Promenera eller cykla till Red River Beach (mindre än 1/2 mil hemifrån) - en av Harwich finaste stränder med gott om parkering. Central luft, fantastisk stor utomhusdusch och stor däck. Brandplats med stolar. Höghastighetsinternet, HDTV-kabel, en Wii-konsol och spel med egen TV, gasgrill, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. CC Bike Trail är en 7 min. cykeltur bort. 5 min. kör till Harwichport, 10 min till centrala Chatham.

Great location

Great overall stay and highly recommended. Great communication with the owner and close to Chatham and shops in Harwich. Hope to go back there again in the future.

Perfect Location - Very Comfortable

This house is extremely nice with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean and loved the outside deck with the view of the water. Central air was very much appreciated.

Fabulous stay close to beach and access the pond was a bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay. House is in a great location to paddle board, canoe or khaki in the pond or a short walk to the beach. House is very clean and came with everything we needed. Great hosts as well. I hope we will be back again next year.

Excellent Cape Retreat

This home was so fantastic that we are looking forward to returning next year! The location was unbeatable for our family. Located within walking distance to the beach with a gorgeous pond in the backyard! Our kids spent many hours fishing off the dock and riding in the the provided canoe and kayak. The home had what looked to be newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen (which were beautiful). Plenty of sleeping space with a bunk room for the kids! Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend.

Great location, great host

What a great spot ... close to beach, golf, shopping, etc. and being right on the pond is an extra bonus: not a lot of Cape houses offer all that. Host was great, fast and responsive. Would love to stay here again!

Great cape vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the cape house! The location was great, super short bike ride to the beach, steps down the path to the pond, and a quiet dead end street where my daughter actually learned to ride her bike with no training wheels! The house is adorable, a little dated in some areas but nicely updated in others, and the outdoor shower is amazing after a sandy, sweaty day at the beach. Everything we needed was there for us, including pond/beach gear. The host, Scott, was also super nice and quickly responded to any questions we had.

We love this unique spot on the Cape. It's a cross between the tranquility of a NH lake house property, tucked quietly next to Skinequit Pond and conservation forest land at the end of a quiet street, and situated conveniently down the road from one of Harwich's (and arguably one of the Cape's) finest beaches, Red River Beach with lots of parking, public bathrooms and a food truck during the summer.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

When searching for a second home purchase years ago, we struggled between choosing a quiet lake house get-away in NH or a quintessential Cape Cod beach house with the architectural Cape house charm (absolutely perfect sun-filled outdoor shower), abundance of restaurants, ice cream shops, beaches, bike trails, fishing holes, theaters, boat excursions, Cape Cod baseball, etc. Miraculously we discovered this property that gives us both.
