Njut av denna solstrålade, rymliga 2: a våningen villa med 3 sovrum och 2 fulla bad. Fantastiskt läge vid Ocean Edge resort. Vaknat till ljudet av fåglar. Steg från Linx Tavern som är öppen dagligen under säsongen för frukost, lunch och middag. Steg från Arbor poolen och Shark Bah. Denna vackra enhet erbjuder tak i katedralen, palladium fönster, eldstaden vardagsrum, ny bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. A / C i alla vardagsrum, 4 TV med kabel, Wi-Fi, höghastighetsinternet, telefon. Sovrummet har en king size-säng, ny madrass / grund för vilsam sömn. Det andra sovrummet har två queen size-sängar. Tredje sovrummet har full size säng med ny madrass och foundation. Fullt applianced kök, tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten. Vackert inredda med ett nautiskt tema. Bara renoverat med två nya badrum, med granit bänkskivor. Nya köksskåp med granitbänkskivor. Vi har flera upprepade gäster. Deras kommentarer har varit- denna plats är vacker. Vi älskar det, kan vi inte vänta för att komma tillbaka. Mycket rent och allt uppdaterat. Jag såg de andra men det här är överlägset bäst. Möblerad i ett sommarstrandsläge som kan få dig att känna dig lycklig. Promenera till pooler.

We returned to this lovely spot which offers something for everyone. Pool, golf, beach, pickleball, and more. This spot keeps us all entertained and has enough space to gather and have fun! Thanks for another week full of memories!!

Beautiful, clean and large condo

Lorin’s home was beautiful. We were able to check in early and the space was fit with everything we could’ve needed, especially for the kids. The third bedroom has an open space above sliding doors so it could get quite noisy in the morning w children, so be mindful of that. And there is great WiFi INSIDE the condo, but the rest of the development has no cell service. However, the condo itself was lovely and the pool across the street was SO convenient and fun. Lorin was lovely to deal with, I highly recommend her home!

Lorin’s place in Ocean’s Edge felt clean, relaxing, and like we felt at home. There was plenty of space for us 4 adults and two kids (3yo & 1yo). Not only did we fit perfectly, Lorin has many additional items to make our stay much easier such as stroller, bed rails, beach toys, booster seat etc. On top of this, the location in the resort was perfect! Walking distance to the pool, Lynx restaurant, and golf is super convenient. Last but not least, Lorin was very nice and responsive. She had no problem with us checking in early if turn down service was completed. Very accommodating. I’d highly recommend Lorin’s place. Thanks Lorin!

Great vacation!

Highly recommend this vacation rental. Plenty of sleeping space (we were 2 families of 4.) Close to pool, tennis, pickleball. Clean and easy to check-in/out. Plenty of towels and beach chairs. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway

This villa was absolutely perfect! Great location, close to the pool, restaurants, beaches and there were many local activities for kids not far from the resort. The place was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with anything we could possibly need. We will definitely be back next summer!

Wonderful stay/ Gorgeous property

We all really enjoyed our family trip to OceanEdge to this beautiful property and home. Was super clean and so well stocked with everything. Plenty of toys, games, etc. Beds super comfortable. Property owner was wonderful and made sure everything was fine with our stay. Can't wait to go back again!

Lovely condo

Lorin's condo was a great launching spot for our Cape vacation. The 3 bedrooms are large and set up for adults, with options for younger children. Lorin has thought of everything, and the unit is so well equipped that you won't have to buy or bring the random things from home. There are books, games, beach towels, and chairs, and all the linens are included. The location is close to lots of activities, and there are plenty of options available without leaving Ocean Edge as well. We truly enjoyed our week and would definitely rent again. Thanks Lorin!

Spacious well-appointed Cape Cod condo!

This is a lovely condo right on a golf course near lots of great beaches. You can buy a pass to use the pool and gym too. The owner is very attentive and we had a great time. I highly recommend this rental.

Spacious, very clean, perfectly stocked and tastefully decorated villa

We had a great time at Lorin’s villa at Ocean Edge. We wanted for nothing. Had everything at our fingertips. Great location near the pool and pool bar with delicious drinks. Would definitely book again. Food at the Lynx was very good and food at The Terrace was amazing.

Excellent Stay

We had a great time staying at Lorin's villa in Brewster. The property and proximity to amenities was exactly as described. The condo was spacious; the 2 main bedrooms were very large. The whole process was easy and the host was responsive and gave helpful advice about the are. Access to a stroller, pack n play and booster seat also helped!

Fantastic place

We could not have been more happy with Emily’s home. The unit was clean and the perfect size with 3 bedrooms. Everyone had their own space. We would love to return to Emily’s Home again!

Wonderful stay

We stayed at the property over Labor Day weekend for a wedding. It was wonderful. Emily was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. The condo was spacious, clean and had everything you could need. Big plus that Emily provides linens, as most other properties at the Villages do not. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Just a described

We had no issues with the locks and found Lorin to be responsive and able to be reached easily. We used this property as a place to sleep after days spent on the beaches of Cape Cod. It was just a pictured. Since we were eating dinners with extended family at another location, the small kitchen was no issue for us. If you plan to prepare any sort of meal other than grab and go you need to expect to have one cook in the kitchen at a time but you will find it well stocked.

Disappointed with owners

We have stayed at a number of rental properties across the country over the years and have never been treated by an owner as we were at this property. When we checked in, the door was dead bolted (we were told to use a key code to get in but this didn't get us past the deadbolt and we had to call the owner for a spare key), air conditioner in the master bedroom didn't work as there was a blown switch (this was a 90 degree day) and our names were never given to hold passes for us to pay and pick up at the clubhouse for pool access despite the owner saying she would take care of it (this was really important to us as we were concerned with availability). When we communicated these issues to the owner, we were told that she "didn't like our attitude and we could leave if we didn't like it". We were blown away by this response! It was completely uncalled for and rude. Where were we supposed to get another vacation property that day with my family, even if they offered a refund? They had the electrician call us directly and expected us to be ready for them to come by on our vacation to address the issue with the AC. Appreciated that they called around to find one on a Saturday, but they couldn't come until Monday to fix it. No offer of a partial refund for a room we couldn't use due to the heat. We stayed the week and the place was just ok. The condo is dated and the grill was a plug in (no propane) that was filthy. We paid a premium compared to other properties at the resort based upon the reviews and a level of expected attention by the owners (both to the property and to their guests). Clearly the place was not looked over prior to our arrival. Save your money and peace of mind and go to another property there. Don't fall for the reviews like we did.

Nice unit but needs updating, refresh and a deep clean!

This was a decently-sized unit in a nice location. The surrounding property and building were older but well-maintained. We enjoyed being on a golf course and in a central location! The unit inside was ok. The worst thing about it was that it was pretty dirty. I knew that the unit needed updating from the pictures (which, I know, of course, factors into the price), but, of course, I could not see how clean or dirty the unit would be from the pictures. The trim around the doors and several walls had splattered stains, the floors had crusted dirt that could not be removed with a sweeping or quick mopping (it stuck to your feet), and there was dust galore. It looked like no one had bothered to dust other than the noticeable, and often used, surfaces in some time. Part of the problem, I think, is that there are way too many knick-knacks all over the house that are hard to dust and tend to gather dust. Rentals should not have so many knick-knacks (I know because I used to own a vacation rental agency and own a vacation rental property of my own.) I guess I just expected that we would be one of the first summertime renters and, as such, that the property should have been deep-cleaned in the off season. This was NOT the case, even though I know this is the usual course of business with vacation rentals. I did not notice how dusty the unit was until I looked more closely. I was working out in the master bedroom, and, when I had to get on the floor for an exercise, I noticed just how dusty everything was. In fact, there was a thick layer of dust under furniture, such as the desk, that was open and easy to dust. Then, I started noticing dust all over the unit and the dirty trim and walls. Moreover, the unit could use some significant updating (this, of course, would allow for additional rental income for the unit too), especially the kitchen, bathrooms, and furniture. The furniture was comfortable but looked quite worn, especially the throw pillows. The walls and trim are desperately in need of a fresh coat of paint. There are nicks, scratches, holes, etc., just about everywhere. There are even repairs to the walls that are not properly covered. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were happy with the unit for the price, especially since we did not spend much time there. But...I definitely suggest the unit get a deep cleaning, that many of the knick-knacks be removed to prevent dust collection and the look of clutter and get an update!

Great weekend stay

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Lorin’s condo. We were pleasantly surprised to see a nice bottle of wine on the table upon our arrival. The condo was immaculate, sheets/towels were and check in was seamless. We would high recommend a stay here. Thank you Lorin

I come from Massachusetts. I always loved the cape, and this location is the best. I am in the real estate business, this is by far the best resort for family fun. The kids love this location. So many activities for them and the entire family. The kids wont go anywhere else. So much fun for them.

Looked all over Ocean Edge resort. None of the other condos or villas are as beautiful. The great sun splashed rooms. The palladium windows. The large bedrooms. The location, overlooking the 9th hole. Walk to Linx restaurant and Arbor pool. Very clean and in excellent condition.

***Our cleaners are professionals. They wear masks while they clean the unit, and they have been instructed to use Clorox and Lysol cleaners on all hard surfaces. They only use freshly cleaned cloths when they enter the unit from a previous job.

Plenty to do for the children and adults. Great location. All the amenities. you can get a book with the daily activities at Linx. You and your family can always be busy with fun activities. Truly a great experience.
