TvÄ vÄningar antebellum hem ligger bara nÄgra minuter frÄn River Street och allt det historiska distriktet har att erbjuda. Tre sovrum (plus en bÀddsoffa i nedre vÄningen), 2 1/2 bad, tvÄ verandor, plus en privat innergÄrd som inkluderar sÀkerhetsparkering pÄ plats. Vardagsrum, matsal, kök med alla nya apparater och bÀnkskivor i granit. Bordsservice för upp till 8 personer.
Helt ny tvÀttmaskin.
Veranda pÄ övre plan perfekt för att titta pÄ River St-fyrverkerier utan att lÀmna hemmet.
Sovrummet har queen size fyrbÀddsrissÀng med trappsteg, klÀdkammare och original spis. Det andra sovrummet Àr privat svit med dubbelsÀng och bifogat badrum. Tredje sovrummet har dubbelsÀng bÀdd (2 sovplatser nÀr du dras ut), stor garderob och leder till övre verandan. BÄda badrummen har badkar / duschkombinationer och ett har en Oyster skalkronkrona.
Matsalen har plats för 6-8 personer. Ytterligare matbord för 4 finns pÄ övre verandan.

Huset Àr nymÄlade och dekorerade med nyare möbler och accentueras med antikviteter och lokal konst. Det finns 2 smarta TV-apparater, en tredje TV med Romulo och WiFi tillhandahÄlls sÄ att gÀsterna inte kommer att missa sin favoritprogram för Netflix eller Amazon.

Fastigheten ligger bara nĂ„gra kvarter frĂ„n City Market, Colonial Park Cemetery, Pirates House, River Street, Owens Thomas House, Broughton St och mycket mer. Du kan NÄSTA se Leopolds Glass frĂ„n övre verandan! Mindre Ă€n ett kvarter till Greene Square (platsen för Savannahs minsta hus och den andra afrikanska baptistkyrkan). The place to stay in Savannah

This house has so much charm and is located so close to many attractions. We walked just about everywhere. You will not find a better host than Debbie. She sincerely cares about everyone staying in her house. If you are planning a trip to Savannah this is the place to stay.

Stayed here for a few days around New Years. It was cute. A little far for walking to some of the places we like in Savannah but we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Vacation Stay

This is the best property we have ever found on VRBO. Beautiful home; warm and comfortable. Top notch amenities. Able to walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shops downtown and along the river. Will definitely book this property again if we re-visit Savannah in the future.

Great stay in historic Savannah

Deborah was very easy to work with. Beautiful old home - easy to walk to everything! It was great to have a parking spot. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck. Would definitely stay here again.

Green Grey house has all the comforts of home including a garage door!

3 generations of family enjoyed this very comfortable home with its large dining table with room for us all. We ate together, played games, worked on computers, did art projects and browsed thru the amazing book collection. There’s plenty of hot water for showers, a 2nd floor deck for morning coffee with a pile of umbrellas by the front door. The decor is fabulous! Cha-Bella, one of the best restaurants in town is a local favorite and right across the street! We’ll be coming back for sure.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this home! It is a great location for proximity to the city! Loved the back screened in balcony! It is a city, so there will be some noise from the street. It had all the necessary “hardware” to have a meal there in the home. And, I can’t say enough about our host. Not only did she give us suggestions of things to do and places to eat, she gave us ideas to help us on our trip and even made dinner reservations for us the night we came in! She was very responsive and accommodating. Thanks Debbie!

Savannah Perfection!

Everything about our stay was perfect! Debbie is so friendly and has excellent communication, we cannot wait to plan another stay at their beautiful home. The house is clean, well appointed, and conveniently located. It is within walking distance to pretty much everywhere you want to be and the private parking spot is a bonus, our car stayed parked the entire time. The beds were very comfortable and all of the amenities were not only available but in pristine condition. We enjoyed sitting in the parlor and around the dining room table after a day of shopping, eating, and sight seeing. We have stayed in Savannah several times and will not only stay again but also highly recommend to others. They have put a lot of love in to this home and it feels welcoming the moment you walk through the front door.

Not the cleanest property

Sinks in bathrooms did not work. No shower safety bars. Utensils and glassware were dirty, floors were dirty. There were cockroaches, giant one’s throughout the first floor. However, the parking was off street and secure overall not worth the price charge.

The parking is very secure and there is free parking along a nearby side street. The house is in a good location and a short walk to any place in the historic district. Communications with the host were excellent.

Great house near everything

Me and some friends booked this house for a weekend trip. It was very clean and everything worked properly. The host communicated well before, during and after our stay. The location is right near all the downtown attractions, bars, restaurants, etc. The only negative thing to be aware of is the house is located on a main thoroughfare, so you will hear noise from loud cars and motorcycles, especially Friday and Saturday nights. Obviously this is not something the host can control, but wanted to mention it for those it might effect. Overall recommended.

Great historic house in Savannah.

Perfect house for a visit to Savana. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and Debbie was great at making sure we were organized for easy check-in and explanation of how to use the house, locks, TV, secure parking area. It was everything we wanted in an easy walk to everything we wanted to go to in Savannah

The Green Grey House is large enough to accommodate our family group, but intimate enough to make us feel at home from the moment we walk in the centuries old property. We love this house.
Private courtyard, beautiful moldings, and Parking! We loved celebrating this houses’s 200th birthday in 2021!

Parking in Historic SAVANNAH is scarce. The house boasts a secure parking courtyard complete with garage door opener for added security if returning home late at night.
You can walk everywhere in the Historic District.
If traveling with an infant or small child, the property comes with a baby gate, pac n play, and high chair.
