The property was very close to our reunion spot. The beds were comfortable, and the house was well-stocked with everything we would need for our week stay. Aside from the few hiccups with the washing machine, our stay was very enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay and Gary and Denise were great to work with. We loved the house, only wished we had larger area at dock to swim in

We are happy that you enjoyed your stay at our lake home, Danny. We added a floating dock so it is easier to swim from the dock area. We like our little cove in the quiet end of the lake because we don’t get a lot of boat traffic and it is safer for our grandchildren to enjoy their floats and kayaks. Thanks for choosing our home for your family’s vacation. Denise and Gary

Beautiful home on a quiet inlet on Lake Gaston. We appreciated the ability to dock our boat alongside the owner's boat dock. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed from bedding to bath and kitchen essentials. The firepit, kayaks and swingset were bonuses! The hosts were a pleasure to work with.

Thanks, Edwin. We are glad that your family enjoyed our lake home. We love our cove which is great for kids because we don’t get beat up from boat and jet ski traffic. But then we are so close to the public boat ramp that it is convenient to launch water craft. We hope you enjoyed the canoe and kayaks too. Your family is welcome back any time. Thanks, Denise and Gary

Our family enjoyed our stay very much, the host were excellent and the house is well equipped. The indoors was very clean but the deck and outdoors furniture were not as clean as we would have liked. You cannot swim off the dock, but we managed to kayak out and swim.

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved our stay! The house had plenty of room for our three families including three kids. The house had everything we needed and so many extras to make our stay so fun and special! We loved taking the kayaks and canoes out and enjoyed the games in the garage. We took the kids to the public beach where the water is shallow and they had so much fun! We would recommend this house without hesitation!
