Family Beach Vacation

This house is perfect for our annual family beach trip. This beautiful home is close enough to town to enjoy everything Bethany Beach has to offer but tucked away in a beautiful golf course community that offers serenity and quiet surroundings. The house is spacious and clean, appointed with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this property and will definitely make plans to return!

Very nice

Property was probably the cleanest we've rented in a long time. House had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. Had a great time and really felt comfortable staying here. Owner was very nice and easy to get in touch with as needed. Lovely neighborhood too!

A nice property, well maintained and convenient

The house is very well maintained and clean. The layout is nice for family with rooms for kids, a large common area and a screened porch with deck. The neighborhood is quiet. A.bonus was that a supermarket is located about a minute away by car so trips for things needed during the week was easy. The pool was also great for the kids.

Great base for beach and exploring

Our two families enjoyed this house as a great base of operations for going to the beach, the pool and for exploring the surrounding communities. Fernando was very responsive when we hit some snags with accessing included amenities and when a minor maintenance question came up. We especially appreciated the spacious parking, the central location and the screened in porch. Thanks!

A wonderful community experience

We very much enjoyed our stay on the 6th hole of a golf course set within a wonderful community. A wonderful friendly open air experience where we enjoyed bike riding to the beach, golfing in the sunshine, and sitting on the back deck or in the Adirondack chairs out front of the house for coffee in the morning or relaxing close to the day. The perfect house for a simple getaway vacation! PS - the hosts we absolutely great with communication and very responsive!

Great Weekend..Even Better House

This House was perfect on all accounts. Very Open, very spacious and full of light. The pictures seem to be outdated a little bit and we were very surprised how beautiful the house looked. It was thoroughly cleaned and ready for our arrival. Will recommend to anyone looking to visit Bethany beach. Salt Pond is a great community with a great pool and playground for kids. The golf course is a exc course with all Par 3s and 4s. We played it and enjoyed it a whole lot. Will 100% be staying there next year.

Summer Vacation

Our family had a great week in Bethany Beach! Home was perfect for us! Layout is great for a family with little kiddies, no stairs and open floor plan. Kitchen was very well equipped for all of our cooking needs. Pool and gym were excellent also, we used them every day. Quiet, peaceful and well kept neighborhood. House was very clean when we arrived and Fernando called to check in with us to see how everything was upon our arrival. A short drive to beach and restaurants. The Harris Teeter grocery store is a short walk away! Very convenient when 10pm rolls around and you feel the need for ice cream or chocolate cake! We had a wonderful week and highly recommend this home! Thanks Fernando!

Good overall family stay

Clean house, well appointed. Overall we had a positive stay, and I would recommend this rental. A few words of caution: the VRBO listing and information lacks some important detail and has some inaccurate information. When I did contact the owner, he was very responsive and provided additional detail. Be aware: the community center and pool are NOT included in your rental, but can be accessed for an additional fee. This was important to our rental, and was a big disappointment. The owner did send the correct information through the email communication, but it was buried deep in the email in a very dense document. That should be trusted more than the listing for property detail.

Thank you, Janine! Your feedback about improving the online content within our VRBO listing is very helpful! This weekend we will explore and hopefully discover where can insert into the listing some of the more important details we now include in our email attachments. Thanks again...and you are always welcomed back! Fernando

Very peaceful and relaxing vacation. House was very clean and bright and more spacious than I would have expected from the square footage. We enjoyed the community pool and shuffleboard. Had a pair of young buck deer show up in the back yard one evening. Nice, big deck, partly screened in. A short handrail on the deck and three front steps would be a nice addition for those of us with mobility issues. Loved the ample parking in front of the house. We had three cars and it was a relief not to have to desperately search for parking for the third. The Hocker's supermarket and the gas pumps so close by were such a convenience. It is necessary to drive to the beach and we discovered that we preferred Bethany Beach State Park. A bit longer drive but much more parking than the beach in town and conveniences like outdoor showers and a snack stand. The beach at the state park is also much wider and not as crowded as the beach in town. This is our second summer trip to Bethany Beach and would definitely want to return.

Wonderful property and community.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. We loved the amenities of the community but also were so close to the beaches and town. The property is very well maintained and clean and had everything we needed. The owner was great about checking on us and we couldn’t have had a nicer vacation. This is our second time staying at the house and we will be back.

Great stay in Bethany Beach

Great house for our family! So close to everything, yet away from the crowds. Probably the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Enjoyed coffee on the screened in porch and morning jogs through the Salt Pond community. Comfortable beds and tasteful furnishings. We didn’t want to leave!
