Colonial Park Retreat! Historiskt distrikt främsta läge w / parkeringsplats!

Lägenhet på översta våningen i en historisk Savannah grå tegelhus. Denna enhet har ett kung sovrum, ett andra sovrum med 2 enkelsängar och en utdragbar bäddsoffa i storleken i vardagsrummet.

En reserverad parkeringsplats kommer med denna hyra! För ytterligare fordon hanteras gatuparkering hela dagen bäst med ett Parkeringspass för besökare från staden Savannahs besökscenter.

Vänligen notera från och med april 2017 det nya lyxhotellet de bygger bakom detta hem närmar sig färdigställningen men kommer att arbetas med i flera månader till. Observera att särskilt sena sömnare eller de som vill stanna hemma under dagen kan störas av ljud från byggnadsbilen. De får börja så tidigt som 07:00 per kommersiella distriktsförordningar. Vi ber om ursäkt för detta besvär. Vi tillhandahåller vitt brus (brusavbrott) maskiner för att minska konstruktionsljuden.

Utrustat kök. Ett komplett badrum med bekväm hallingång, så ingen besvärlig promenad genom sovrummen för att nå badrummet. Privat tvättstuga. En parkeringsplats utanför gatan som ägnas åt denna hyra gör detta till en idealisk plats att spendera lite tid med att utforska, med din hembas i centrum av Landmark Historic District!

Great location

The only thing I would note is that the third floor is high up, so this would not be a good unit for someone who has difficulty managing steps, which was not applicable for my stay, thankfully.

Comfortable, cute, clean and amazing location!

This was a comfortable stay for four adults. The kitchen and bathroom were remodeled beautifully and the main area was quaint. The location was amazing; about halfway between the riverfront/downtown and Forsyth park. Couldn’t have been more perfect.

Amazing location, great for teenagers!

We did a spring break getaway with my teenage daughter and her friend. The unit was cute, clean, and comfortable. It is also a 10 minute walk from all the fun savannah spots. We would 100% book this again. Best feature was the pink kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and it has a parking spot.

Great trip To Savannah

The apartment is in a great location and having the parking space was a great bonus. Short walk to the main street and riverwalk and everything we wanted! The stairs are narrow and steep so just be aware for accessibility, but the apartment is adorable and very comfortable and well appointed. King bed was super comfy. We had a great stay and will be back.

Cozy & Charming

Our family of four had a lovely stay in this apartment. Very cute, cozy, and clean!! Lovely and updated features and decor. Great location to get around the historic part of town. There are two flights of steps up (it’s the upstairs apartment), so maybe not great for the elderly or impaired. There is a good amount of street noise as the building is old, but for us it wasn’t a problem at all since we are city mice and used to an urban soundscape. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect spot for exploring

Our family had a fantastic visit at this location. Great spot within walking distance of just about everything Savannah has to offer, and it was great having the parking space for when we did need to venture further out. Excellent communication from the host, we would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Location!

This little peace of heaven is located right in the heart of the Historic District of Savannah. It is walking distance to many restaurants and plenty of entertainment for the family. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to another stay in the future.

Girls Trip

This apartment was just as described. It’s the perfect getaway spot for a girls trip. The location was wonderful and the parking spot was a huge plus. The only downside were all the stairs to climb after walking the town to get to the apartment!

Great Location

Nice apartment with easy access to historic downtown, restaurants, take away and a free parking space. Tv, WIfI worked well, kitchen had everthing you could need, bathroom was fine.Because of my own limitations I had a hard time getting in (I went to the wrong apartment :() and when I called the manager was very fast to answer and nicely helped me out. When my flights were cancelled they were very nice to offer a place for me to stay (and I didn't end up needing it).Overall - no complaints and a good visit.

Perfect location

Walking to everywhere was so easy and close. Nice having a parking spot. Apartment perfectly decorated and well supplied. There were 5 of us and sleeping arrangement was perfect. Definitely recommend!!

Perfect location

The property is perfect for walking all over the city. Most things were within 15 min walking distance of the property. It is a third floor unit so no one is walking around over your head. Having the washer and dryer also made it nice to be able to wash clothes and not have to pack as much.

Conveniently located, Very comfy and perfect for our family

We enjoyed utilizing this property for our stay. The location was ideal as it was in the historic district and very close to Juliette Gordon Low Museum and by Colonial cemetery. It was perfect for our family- we have a 7/9 year old. The property was very clean and comfortable. We also thought the interactive board was cool and booked the white trolly tour through there and that was a fun feature!

Outstanding Unit

We had a great stay at this vrbo unit. It's perfectly located across from the Colonial Cemetery in the heart of the Historic District. Everything was extremely well organized and exactly as presented & promised. We will stay here again in the future.
