This is a cozy and modern studio style guest house that is separate from the main house.
Located on a very peaceful loop road with nothing across the street except the still-water finger creek and kayak launch out into some of the best kayaking in the area.
We have kayaks, bikes, a softtop surfboard, a bodyboard, beach chairs, sandcastle set, lifejackets, and much more you are welcome to use at your own risk!
Our home also offers direct access to Cape Carteretâs new bike path, which loops around the entire town. Grab one of our bikes or hop on our fun and unique double-bench trolley bike â an unforgettable way for the whole family to cruise around town together! Explore nearby attractions just 1â2 miles away, including Mac Daddyâs Amusement Center, a full-service gym, parks, restaurants, and more.
The coffee table top lifts up into a desk and also unfolds into a 6 person table for dining or games.
The couch cushion flips over from the back into a very comfy queen sized bed to relax and watch your favorite entertainment on the 50" smart tv.
Outside, the covered patio features two dining tables, bar-height table, grill, and a full covered outdoor bathroom. Enjoy friendly games with cornhole boards, our mini disc golf course, badminton or toss a football or frisbee in the spacious back yardâperfect for relaxing and playing. All outdoor spaces are shared between the main house and guest house, so feel free to enjoy whatever is available!

The still water creek and connecting various types of waterways makes our property uniquely prime for kayaking and fishing. Also the 6 person trolley bike available with access to the new Cape Carteret bike path directly from our neighborhood offers the opportunity to a very unique experience for the whole family.
