This is the upper floor of a two story historic building with a BALCONY. The unit has its own separate entrance and is well appointed with high end décor and art. There is a separate downstairs unit (not shared, but can be booked and combined upon request if available).
* OFF STREET PARKING in the heart of downtown with close views of high rises.
* Sleeps 6! There are two bedrooms (king bed) (queen bed and sofa bed) and one full bathroom with a large walk-in shower (no tub) and double sinks.

Beautiful downtown apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful top floor apartment. The location is walking distance to restaurants and shops in the downtown area. It was clean and furnished with lots of charm. We especially loved the porch for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. We would definitely stay here again.

Authentic Mobile downtown charm

The host made our stay experience very easy and simple. The place is an antique and you feel as though you have been transported back into time. There are the modern conveniences like a tv and microwave but the old brick walls, furniture and artwork tells the story of mobile past. The location is perfect for walking about the downtown area and there tons of great restaurants. Grab a drink on the 34th floor of the trust tower for an amazing view of the river. Thanks for having us.

The owner, Ken, took it upon himself to reserve this place for me without my even asking.

I sent the property manager, Ken, a question. Instead of answering my question, he booked his property for me and requested payment.
