carpet smelled like cat urine and it caused our bags to smell as well. None of the bedrooms had doors only thin sliding shades. The bathroom doors don’t lock The house number on the listing is different than the one on the house so it was hard to find. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty, one of the pans was dripping with grease in the cabinet. Overall was disappointing but it’s a roof over your head and a full kitchen to cook. Would definitely stay with adults and not kids that play on the floors or barge into bathrooms lol. Cheaper stay in the area.
