Vår villa ligger i ek träd söder om Yosemite ingången. Gå in i den inbjudande foajén som tar dig till det stora familjerummet med en vedeldad spis. En skjutdörr till en uteplats med fantastisk utsikt över ekarna. Köket är öppet för vardagsrummet med en stor frukostkrog. Det finns en separat matsal med ett barområde och bredvid det är det formella vardagsrummet. På motsatta sidan av hemmet finns ett stort spelrum.
Den har ett stort sovrum med en skjutdörr till utsidan som tar dig direkt till jacuzzin. Masterbath har en dubbel walkin dusch och en separte stor badkar med en dubbelsidig gas spis.
Hemmet har 3 fler stora sovrum, 2 av rummen har dubbelsängar och 3: e rummet har 2 dubbelsängar alla med vacker utsikt över oaktreesna. Det har också ett vardagsrum med en dubbelsängar med en tvillingstorlek. Det finns två mer full storlek badrum med badkar / duschar.

UTOMHUS: Det finns en täckt breezeway för att njuta av en kopp kaffe på morgonen och lunch eller middag ute. Det finns också en stor betong uteplats med lounge sittplatser och en gunga för att koppla av och ha ett glas vin med din familj och vänner. Det finns en jacuzzi som du kommer helt njuta av på kvällen med de ljusa stjärnorna som lyser ner på dig. Det finns en tramploine för barnen som har ett säkerhetsnät. Det finns säsongsbetonade vikar på baksidan av fastigheten som körs under regnperioden / snösäsongen. Du kan se en räv, bobcat, vilda kalkoner, racoons, skunks och hjort på ocassion.

GEMENSKAP: Kvarteret är väldigt tyst och lugnt. Hemmen är lite avlägsna från varandra, så du kommer att njuta av din integritet. Du kan ta promenader i grannskapet eller gå till din morgonjog.

YOSEMITE: Hemmet är cirka 30 minuter från södra ingången till Yosemite.
COARSEGOLD: ligger ca 4 miles bort med en liten mataffär, bensinstation, ett par restauranger och restauranger.
OAKHURST: är cirka 12 miles söder där du hittar mer matsal, större mataffärer, boutiquer, biograf, gas staions, frisörsalonger och banker.
CHUKCHANSI GOLD CASINO & RESORT: Det har några restauranger och dans, sommarkonserter och dess 4 miles norr utanför Hwy 41.
BASS LAKE: cirka 15 miles söderut av Hwy 41
VINERIER: Madera har några vingårdar med närmaste cirka 20 mil söderut från Hey 41. Andra i området som ibland har utomhuskonserter är Toca Madera Winery & ApCal.

Family Trip

The house was large enough for our family of 10 for our trip to Yosemite and the surrounding area. Lots of room to spread out and stay comfortable. Glad we found this listing through VRBO!

Excellent!

It was hot, but the nearby lake provided plenty of refreshing fun and activity. We even thrift/antique shopped in Coarsegold and nearby Oakhurst. Yosemite was a hike (1.5 hours), but the drive is beautiful. Olga was so accessible & kind. The house was even better than pictured/described. We loved our stay. The kids want a foosball table now! We would stay here again, maybe in cooler months next time!

A very spacious house

Our group of friends enjoyed the 9-day stay at this house. This place is very spacious and 10 of us never felt crowded. The hot tub was a hit even on warmer days. The drive to the entrance to Yosemite was not too bad, 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. The house is well stocked with appliances and condiments.

Olga made it very easy house was extremely clean. Has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. If your going there to enjoy Bass lake it's a little bit of a drive other then that the property is very nice.

Beautiful house, plenty of room

House was perfect for our family. We all had plenty of space to spread out. Enjoyed morning coffee on the back patio. There was a lot of seating outside. About a 30 minute drive to bass lake. Olga was very friendly and easy to get ahold of. We weren’t lacking anything when we cooked; very well stocked in silverware, plates and cups. I appreciated how there were instruction labels on things we needed to know. We will definitely be booking again.

Lovely home in the mountains

Great home and kitchen is fully stocked. The owner is very easy to get a hold of and communicate with. The house has a beautiful peaceful view from the patio and plenty of chairs in the back patio. The house has 4 bedrooms. Master has a king bed, one room has a queen and the last two rooms have full size beds. There is an office/day room that doesn't have a door and there's a full size need in there to. There's also a game room with a twin bed that could be turned into a full. There's lots of room to spread out and we enjoyed hanging out side in the patio. We drove to Yosemite from the house, it took about 45 min drive to the south gate. It's a curvy road. Great place to stay, would stay again.

Yosemite 1/2 Marathon

This house is beautiful! Everything you need for your stay is there. The bathrooms are well stocked with toiletries. The location is perfect for Oakhurst, Bass Lake, Yosemite Valley and Chukchansi. We had 12 in our group, 10 adults and two children and plenty of room for all of us. The only small flaws are the beds. With such a spacious home, the beds are mostly doubles in a room. Doubles are way too small for two grown adults to sleep comfortably on. The Master bed is large enough but it has a pillow top mattress pad and after 2 days we removed it so we could sleep better. We put it on the back bedroom bed because that bed is very firm. It would also be nice to have 2 beds in the large back bedroom for a small family, 2 parents and 2 small children could sleep together in. My grandchildren (3 & 5) slept on cots because there’s not another area they’d be comfortable in sleeping in close enough to their parents. The back bathroom doesn’t have much counter space (but you can manage) and that shower is extremely powerful and sprays everywhere. After the first day no one used that shower. The owner Olga is so professional and friendly and makes certain that you’ll be comfortable. We had to call the managers the first night because there was no hot water and Anthony came out within 10 minutes to turn it on! We would highly recommend this home and would choose it again!

Lovely home

Beautiful home! Very spacious. We spent New Years eve there & had a great time. Close to everything we wanted to do; including Yosemitte. Olga was a great host, easy to get a hold of. I’d definitely recommend this home for your future vacation.

I grew up in the central valley not too far from this home in Fresno County. I have moved through out California since I was a very young adult. After living in the suburban area of Sacramento, my husband got relocated and we chose to be in the mountains away from the city life and raise our children here. This is our family home so it’s different from most typical short term rentals. You will see personal touches throughout the home. My husband got relocated again and we moved to the Bay Area in 2012 while still raising our 3 children. We wanted to keep our home, so after a few years we decided to offer it as a short term rental so people have a beautiful place to stay in while visiting our Yosemite area. We do stay in our home during the off peak season.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We absolutely fell in love with our home and the area. This became our family home. Fall is my favorite season here. The crisp air and low clouds is breathtaking. The winters are not too cold and we are at approx 2800 elevation. We get some snow on occasion starting in December but mostly in February and it’s not too much due to the elevation we are in, it’s just right. Spring is another beautiful season here as everything is green and wild flowers are blooming. The animals are coming out with their babies. We love the clear nights with the bright shiny stars that you cannot see as bright in the city. We love that our neighborhood is quiet and tranquil. The community was established around 2005. We truly enjoy the natural setting of this home and area.

This neighborhood and our property is in a private and quiet setting. Being that our home is 2 miles uphill from HWY 41, we are close to many places. This property is close to Bass Lake, Chukchansi Gold Casino, Mariposa, Yosemite, Fresno & Madera. For those who love the outdoors and privacy, this home will be perfect and comfortable for your vacation or weekend getaway.
For those wine lovers, there are wineries throughout Madera with the closest one approximately 20 miles away. Set in the central area of California, Los Angeles is approximately 4 hours south, San Francisco is 3 hours west, Sacramento is approximately 3.5 hours north and the closest beaches (Santa cruz, Monterrey Bay) are approximately 3 hours west.
