Lyx Lakefront Retreat på en lugn sjö

Byggdes 2004 med alla bekvämligheter. Du kommer att bli kär i skönheten och lugnet i denna fredliga, tysta 4-åriga reträtt på en orörd 30 tunnland sjö. Från den vackra skärmen veranda med utsikt över sjön till den stora jacuzzin badkar och bastu, har detta hem allt. Inbyggt Bose ljudsystem med högtalare inomhus och ute, 8 fotskiffer poolbord, nya möbler, vedeldad spis, trådlöst och trådlöst höghastighetsinternet, handskalad loggning, professionell landskapsarkitektur, hickorygolv, anpassade skåp och massor av karaktär.

Bottenvåningen har ett sovrum med en king size-säng och ett bifogat privat badrum med överdimensionerad jacuzzi-badkar. På huvudvåningen finns också ett gästrum med queen size-säng och en halv bad. Den lägre nivån har ett gästrum med queen size-säng och ett badrum samt en bastu. En gömma en soffa med bekväma queen-luftmadrass runda ut de vuxna sovrummen. Ett stort loft med stegen trappor är bra för äldre barn. Loftet har en dubbelsäng plus två luddskummadrasser (bönpåse).

Fisk för bas och solfisk från bryggan eller ta fiskebåten, paddla båt eller kanot (ingår) ute på den lugna, natursköna sjön utan allmän tillgång. Även om stranden är måttligt sandig, är sjön botten något mjuk sand med glesa ogräs, så det bästa badet är från simplattformen förankrat i 20 fot vatten. Vattenkvaliteten är utmärkt och mycket tydlig.

Om du är intresserad av en sandstrand, finns det en underbar familjevänlig offentlig strand vid Shell Lake, 13 miles (20 minuter) bort. För mer info, Google "Shell Lake".

Drygt två timmar från Minneapolis / St. Paul, det här är kabineland med massor av rekreationsmöjligheter, bland annat kanotpaddling, kajakpaddling, slangar, vandring, cykling, skidåkning (alla slag), fiske etc. Det finns många sjöar i området, inklusive en stor fritids sjö med en allmän landning 1/2 mil bort.

Sängkläder och handdukar finns och en gasgrill finns tillgänglig. Båt, motor, kanot och paddla båt ingår i uthyrning.

Winter Weekend in the Northwoods

We had a lovely long weekend getaway in the beautiful northwoods! We loved having the sauna, and an endless supply of board games. Close to some trails for a nature walk and a relaxing space to hang with friends!

Bass Lake Cabin

Great property! Very quite lake with no other traffic while we were there. Great to have the use of the fishing boat and paddle boat. Cabin is very nice and 2 kids enjoyed the loft space for sleeping. Also super nice to have a high quality Weber grill to use.

Truly Relaxing Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the cabin and on the lake. It was amazingly peaceful. We loved kayaking the lake and fishing for bass. The cabin was clean and quiet and the screen porch was a great space to hang out. Thanks for a great vacation!

Had a great stay at Brad's Bass lake cabin! Came to town to visit family and see the Spooner play which was excellent! We had problems getting the Badger basketball tournament game and Brad was awesome walking us through it! But they lost... Looking forward to next time and the possibility of fishing the lake when it is warmer.

A week in paradise

This is a phenomenal property. Area is beautiful. Home is amazingly well equipped, better so than any VRBO I have stayed at. The only exception was no really good sharp kitchen knife but no VRBO has ever had that. Bring your own if you want one. Otherwise really well equipped. Their huge griddle was perfect for pancakes and fish fry!! Lake there is catch and release but we had really good success. Most bass smaller but a few big lunkers. We brought Kayaks and went to Lipsett lake 1/4 mile away. Had fantastic success there. Huge fat bass, lots panfish and one pike. Only went there for keeper fish for one fish fry, otherwise really enjoyed fishing right there. at Bass lake. Grill was fantastic. Had a nice fire one night. Went to 26 Lake to beach one day. All in all one of the best trips we have ever had together as a family. Cabin has wonderful screened in area which was well used. Kids enjoyed the pool table and basement. Super comfortable bed in Master. Can catch fish right off dock including a nice sized bass. Could not have been better! A little pricey but so worth it!!

lovely cabin on lovely lake

I spent a week in June at this cabin with my daughter and son-in-law. The cabin was in good shape-all appliances functioning - we especially enjoyed the screen porch, the swim raft and the canoe. The lake was clear, no power boats spoiling the tranquility. Close enough to Spooner to enjoy some restaurant meals - WiFi good enough for Zoom business meetings - a lovely week.

Relaxing Family vacation

Beautiful location, beautiful house. Everything we needed for a relaxing and fun family vacation. Loved the 3 season porch and the lake. Fishing was incredible. Quiet, we hardly saw anyone besides nature the entire week.

Fantastic cabin property

I rented this property with a small group of friends during NYE. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience - starting with the close proximity to the Twin Cities. The common areas were ideal for our group size of 6 (3 couples) and the kitchen area & appliances has everything we needed to prepare big group meals. The area is beautiful and secluded enough from neighboring properties for a genuine “cabin escape” vibe. It’s also close enough to get to grocery/liquor stores, bars & restaurants. The only gripe we had was the hot water heater not keeping up after we had a couple showers in a row in the morning. Overall, our crew would strongly recommend this property to others and we would strongly consider staying here again!

We were looking for an alternative to a hotel while staying in town for a hockey tournament. It was perfect for our family of five. Plenty of space to spread out. The only thing the teenagers wished for was more TVs. Ha!

Beautiful Wooded Retreat

My friends and I enjoyed our short stay at this location. The weather and view were perfect! We enjoyed a sunset bonfire using the convenient fire pit. The home was well-decorated, spacious, private, and comfortable. Lake amenities were available but it was a bit chilly to use them Note: Be prepared to complete the owner's list of "chores" before leaving the unit. Enjoy!

Beautiful cabin

It is a beautiful setting and cabin. It was very nicely appointed. It is as nice as the pictures showed. The cabin was not super clean and the arrangement with the owner is that you clean the cabin before you leave. So, one persons idea of clean is different from another persons. Especially, with today's need for disinfecting.

Even better than we had hoped!

We enjoyed everything about the cabin, the location and the lake. Here was each of our absolute favorites: Mom - the boat on the lake, Dad — how nice the cabin was, Anthony — the lake, Madison — the screened in porch and Sebastian — the lake. We range from 58-21 and we have to admit it was hard to come up with the number one thing. We took advantage of all of the wonderful things about the cabin — the sauna, the nice kitchen, the jacuzzi, the paddle boat, the kayak, the games in the cabinet, the wood stove, the fire pit, the dock, and even Spooner itself was so enjoyable. Brad was great to plan with and all of his tips of things to do were right on. Highly recommend!

Very peaceful, relaxing and beautiful.

Perfect for a larger group with different age groups. Everyone found something they enjoyed doing, from fishing to spending time in the wonderful screen room. I would definitely return with my family again!

Relaxing stay

We had a nice relaxing stay. The private lake was clean, quiet, and excellent for swimming and floating. The sauna was nice for warming up after a swim. We spent lots of time on the screen porch enjoying the view of the lake.

A Great Vacation!

Our family had a great time at this cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed, including extras like the pool table and sound system. The lake was great and the kids loved taking the paddle boat out to the swim raft and fishing in the fishing boat. We loved the screen porch and spent most evenings there playing games. I highly recommend this cabin and we're already discussing a return next summer.

We have dreamed of owning a cabin in the Spooner area for over 15 years. When we found this place we knew it was special and felt like we had to share it with the world. We hope to retire to this place in the future. Our kids love the outdoors and this cabin allows them to experience the the true beauty of Mother Nature and the wonderful seasons of Wisconsin. We live and work in the Twin Cities so this cabin is our get away from it all place.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We choose Spooner because we have family in the area. As an avid fisherman, this area is outstanding for all types of fish...from trout to musky, they are all nearby. In the winter we have access to some incredible snowmobiling trails.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our property is unique in that it offers great swimming and fishing but has all the comforts you would expect in a luxury home. From the Bose stereo system that plays in every room of the home (even outside), to the sauna. I think the best feature is the fact that it is so peaceful and serene. I like that we don't have jet ski's and loud boats to listen to or worry about when using the lake, but we have lakes very nearby to go it if we want to partake in those activities. You can count on a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at what we call our Bass Lake Retreat.
