Great location and House

Great location and house. Had some maintenance issues but the property management company was all over it and very communicative and helpful. Would absolutely stay there again!

This home was simply outstanding! Excellent accommodation for 11 people with plenty of space to all be together or get some private time. Heated pool looking out to the beach was perfect for kids and adults.

Wonderful!

We love this house. It was perfect for our family of 13 and we had such a good time. Everyone had plenty of space. It was clean and we had no problems. The oceanfront was wonderful and the beach was not crowded at all.

Excellent property for a family

We had a family group of 14. Worked out well us. It is located in a private community so the beach was fairly uncrowded. Had a few minor issues and we were pleased with the quick response of the property manager.

great location

The location is absolutely excellent. You can't beat a beachfront for maximizing your time. The convenience of being right at the beach saves so much time and creates more opportunities to make memories. The view is constant and breathtaking! We did have a small repair issue, but it was handled quickly. The only bad thing we experienced was groups of loud young people gathering after midnight in the street, and one night there was a gathering of young people on bikes and in trucks accessing the nearby beach access setting off fireworks after midnight.

Amazing summer beach vacation

Awesome house and awesome location

We wanted to be away from the crowds and this location was perfect! There is a folly where the tide comes in and during high tide, it can't be crossed. So it was like having your own private beach. The house itself has been re-done and all the bedrooms are beautiful. There are updated bathrooms as well. April is a great time to visit HHI as is the fall. We will be returning to this house in the fall as it suited our family perfectly.

Great stay for Spring break

We had a wonderful time at HHI. We never had to leave this beautiful space! The kids enjoyed the beach and the pool. The adults loved the safety of the location and the large kitchen and dining room to gather. Will definitely come back!

Wedding celebration

House was perfect location for a 12 person wedding event. We had a chef come in and the kitchen was fully stocked. The bedrooms and beds were perfect for the guests. The scenery was gorgeous.

Fall 2023 Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location on the beach and being able to walk out with the grandchildren anytime was worth the added expense. The first morning we saw a pod of dolphin's swimming along the coastline, a first for the kids. The rental was clean and up to date. This was the eight time we have visited Hilton Head. This was by far the best rental and location we have had.

It was extremely spacious and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and toys. The kids had a blast and it was a major plus to literally be right there on the beach. The pool was great and the heat worked perfectly for our October vacation. I can’t say enough nice things about Andi who helped us book the property and answered all of my questions. Thank you Vacation Homes for a nice time!

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great vacation! We had a total of 15 people and the home had plenty of space. We love the location and the private beach. The pool was great, we spent a lot of time in it. A little disappointing the rental company doesn’t provide beach towels, or any beach equipment. It makes it difficult for guests who are traveling by plane. Our only complaints are the floors weren’t very clean when we checked in, one of the Queen beds was awful and made the loudest noises each time you moved, and the bathroom for the queen room was dated and had a dirty shower curtain. For the amount of money you spend I would expect a little more. We had to contact the rental company for a few minor things and they were quick to respond. Also, the elevator was great!
