The property was adequate. There was plenty of room for our family. The view of the ocean was lovely and the beach was not overly crowded. But I would not rent this property again. We come to HHI to relax and enjoy our family time, this time I was too focused on all the rules and possible fines that were posted all over the house. The 4 car rule was especially difficult when we had other people come over ( ex: the photographer who came to take family photos). If you are restricting parking then have an-overflow lotWe were fixated on not getting the towels too dirty or else we would get fined. We also worried about the smoke detector in the garage that kept going off until we disconnected it. No one ever came by to repair it. These are Just a few of the warnings posted throughout the house. I contacted the host before our stay to ask about beach toys and chairs etc. I was told that none were suppled at the property. Unless some were left by the previous renters. So we filled out cars with chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. Imagine my surprise when there was a closet filled with all of the stuff we bought. It would have been nice to get correct info and it would also be nice if beach towels were furnished like in the other houses we rented before in HHI The pool is very small, kids sized To summarize we had a lovely time because we always do when we get together. We will just have it at a different property in a different part of HHi in the future

We apologize for the smoke detector issue during your stay. The batteries were replaced by maintenance, and we're sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the four-car parking limit is set by the Town of Hilton Head Island and applies to all rental properties based on driveway and garage space. Regarding the beach gear, while previous guests sometimes leave chairs and toys behind, we don't inventory or maintain those items, so we're unable to guarantee their availability or condition. Service Recovery is Important!

Our second year renting this property, and it's great. Our family loves it and wants to come back every year. A big thank you and shout out to Andi for solving a computer glitch with their billing system and giving us complete assurance there would be no issues when we arrived, including giving me her direct number to call if there were any problems. And there were none!

This home was simply outstanding! Excellent accommodation for 11 people with plenty of space to all be together or get some private time. Heated pool looking out to the beach was perfect for kids and adults.

Great stay for Spring break

We had a wonderful time at HHI. We never had to leave this beautiful space! The kids enjoyed the beach and the pool. The adults loved the safety of the location and the large kitchen and dining room to gather. Will definitely come back!

Perfect getaway!

This property is right on the beach. We were lucky and had absolutely beautiful weather everyday. The house was perfect as well even thought we spent most of the time outside.

Wedding celebration

House was perfect location for a 12 person wedding event. We had a chef come in and the kitchen was fully stocked. The bedrooms and beds were perfect for the guests. The scenery was gorgeous.

Wonderful!

We love this house. It was perfect for our family of 13 and we had such a good time. Everyone had plenty of space. It was clean and we had no problems. The oceanfront was wonderful and the beach was not crowded at all.

Excellent property for a family

We had a family group of 14. Worked out well us. It is located in a private community so the beach was fairly uncrowded. Had a few minor issues and we were pleased with the quick response of the property manager.

August 2018 Stay

Wow! What a fantastic week at 12 Collier Beach Rd. The view is like no other.. you can’t beat being oceanfront! We enjoyed the brand new furniture in the rental, extremely comfortable and felt like home. Can’t wait to come back!!!
