We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home…very clean, well maintained, fully stocked with EVERYTHING, easy access, quiet neighborhood, great friendly communication, and magnificent backyard that looks like an oasis, with a private golf course directly behind and gorgeous sunsets! We enjoyed watching the golfers and golf carts go by, in fact a couple of them expressed how beautiful the yard was especially with the pool, landscaping and lights! Wish we could’ve used the outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplace, but it was too hot!! We highly recommend this property for a peaceful and pleasant stay!

My family loved our stay here. We were in town for a wedding and this house lived up to every expectation we had. We especially loved the heated pool! We're from a small town so we were also very excited to be so close to food places we don't have in our state like In-N-Out and Raising Canes.

Kelly was amazing every time I reached out to her. She replied back to me quickly. The house and the yard was beautiful and it was the most well equipped house that we’ve ever stayed in.

We were in Phoenix area for a wedding. This home was the perfect “base” for the group that had travelled in from the East. Too cold to use the pool but everything else was simply perfect. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely book this property.

Clean and comfortable

Great location on the golf course. We enjoyed the serenity of the backyard. The rest of the house was pretty sterile, not much warmth and decor, but it suited our needs.I’d rather have clean than warm any day, and it was very clean.

Christmas in Goodyear

My family from out of state met me for Christmas at this beautiful home and our time together there met all my expectations. The home was clean and comfortable, the yard was exceptional and the pool gave hours of fun to my two granddaughters. The owner was easily accessible and felt like a friend. I would love to stay there again.

Excellent location, outstanding property owners

The home is outstanding.. Owners have a great attention to detail. Could’ve been more perfect for 6 days with family. The pool was a hit with my nephew . He spend most of his afternoon in there. We would recommend this property to anyone and look forward to coming back in the future
