Välkommen till Woodley Beach House, beläget i Gleneden Beach, bara några minuters bilresa söder om Lincoln City! Denna vackra två våningar hem erbjuder två sovrum och två badrum med plats för upp till åtta gäster! Gå igenom ytterdörren och gör dig redo att koppla av och njuta av vad Oregon-kusten har att erbjuda!

Du hittar ett mysigt vardagsrum med en helt ny bäddsoffa och läder stolar bredvid den stora plattskärms-TV där du kan titta på en film på uthyrning som tillhandahålls Netflix eller sitta och chatta med en ny kopp kaffe tidigt på morgonen . Det finns till och med en gammal vedeldad spis som kan användas på de kyliga Oregon nätterna eller dejiga morgnarna. Kolla in utsikten från de nya rutfönstren medan du slappar av i vardagsrummet, eller bara ta en promenad ut på det helt nya däcket! Ta en snabb resa ut på gården för lite sol eller njut av lukten av havsbrisen. Du kan till och med se havets blåa från vardagsrummet.

Bredvid vardagsrummet hittar du kök och matsal. Köket har allt du behöver för att piska upp en snabb hemlagad måltid medan du är på resan. Matbordet har plats för upp till sex gäster, men med vardagsrummet i närheten har gästerna inga problem att kommunicera med varandra under måltiderna.

Tiden att kolla in de sovande arrangemangen! Varje sovrum innehåller en king size-säng. Sovrummet på andra våningen erbjuder en vacker utsikt över havet. Den nedre sovrummet har ett badrum med duschkabin. Det andra badrummet på nedervåningen har dusch / badkar. Det finns också en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet och en dubbelsäng från trappan på andra våningen, perfekt för alla barn i ditt parti.

Tillträde till stranden är bara två kvarter bort, eller så kan du ta dig upp till Lincoln City och kolla åtkomst till stranden via Siletz Bay, precis bakom Waters Edge Condominium. Du hittar också massor av saker att göra medan du är på din vistelse, inklusive golf på Salishan golfbana, handla på Lincoln City Outlets, få en bit att äta på någon av de många restaurangerna i stan, eller ens skapa din egen glasflotta. Glöm inte! Lincoln City kör Finders Keepers varje oktober till maj på Lincoln City stränder. Försök dig lycka till att hitta en glasflotta du kommer att behålla för evigt. Annual Girls weekend

The house was just fine for the weekend, although it is "cozy".The master king bed is worn out & has a severe V. But if you sleep with your pillows along the side, it is comfortable! Otherwise, the house was just right for our group of friends.

Made Memories On The Coast

Mother - daughter visiting my mother. 3 generations gathering together and making memories. We sat on the front deck and took in the ocean views and smells. A time we will not forget!

Speaks get away

We really enjoyed our stay. Very cozy and close to the beach. But in the master bedroom the bed needs a new mattress. We sunk into the middle. Thanks again for the wonderful get away.

Roach family fourth of July getaway.

Quick access to the beach. Comfortable and clean accomodations. Everything was accurately described in the listing. It's always nice to stay in the Gleneden beach area. Plenty of things to do north or south along the coast.

Disappointed

The place was dirty. Sand all over the floors as soon as we walked in. There are zero mats or foot scrapes at this place. So when you walk in there’s nothing to wipe your feet on as you enter. We honored the place by taking our shoes off to not track sand in, but walking around was insane and within a few steps you have sand covered feet even though you haven’t been to the beach yet. The kitchen is not equipped for anyone to stay and cook. Most of the kitchen tools are nylon and very melted from previous renters. Sorry, but I’m not going to eat melted nylon in my food. Why not spend $50 bucks to get silicone or wood kitchen tools. We found a nonstick pan that was so cut up and scratched that it was unusable. No BBQ grill either. Unfortunately a very important remote that was important for adjusting the TV volume was missing so we couldn’t turn up the TV, which was at zero, so we couldn’t watch any television. We texted the property management company but got no response. We looked everywhere for it, nowhere. Check in was 4pm. In the morning we asked for an early check in of 3pm and they said it would be a $50 fee. Seemed a little extreme, so we declined and stayed around the area. At 4:06pm, while on the way there, we received a text that they were running late and check in would be 5pm, so we turned around. Even though they wanted $50 to check in early, we weren’t offered any kind of $50 dollar reimbursement for their lateness.

Downstairs guest bathroom tub did not drain well when showering…drained very slowly. Likely has things blocking it. This existed prior to our arrival.

Fit our Needs

We were meeting friends from Montana who rented several homes in the Bella Beach neighborhood. We could not find a comparable place there but found this place only 5 minutes away. It was just hubby and I and worked out perfect for us. Made a couple of breakfasts, sat out on front deck one evening, I stayed one day and worked while he went deep sea fishing. Only complaint was that the master bedroom had a "plastic" cover on the mattress that was loud and annoying.

So close to wonderful beach!

Loved this house. Comfortable for a family with adults, teen kids and a toddler. Beautiful renovation, awesome kitchen appliances, pots/pans, comfy beds, and walked to the beach every day in about a minute. Would stay again!

Perfect little getaway

Nice little getaway. Walking distance to a little nature trail and brewery with little shops. Nice quaint little house with plenty of games, cookware etc.

Oregon Beach Vacation can suck it

Lock box code was changed, didn't work. OBV called "emergency maintenance" said 15 minutes, we waited 45 with dogs and raining. Entered unit and had another issue, called OBV again on hold awhile. Took a message for a call back on issue and never received a call back. Never renting from that management company again!

October family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location, good parking. We had a Pleasureway travel trailer. Garage available if needed. Good layout of one downstairs king master bedroom and bathroom. The laundry facilities are in a closet in this room as well. The upstairs isn't really two bedrooms but rather a nice big room with view and closing door, but the other dbl bed is in a kind of loft situation, not as private but adequate. Good sleeper sofa in living room. Clean, nice decor. One tv only in the living area, no cable but streaming, games, and movies available. Short walk to beach but wish we had known ahead of time that there is a big construction project going on, which did not hinder beach access but was a little bothersome for some of us. Kitchen was bright, good appliances. Could use a few smaller sized plates, but adequate for the most part. Other than salt and pepper, don't expect to find any other spices, oil, sugar, etc. Not a bad thing, just sharing info. Location is a residential neighborhood so no stores or shops in walking distance. We would stay there again.

Great

The property was great. Close to the beach and located centrally to all the places we wanted to visit. My only complaint; could be a bit cleaner. Reached for my shoes under the bed and saw numerous empty cans, socks and trash. But overall, very happy with the rental.

Quiet and relaxing

Overall we had a very nice time. The property was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all of the tools needed to cook for the week. The fridge was a bit loud and the filter on the furnace closet needed to be cleaned.

Family get away

Clean and quiet

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean and quiet with comfortable beds (we only slept in one king bed). Enjoyed the cable tv lineup as it was a rainy weekend. There were, however, a few drawbacks. Outlets in the kitchen didn’t work so we had to put the coffee make on the floor (cord was too short to reach up to a table or another surface), no coffee filters provided, and no entry mat (we had a dog and there was a mud pit outside the front door).We could definitely tell that this place was run by a company looking to trim costs and give you as little amenities as possible. Cost was reasonable until you add the extra fees. In the end, I would give the place two stars for the cost.

Only concerns were we had to arrive at 6pm instead and garbage can outside was full so we had to contact management. The rental was overall clean but some food was still in dishwasher upon arrival. They were very responsive and came next day to remove some of the trash. Amazing location close walk to beach.
