Historiska Church Street East Home helt renoverat. Gå till allt downtown om du vill. 3 kvarter till nöjesdistrikt och nya restauranger. Convention Center och Riverfront 5 kvarter bort. Mardi Gras Museum 3 kvarter. Mycket bekvämt hem med 2 sovrum på övervåningen och 2 nere. Uppdaterade bad med klo fot badkar och duschar. Helt nytt kök med granit bänkskivor och rostfria vitvaror. Ny 5-brännare gasspis också om du älskar att laga mat. Stor matsal med plats för 6. Av gatuparkering för 3 bilar. Trevlig bakgård uteplats med grill. 12 "tak och hjärta tall golv. 21st Birthday Beginning

The house was walkable to all things Downtown. The host had things for guests that I've never seen in another unit. Room for everyone. Everything was really nice, we enjoyed our stay.

Spacious home in a great location

The home slept 8 comfortably, the rooms were spacious and the kitchen and bathrooms had been renovated very nicely. The whole house was spotless. The living room furniture could use updating, not very comfortable seating but we weren’t home that much. Driveway is very narrow at entry point, a bit tricky going in and out. We had two smaller SUV’s, not sure how a bigger car would fit. It’s a wonderful location, easy walk to a nearby grocery, shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Perfect location!

Traveling on a business trip to the Mobile Civic Center, the house was a 3 minute walk which was perfect for our event. Plenty of room and comfortable beds.

Nice place near downtown

Traveling with a large family. This older home had everything we needed. Cozy place with comfortable beds. Easily fit our family of eight. We were in town for a cruise. Home was right down the street from the cruise port. Also close to the historic downtown area. Nice restaurants and night life close by. Pleasant, responsive owner. I would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone traveling with a larger group.

Wedding party

I was getting married this past weekend so me along with my groomsmen stayed here. It was very spacious and the back yard was just big enough to play some yard games. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend to anyone.

Guys RTJ Golf Trip

Was a great location for a guy’s golf trip. 4 beds and room to spread out. Easy drive to Magnolia Grove and then we headed over to Lakewood Golf for the other RTJ Trail course. Easy walk downtown for dining/drinks. Great stay! As advertised. Thanks!

We were in Mobile for an event at the Civic Center. Loved that we were able to walk instead of drive to get there. The house was spacious & had everything we needed for a short stay.

Wedding Week

We had a fabulous time in Mobile. My son’s new wife is from Mobile & we are from Atlanta. Needed a place to comfortably accommodate 7 people for a week & this was definitely it. Beautiful home, great location with plenty of room. Definitely recommend & hope to stay there again in the future!

Excellent location

Driveway is VERY skinny. Sleeping areas were excellent. Not much available seating for 10 guests. Tastefully decorated. Very close to restaurants and downtown amenities.

Great house for multiple families!

We had three families stay in this home, with spouses and children, and all were comfortable and had enough space. The house was as advertised and the property manager was extremely responsive. I highly recommend this property!
