Lägenhet stor charm ligger på Lido område nära havet och turistcentrum i Funchal. Ingen bil behövs som du kan gå till stranden, restauranger och apotek, stormarknader och köpcentrum.

En mycket rymlig lägenhet (160 m2) ligger på 5: e våningen Penthouse.
Den har två stora sovrum med havsutsikt, 2 badrum, rymligt vardagsrum med havsutsikt och terrass i söder emot enorma sol hela dagen och kan njuta av det milda klimatet i Funchal medan du tittar på havet. Stort kök där de kan äta 6 personer och matsal. Serveras med hiss från parkeringen med privat plats. Inredda med stor finess och komfort eleganta handen, samtidigt som komforten och ger dig allt du behöver för en kort semester eller flera månader.
En mycket komplett lägenhet belägen i ett lugnt och säkert område som betjänas av kollektivtrafik (bus) stopp 20metros.
Den privata parkering med kommandot med öppning har privat plats är på gatunivå och betjänas av en hiss som tar dig direkt till lägenheten.

Great stay

We were very happy with the condo. It is spacey, clean, lots of windows and my favorite balcony with an ocean view, perfect for the morning coffee. Frederica was very accommodating, friendly and responsive. Kitchen was well stocked and we had a nice surprise of welcome started kit of coffee, fruits, bread, ham and cheese which greatly appreciated after long travel day. Location was great for us too.

A Fabulous Find!

This apartment exceeded my expectations. The kitchen had everything required to prepare both a simple or a complicated meal. The balcony over looking the water is wonderful after a day of sight seeing or hiking. The check in process was a breeze as Frederica met us at the apartment & we were able to immediately park our car in the underground parking lot. The beds are soft, which I don't care for, but others may find that just fine. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Do it!!

Gem of an apartment

A great apartment which is even better and bigger than pics suggested. Lovely views of the ocean and situated well for restaurants and local shops. Frederica is an attentive and helpful host.

First visit to Madeira

Superb apartment, very spacious with comfortable furniture and every facility to make it home from home. Location was perfect, bus stop just outside the property the service was very frequent. Supermarket and restaurant a short walk away. Frederica couldn’t have made us more welcome, she answered queries immediately and made excellent suggestions to make our stay memorable.

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I stayed here for 11 nights and would recommend it to anyone looking for a base to explore Madeira.Frederica is an outstanding host. She gave us a tour of the apartment when we arrived, and welcomed us with some grocery essentials and sweets treats, which was a really nice touch and very much appreciated after a long journey.The apartment is beautiful, and much larger than we expected. As it is on the top floor (lift makes things easy), the sea views from the balcony are spectacular. The apartment is fully stocked with everything you could need, including all of the everyday essentials that you wouldn't want to have to buy for a short holiday (products for washing clothes, cleaning etc).The kitchen is also fully stocked for cooking, and even has lots of plastic tubs and boxes that made our lunchtime picnics much easier.The location was ideal for us. There are plenty of nice restaurants and two Pingo Doce supermarkets very close by. A walk into the centre of Funchal was a pleasant 25 minutes (though we'd recommend a Bolt for the way back, as it is uphill). The bus stop is also just outside the apartment.The location is also ideal for exploring other areas of Madeira. There is a dedicated parking spot in the garage for your rental car, and it is relatively easy to hop onto the ER101 to access all of the main spots on the island. Even Porto Moniz on the north west side of the island was less than an hour by car.We can't wait to come back!

Excellent accommodation

Accommodation was spacious, stylish and comfortable. Location involved some walking to get to central Funchal but we were quite happy to do this. Our holiday was very relaxing and enjoyable. We wished we had been staying a few days longer.

Frederica maintains a beautiful apartment, furnished with good quality/comfortable furniture and an amazing array of antiques and works of art to make the apartment feel like home. The apartment is ideally located, walking distance to many bars/restaurants and easy access from the secure indoor carpark to the main road network for days out.

Great stay in Sea View Apartment

We had a wonderful stay in Frederica’s apartment . One of the best I have stayed in . It is a very spacious apartment and two couples could stay there very comfortably. Frederica had added a lot of little touches to welcome us which was greatly appreciated. The bus into central Funchal was 20 meters from the door so really easy lots of restaurants on the lower level streets and a lovely bakery for morning coffee and breakfast. Highly recommended.

great apartment in central location !!!

Federica could not have been more helpful on arrival was waiting for us & explained everything the welcome pack was an unexpected bonus with everything we needed to start the holiday. the apartment is a short walk to lots of local restaurants & bars but very quiet at night looking forward to coming back in the near future

The Place to Stay!!!

The host is amazing, a great communicator and she also provided us with a fantastic welcome package of food and drink!! The location of this beautiful, roomy, homey flat cannot be beat. We were able to walk to so many places. Bus transportation was also right there near the apt.. Will stay there again for any future trips if it is available. Only able to rate up to five stars but if able I would rate our stay a 10+.

Fabulous!

A delightful owner, who helped to make our holiday one of the best. A very spacious, clean and well presented apartment. There was everything you would need to make your stay as easy as possible. The location was fantastic. There was a bus stop just outside and lots of excellent restaurants and shops very close by. It was only short walk down to the coast line. We would recommend the apartment to anyone.

Great apartment!

Had a great time with my daughter in Madeira. We enjoyed the beautiful and super spacious apartment, with beautiful views and fully equipped. Very convenient with private parking for our rental car. Frederica is incredibly helpful - we really appreciated the groceries in the fridge. Additional advantage - the apartment is within walking distance of a lovely swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a nice walk. We will gladly come back again!

Paradise in Madeira

The property had a beautiful view, was quiet, and had a wonderful breeze, making the apartment cool even on the rare hot or muggy day. Frederica, our host, was always helpful, starting with the orientation to the property and leaving a welcome package of food, to dealing with any small glitches in the complex, to helping arrange transportation to the airport. I would not hesitate to rebook this apartment upon returning to Madeira.

A mixed working and holiday week

This is an absolutely fabulous apartment: spacious, clean and has everything for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. WiFi was excellent so my son and I could work effectively with colleagues back in the U.K. The owner/ hostess, Frederica, is a lovely lady and could not have been more accommodating - for example, allowing us into the apartment several hours early. Furniture is very comfortable. Very close to a range of shops and restaurants. We plan to return next year. Definitely 5 stars.

Lovely Spacious Penthouse.

I give the very top rating to this spacious, well-designed penthouse apartment that is filled with light from windows on 3 sides. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. It is well equipped for self housekeeping and the hostess kindly provided some initial foods until we could shop. The view of the ocean from the balcony is beautiful. Windows can be kept wide open as there seem to be no flying insects to come in. It is the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Comfort space and elegance

Frederica warmly welcomed us to her beautiful penthouse apartment. It is as far removed from standard 'holiday flats' as it is possible to imagine. Beautifully airy spacious and well appointed it was the perfect place for our 12 days in Madeira. She provided an excellent welcome pack and so much else was provided (multiple towels including huge beach towels). The location was great with lots of amenities close by. We had a car (easily parked in the allocated underground parking place) but the very regular bus to central Funchal was just outside the door for any non drivers. We recommend it 100% and definitely will be back.

Amazing

The apartment was superb! Spacious, luxurious, very well equiped. It had everything we needed and much more:-) We arrived late at night, Frederica and her husband were waiting for us, showed us the appartment, gave us keys and also prepared food for the next morning, which we really appreciated. We were especially enjoying dining at the terrace with a beautiful ocean view. The appartment is very well situated, it is in a calmer part of Lido, on the street above the main promenade, so there are not any tourists disturbing you. Small shops and restaurants are nearby, the beach some 200-300 meters away. We would highly reccomend this accomodation and its owners. young married couple, Czech Republic

So spacious & great view!!

My friend & I recently stayed at this apartment for 10 days (June 2018). We couldn't believe how spacious it was and very well kept! Frederica was a very considerate host and left us lots of goodies, ie. fruit, milk, bread etc.The kitchen is completely equipped for any meal you may wish to make. The apartment is only a few minutes walk to a lovely bakery and about 10 mins walk to many restaurants, downhill, but very managable. Can take 20-30 mins to walk into the centre of Funchal, but after a long walk & heat you would probably want to get the bus back, as quite a long hill coming out of Funchal itself, the 04 stops close to the apartment. We went on some tours of the island, which were fabulous, some of the scenery was spectacular, seen in one case from just under 2000 metres high! We used the tour company called 'Happy Tours' who used mini buses, which were completely fine & the charge for the full day ones was 20 Euros, whilst the companies using coaches charged 30 Euros. You will find them as you go down the hill to the right just a few shops in. We would highly recommend this apartment & if we ever went to Madeira again would definitely request to stay here. Some of our friends have already shown interest.

Apartment in Madeira Review

Had great communication with Fredrickia from the start . Both herself & her husband where there waiting for us on arrival . Apartment exactly as advertised, spotlessly clean and a lot bigger than in the photos . Beautiful welcome pack that had great essentials in as we arrived late at night saved us going out . Cannot fault the apartment plenty big enough for 2 couples or a family of four . Lots of restaurants & bars close to the apartment within walking distance , wear flats as everywhere you go is either up or down a hill . Easy to get a bus into town center, we got a 5 day pass and could use it anytime , saved a lot of walking . Plenty to do & see within short distance so no long journeys or expensive taxi rides. All in a really lovely holiday apartment & Fredrickia could not fault . Nothing too much trouble , just a txt away . I unfortunately ended up with blisters first day from new sandals & asked did have anything in the apartment that could help ? Replied within minutes to tell where the first aid box was in the apartment and everything that was needed was in the box . Only draw back I would mention is it’s quite a busy road below the apartment so if you are a light sleeper bring some ear plugs . All in all really happy with our stay and thank you to Fredrickia & husband for making us so welcome & accommodating us in your beautiful apartment . Linda & Richard

We chose this lovely apartment beacuse of the seaviews, south facing large balcony, the luxury of space this 2 bedroom apartment offers and the fact it is so peaceful. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe, and its a nice place to call home.

Stunning sea views, the terrace gets sun all day long. The flat has an elevator and car park as well as being equipped with everything needed for a great holiday or a comfortable long stay.
