Huset har 2bds / 2baths, med king size sÀng i master och king size i 2: a sovrummet. Det stora sovrummet har en klÀdkammare, masterbadkar har duschkabin och njut av att titta pÄ TV i bekvÀmligheten av din sÀng.

Det 2: a rymliga sovrummet har en stor garderob och 2: a badrummet ligger precis bredvid.

This property is located in the perfect location, close to shopping and great places to eat. The house was clean and had all the appliances, cooking ware, dishes, etc. that was needed for our stay. The outdoor patio and pool area was amazing! Communication with the host was great as well. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Stayed at this property to attend ASU's graduation. Property was as described, communication with the host response and very helpful. Property was in excellent condition woth many amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Great place quiet neighborhood.

The house was very nice and perfectly clean. Great location very quiet neighborhood. Backyard is perfect with the pool, covered seating area, putting green, and the fruit trees. House has everything you need inside as well. Owner was great to work with. Highly recommend this property.

Comfortable home. Quiet neighborhood.

The home was very welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. Had just about everything we needed. Our kids and grandkids loved the pool. We took advantage of what the community center had to offer as well. The fruit from the backyard trees was delicious. Gina was always quick to respond to any questions we had.

This is our second stay. This house feels like a home away from home. The homeowners are great with answering questions and communicating with their guests. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is stocked with just about anything you need.

Relaxation at its best

We have stayed at this house of Gina and Lance several times before. We have truly enjoyed every stay here. We love the updates of the new 'glass wall' and the outdoor lounging area as well. Our trips include visiting one of the many hiking options in the morning and relaxing outdoors in the afternoon. We 'of course' will plan to return for another stay.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed the property! The pool was great, the house was roomy and clean. Location for us was perfect! A/C worked great, lots of ceiling fans for circulation and cooling! The master King bed was very comfy! The second King bed was just ok. Ice maker worked great! We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

This home is amazing!! The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need. We went to the grocery store and stocked the frig and freezer and made most of our meals. The bed was as comfy as our bed at home. The pool is amazing. We waited until around 4pm when the shade was over the pool and spent a lot of our evenings lounging and enjoying the bath water temp pool. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood and close proximity to stores and restaurants. We also enjoyed all mornings sitting on the back patio drinking coffee. We would definitely stay here again and can't wait to plan our next trip. It was one of the most relaxing and comfortable vacations we have ever taken.

Great Rental in Peoria AZ

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the yard and pool; unfortunately, the hot tub wasn't working while we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

Relax and daughter’s big interview possible move.

We could not be happy with the owner and their home.Quiet surroundings and close to everything. Great communication with owner.Enjoyed pool and patio everyday.Home was very clean.slept like a baby in comfortable king size bed.Wonderful bathroom and shower.Spacious living area with large couch and tv.Kitchen with new appliance's ,clean and well supplied. We came to AZ for a golf vacation. The Peoria house is central to lots of golf courses. The house was as advertised and perfect for us and friends.

Beautiful property in Northwest Phoenix

We stayed at this property over Thanksgiving 2023 to visit family in the local area. This property is clean, comfortable, and pleasant, and the owners were very responsive. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. Highly recommend!!!!

Autumn oasis

We loved staying at this home. It had a very well stocked kitchen and the pool area was incredible! The bedrooms were very spacious and the other areas were very cozy with comfortable furniture! We ate most of our meals outside and enjoyed grilling steaks on the massive gas grill! The firepit was nice too! We loved the quiet neighborhood and would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I currently live in WA State but try to get to AZ as much as possible. We have visited this area often, as we have family here. We love the AZ weather. We are also a retired military family.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We fell in love with this house because of the location. We are big Mariners and Seahawks fans. We love all the outdoor activities, hiking, boating, Lake Pleasant is very close for all the lake activities, spring training & the weather!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We also wanted a home with a pool, golf course and a gym. We didn't want anything too big as this will one day be our full time home.
