Ett två sovrum 1 badhus med öppet koncept. Alla bara ombyggda.

Den har en sluten yttergård och bakgård så gott om utrymme för att koppla av eller njuta av utomhus med familj och vänner. Det finns gott om plats för lounging och bar b que område och en eldstaden.

Huset har alla bekvämligheter det sover sex två queen sängar och en drottning dra ut soffa. Stor TV, spel och böcker.
Vi är nära många vinodlingar och mycket bra restauranger och shopping.

Köket är utrustat med en kaffebar, te och snacks. Också om du vill ha något speciellt vid ankomst kan jag ordna det också. (extra avgift kan gälla)

Vi har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare för din bekvämlighet.

Badrummet har en hårtork, schampo, balsam etc.

Sovrummen har hans och hennes badrockar som ska användas.

Huset är mycket bekvämt.

Två parkeringsplatser finns tillgängliga framför portarna. Också på begäran har vi en bil som kan hyras för din vistelse. (extra kostnad, fråga)

Vi kommer också att skapa ett speciellt tillfälle om du anländer och vill överraska någon eller bara vill ha det du tycker om i huset. (extra avgift kan gälla)

We love this house!

The house is cute, private, and comfortable. The front yard is private with a great picnic table area for working or eating in the afternoon sun. There's a very spacious backyard with plenty of outdoor furniture for hosting or simply lounging. The home itself has all the amenities you could need--it's a very comfortable space that really came to feel like home. Also the wifi is excellent. My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 months during COVID and worked remotely, and two people simultaneously on Zoom didn't slow down the internet at all. This cottage would be an excellent home for any length of stay, and we plan to come back again when we can.

Christmas in sonoma

Comfortable house with all the amenities. Having an enclosed front yard worked really well with our dogs. The backyard is beautiful and I hope to return during the warm weather so we can enjoy it. It was close to downtown plaza. It was the perfect location for spending Christmas with our family. We would definitely stay there again.

The perfect getaway house

We had a great time- this property is elegantly decorated and truly feels like a little escape but with the essentials of home. A major added plus was how prepared Gaylyn was for an unexpected power outage. She had lanterns, battery operated candles, etc. We will definitely return!

Einfach alles perfekt gewesen. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundschaftlich. Das Haus ist urgemütlich eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man brauch,von Geschirrhandtuch über 15 kuschelige Decken,weiche Handtücher, Grill,Kaffee ,Tee,Eiswürfel,Gewürze,tolle Weingläser und als mega Highlight,der tolle Garten mit der Feuerstelle.

Beautiful cottage, perfectly appointed

Beautifully decorated house, the property has an incredible backyard, spotlessly clean, and with excellent cooking appliances. We just loved our stay in Sonoma in large part thanks to this wonderful home.

Wonderful Getaway

We really enjoyed staying here in Sonoma. The house is very cute and comfortable. Gaylyn provided coffee, tea and some great snacks. The house was equipped with plenty of amenities. The backyard is awesome. Location is great. We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable place

This cute little place has been completely updated, and is quiet and comfortable. The back yard is well equipped with a dining table, chairs, and a fire pit. The snacks and coffee/tea with all the “fixings”. were pluses. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Loved our stay at this charming Sonoma cottage!

This was our first visit to Sonoma and we couldn't be more pleased with our accommodations. The cottage was extremely clean and Gaylyn thought of everything a traveler might need. A lovely selection of coffee, tea, cocoa, oatmeal, microwave popcorn and little jars of snacks were provided. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bedrooms are cozy, the bathroom is clean with a very nice shower and the living room is just right for relaxing after a day of exploring. The cottage has so many interesting decorations. The back yard is very large with different seating areas including a table for dining, gas grill, couches, rocking chairs and a fire pit table. We thought the cottage was in the perfect location. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute House, great location

This is a cute little house with lots of outdoor space. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need plus extra treats like coffee, creamers, oatmeal, popcorn, snacks, spices, etc. etc. etc. Its in a nice location for going into town or wineries in the valley. Gaylyn is a wonderful host, always prompt to respond and eager to ensure a great stay. Would highly recommend.

Great base camp for Sonoma and Napa adventures

My girlfriends and I immensely enjoyed our BottleRock weekend at Gaylyn's house! We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard with its gas fire pit and outdoor seating. The beds were clean and comfortable, perfect for crashing after a long day at the festival and wineries. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in wine country.

Great place to stay for a wine experience or wedding weekend

My husband and I had our best trip to Sonoma staying at the amazing house. I HomeAway quite often and this was my favorite place thus far. It was clean and relaxing. I loved all the blankets to snuggle up with after the sunset. Thank you Gayle.

Cute house but the neighbors smoke pot continuously

The house was great, a cute little cottage with great proximity to the wineries. Lots of snacks and coffee available and Gaylyn was very helpful. Unfortunately the neighbors smoke pot constantly so it smelled like roadkill skunk the whole time, even getting through door and window cracks to seep into the house. It was our one negative but it was definitely a major negative for us.

Clean, quaint, and cozy home!

We had a great stay in Sonoma. We cooked dinner and breakfast with no troubles. All cooking materials and utensils were available and stocked. They graciously provided snacks, coffee, and even a couple beers in the fridge. The beds were very comfortable and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the evening air. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Great Value

The house was in great condition, we were able to check in a little bit early. Gaylyn is extremely easy to work with and answered all of my questions very quickly. You can not beat the location of this house for the price. We will be renting again when we are back in Sonoma!

Beautifully-renovated house in Sonoma!

Very lovely house--it was decorated very nicely in a classic Italian wine-country aesthetic. Gaylyn was super responsive to questions and concerns. There was a small issue upon arrival, and she went above and beyond to immediately resolve the issue. Would stay there again!
