Cute Bedroom great location.

Inside is very nice. Outside and entrance could be cleaner. Rather noisy could hear everything from outside. It is a great location though. Easy to walk around.

Good location to see sights

Overall a good spot, once you get into the apartment-- which is very light and airy and well appointed. The entrance and elevator are not well kept up. The location is very good, but there is quite a bit of street noise. (Not unexpected in a busy part of town, but it would be good to know about it in advance.)

Lovely home, very loud location

Lovely place, comfortable and convenient, the elevator on this 3rd floor apartment was out of order, and the corner where it is located is very loud w cars, people and club adjacent to apartment.

Excellent location

This property is in a great location. Third floor with no elevator was tough. Beds comfortable. Surfaces clean but could use a good dusting. Kitchen chairs cute but uncomfortable. Plenty of towels. Appliances worked well. You can absolutely walk everywhere.

Most of the description was accurate except for a most important detail. The elevator was not operating which meant a trek with luggage up three flights of stairs.

Location

Pros:The location is good very close to everything we wanted to do. Pros: apartment was very clean. Pros: There was a great view from the windows during the day and evening. Pros: Apartment had everything you would need. But there are several cons that may help the next renters make a more informed decision before booking. Cons: there is a weed/thc/cannibis or whatever you want to call it store front right below the apartment. You get that nice “skunk smell” every time you leave and re-enter the building. Cons: we literally had to step over and around homeless people laying on the side walk right in front of the building. Cons: Two of the nights we stayed we had someone try and enter the apartment between 2:30am-3.30am. They punched in a code and kept wiggling the door handle. By the time we got to the door to see who it was they had already got back on the elevator. Cons: The apartment is located on a busy street and there were cars reviving their engines all night playing loud rap music and racing through the streets. Lots of police activity and police chases going on all during the night. Cons: there is no parking at the apartment building. You have to park in a public parking garage a few blocks away or park in a private parking lot. Some of the parking lots are as much as $45 a day while the parking garages are $2-3 per hour. If you have a full size truck or suv you are pretty much out of luck unless you park on a side street somewhere. Some of the parking meters have a 12 hour time limit so you will have to be mindful of that. Cons: There is no loading and unloading zone in front of the apartment building. You either have to block traffic while you unload your vehicle or you will have to haul your luggage down the busy sidewalks from 2-3 blocks away from the parking garage or parking lots. Cons: Last one, as with any city be mindful of your surroundings. There are a lot of dark alleys, unlit streets, public parks where the homeless like to hangout. You will be approached a lot by the homeless asking for money. Definitely not a place to take a family with small kids and be out after dark.

Steps away from Broughton St. That’s a plus but also negative with street noise that goes away around midnight. The place was clean, colonial yet with nice amenities. Would return

Great Place!!

This condo was in a great location. Easy access to River Street, restaurants, and shopping. It was very quiet we were not bothered by any noise inside or outside of the building. The place was clean and tidy. The air wasn't as cool as we would have liked but the ceiling fans helped. I would recommend this place and would stay again in the future.

Couldn't ask for a better location.

Centrally located, everything is within walking distance. The condo was very clean, AC worked great. Nice size, especially if you arent planning on spending much time inside. Only complaint is that we weren't given any extra rolls of toilet paper...just the one roll. And it may or may not be haunted. Lights and fans kept turning on or off, which we attributed to ghosts

Nice location

The apartment location was great. Pleasant apartment except for the stools, they were rather uncomfortable. Very clean. Entry to the apartment needed a light to be able to see the numbers, so if you did not have a flashlight, you were out of luck. We had a phone flashlight

No help if you have an issue

The home itself was nice and the location central. However, none of the 3 tvs in the home would work. We didn’t go to Savannah to watch TV, however, we like to unwind at the end of the day by watching a show before bed. I tried multiple times to get someone to help us. Although Vacasa was responsive to my concerns, no one ever reached out to help remedy the problem - no phone call, text or email, as Vacasa promised. Had I known about this issue, we would’ve booked another place. Also, the home needs a deep clean. I won’t rent from another Vacasa property.

Walk anywhere Downtown

There are pros and cons to the apartment; however, many of those have been talked about in previous reviews. Taking everything from the car in the Whitaker parking garage to the apartment was a chore, but we didn’t use the car from Friday evening till Monday morning because we were able to comfortably walk all over downtown Savannah. The weekend nightlife is LOUD due to bars very near the apartment and cars trying to show off exhausts and sound systems, so recommend earplugs. During the day is great, especially with the quality shopping right outside the location including The Coffee Fox, Savannah Bee Company, and The Paris Market Savannah to name a few. Also only a few minutes from the Riverfront shops and eateries like Cafe M, or head the opposite direction to explore the many nearby squares and their unique surrounding shops like E. Shavers Books.

Great location. Rocky start since the apartment was not ready for over 3 hours after check in

This apartment is in a great central location. It is very loud on weekend nights, but if you enjoy late night-life this would not be a problem. Very comfortable beds, and overall very comfortable. I would have given more stars if we hadn’t been so delayed on a very rainy day to check in. Check in is not until 4, place was not cleaned at that time. They did make it right, but took over 3 more hours and several phone calls. Not fun when traveling with 77 year old parents and it is raining!! Once in, we were very comfortable.
