Söt helt ny liten stuga perfekt för en eller tvÄ personer. Ny drottning sÀng, litet kylskÄp, keurig, badrum med 3 delar. Fin dÀck med stolar för avkoppling efter en dag pÄ stranden.
Vi ligger bara 3 miles frÄn det vackra downtown Swansboro-omrÄdet och bara 10 miles till de vackra strÀnderna i Emerald Isle. BelÀget i ett lantligt omrÄde pÄ 8 tunnland mark.
Mycket tyst och lugn. Perfekt tillflyktsort.
Hammocks Beach State Park ligger bara nÄgra mil bort. Du kan ta fÀrjan över och njuta av stranden.
Massor av bra restauranger och söta / pittoreska butiker runt ocksÄ.

Beautiful “little” vacation

Exactly as pictures showed ! Super clean and a beautiful property! Super close to Emerald Isle, grocery stores and literally everything you can imagine in between. Super clean and tucked away in a secluded area but not out of the way! Would love to come back and stay again maybe in one of her bigger places and get family to rent the other house on the property!

I booked this visit to surprise my partner with a weekend getaway for his birthday. It was a lovely area with loads of outdoor space to spend evening by the fire.

Secret Solace

It was a special visit and I would like to return. There are two other units on property as well that we would like to try. Would appreciate it if the gas tanks for the grills and fireplaces could be filled.

Lovely cottage

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean and attractive. The “tin roof” is huge and a great place to eat or hang out in the evening. We can recommend this place.

First Tiny House Experience

We loved every minute of our stay! Our time was very relaxing and easy going. Only 15-20m to the beach and dining. We will be back.

Fantastic Stay

Really enjoyed our stay here! It was relaxing, quiet, clean, and close to a lot including the beach. The tin roof was great especially at night with the lights on! Overall this was the perfect place for a getaway! Definitely recommend!

We had a great time. The Tin Roof was a great spot to enjoy the outdoors while rocking in the rocking chairs. We will definitely stay again!

A quaint retreat

We fell in love with Lil` Sweet and the Tin Roof. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area. There were several seating areas in the Tin Roof which were great for curling up with a book. The trees, shrubbery and flower areas were well maintained creating a serene setting. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Loved the Lil’ Sweet! Decor was beautiful. Very clean. Well stocked. We enjoyed the Tin Roof which was beautiful with all the lights. It also has a heater, fire table, and citronella candles. We would definitely stay again!

Highly Recommend

This was the perfect weekend getaway! The hosts are responsive and easy to work with. The "Little Sweet" was just enough space for a weekend fishing trip and we really enjoyed grilling out and eating dinners at the outside covered bar in the Tin Roof. Everything was clean, amazingly decorated, and quiet. Close to everything but we felt like we were out away from it all. We've already recommended to friends and family.

Amazing romantic getaway

Wonderful place

Lil sweet was the perfect little room for my vacation. We enjoyed the outdoor pavilion, even on the cold nights. It was the perfect location for us, being between shopping and the base. Thank you Corky and Audra for marking the space available!

The Lil House was exactly as portrayed. Very cute cottage that has everything you need for your stay. The entire cottage is very well thought out and makes you feel welcome. We would definitely stay there again!

Pleasant Little Getaway

My husband and I chose the Lil Sweet for a get away before the school year started. It was the perfect location! Quiet and semi-private, the cottage was clean and refreshing, and the town of Swansboro had some neat shops to checkout. Would definitely recommend!
