Great location and home!

Everything was great and when we ran into a little issue, owner as VERY quick to respond and all worked out! Small areas in main bathroom - baseboard and floor that was a little dirty/icky, but otherwise all was great!

Wonderful stay!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! The home was absolutely beautiful — spacious, welcoming, and filled with warmth from the moment I walked in. What truly set this stay apart were all the thoughtful touches and little extras that made it feel so special. From carefully chosen supplies to unexpected conveniences, it’s clear the hosts went above and beyond to create a memorable experience.The neighborhood was also lovely — quiet, safe, and perfect for relaxing after a long day.I truly loved my stay here and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a five-star experience. We went for a last minute visit with family. The property was very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor area. My 25 year old son, said that it was his perfect home. The details were appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic!

TL;DR Everything was great.My son competed in a track meet held at Mesa Community College. We were lucky enough to stay at this listing. The house was perfectly located only 4 minutes from the college. Grocery store and and restaurants equally close. A Costco maybe 8 minutes away. The house was spacious and well appointed. We don’t like to eat out much and it was easy to cook with such a great kitchen. There was plenty of room to spread out and my son was able to nap in the TV room while my wife and I could hang out in sitting room and not bother him. The pool was fantastic for cooling off in the summer heat or enjoy the moon and stars at night. The hostess was very responsive and friendly. Even though we didn’t have any issues she promptly responded to my messages. Absolutely no complaints and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Trip with dogs and grandma

Great yard, especially for our dogs. Nice, quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for dog walking. Beds were comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The ceiling fans were appreciated and a great addition to the air conditioning in the hot weather.

Beautiful home!

I highly recommend this home. Beautiful home with everything you would want while on vacation. The pool is excellent and the yard is fabulous. The property owner Kristie is beyond amazing too, such a pleasure to have been able to rent her home. This is the perfect place!

The back yard is as advertised, very nice. The house was perfect for our needs.

We had a great time. The house is centrally located and was perfect for us. It's in a quiet, well kept neighborhood with all you could possibly need is close by. There is so much to do and see, all within a short drive and the Grand Canyon is a good day trip. Great experience and will definitely stay there again if we come back to the area.

Excellent house, location and host

Five people including ages from 10 to 70’s thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The backyard was a huge hit. Every room was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and there was a huge selection of towels for bath and pool. Perhaps the best amenity was the responsive of Kristie. I don’t think you could find a better host.

We wanted to be in a neighborhood for the holidays near our friends, and this house could not have been a better home away from home. Everything you could possibly need was available and we were able to also bring our dog and enjoy the yard.

Vacation at last

The house was perfect for our needs and the owners added so many extra touches to really make us feel "at home." The backyard was spectacular. Although the pool water was too cold for swimming, we truly enjoyed the fire pit, the sun, and the TV by the fire table. One of our best rental experiences.

Family gathering

We had a lovely stay at this property! You will feel completely at home here and have just about anything you need for your stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very clean. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. The owner reached to us to make sure everything was going well and check in with us. Wonderful experience all around.

Beautiful House

This house is absolutely perfect. The inside of the house is really nice, but we spent most of our time by the pool. The house was very clean when we arrived. The house is in a great location. Everything we looked up was only about eight minutes away. Dunkin’ Donuts only three minutes away. This house was perfect and we had eight people stay highly recommend.

Sister Getaway

Home was lovely and very comfortable. My sister and I stayed for 4 days and it was HOT lol! We enjoyed the pool, AC for sure and the comfortable mattress in the master bedroom. Neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. Kristie offered flexibility for checking in and out and was a great host! Would definitely use this property again.
