Packa upp och koppla av i denna bekvÀma icke rökande 5 sovrum 2 1/2 bad enfamiljshus med privat mark i vacker pool. Hemmet ligger i ett lugnt, exklusivt omrÄde. Uthyrning Àr för enstaka familjer och deras gÀster fÄr inte överstiga 13 personer. HyresgÀst mÄste vara minst 25 Är och bo pÄ plats. Kan inte hyras till en grupp individer eller företag. Första vÄningen master queen bed / bad. Fullt utrustat kök har rektangulÀrt trÀved med 6 stolar, plattskÀrms-TV överallt, takflÀktar, gasgrill, uteplats med stolar och paraply för matsal vid poolen. Skölj av sanden med utomhusdusch innan du hoppar i den underhÄllsfria poolen. Massor av sittmöjligheter för alla vid poolen. Andra vÄningen har 2 drottning sovrum, 1 kung sovrum, 1 sovrum med 5 tvillingar. Mycket lugnt omrÄde, ca 1. 5 mil bilresa till stranden. Ca 3 mil till Funland Amusements pÄ strandpromenaden. Tangers Outlets i nÀrheten med pÄ nÄgra minuter. Njut av parkerna, stranden eller Delaware State. Massor av trendiga restauranger att vÀlja mellan. Bra strandpromenad för barn att njuta av Äkattraktioner och spel. Sommaruthyrning Àr söndag till söndag.

Family Vacation

The house is perfect. We especially love the pool area. The owners have thought of everything to make Our stay so very comfortable. This is our third year in the house and we look forward to coming back next year. Creating wonderful memories with the family

Family Vacation

Love this property. It is perfect for a family. Great neighborhood and so close to everything and yet so private. Owners are great and always respond quickly to any request. House and outside area are maintained beautifully. Would definitely rent again

Best Vacation Spot EVER !!

This was our 1st time using VRBO and we selected the PERFECT property as it had everything we need for everyone in our group. We had 11 people -from the Grandparents to the kids. The Pool was the BEST... the house was clean and enough space for everyone. I would love to book here again next year !!

Kids had a great time

Kids loved the pool, and the drive to the boardwalk was pretty short. Also played mini golf and had dinner out. The house was comfortable so that after a busy day everyone could just chill. We loved eating at the green turtle in Lewis. We make it a point to eat there every year. Great week.

Perfect place with private pool

Loved staying at this property. It’s located in a very quite neighborhood and the pool was the biggest plus. Getting to swim and go to the beach can’t beat it.

Fabulous Vacation

This house was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. Sal and Wendy are always accessible and extremely pleasant to deal with. Due to Covid 19 we elected not to venture out this year. No one missed the beach, boardwalk or restaurants. Having the beautiful pool and outdoor grill is a big plus. Felt like we were at a resort. Thank you Sal and Wendy for sharing your home.

Wonderful getaway!

The property is very accommodating and the neighborhood is beautiful! We enjoyed laying poolside and long walks around the neighborhood. We hope to go back and stay again soon. Also, communication with the owner was great (she is super sweet) and securing the property and check-in couldn't have been easier!

Great house. Everything is as shown and advertised.

We stayed a long weekend in October 2018. House is in top rate condition. We had no issues at all and everything is just as advertised in the photos and writeups. Having linens included was a great benefit. Even though the pool was closed for the season, I could see that being a great plus when in season. Owners are very responsive on any questions. Thanks to them for sharing their home.

Lovely Property

Place was spacious, contained all we needed, including linens (a big plus!), kitchen supplies and more. Space was nice for a group of people, where folks could gather in different areas. Though it rained almost all weekend, we snuck in a few quick dips in the pool. Owners were very responsive to our questions. Accessing the house was efficient and easy.

Very nice and clean home

Kid's had a blast in the pool. The house is nice and cozy. Clean kept house. Really enjoyed this private secluded home just minutes from the Beach area.
