Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay. Level yard was great for playing catch, frisbee, etc. Dock was great, easy water access. Hot tub, grill, dock were all in very good shape. Fire pit close to water was nice. Kitchen, dining and living spaces were nice. The property represents better in person than it does in the photos. This is lovely place. We loved the great lake views, easy access to the water, the covered porch facing the lake. The inside was nice and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. Furniture and beds were comfortable enough. Hot tub was enjoyed several times. No issues with the check-in process.A few things kept us from giving 5 stars:- The place was a little more care-worn than it appears in the photos.- The heaters on the main level are quite noisy. If we had needed them more, it would have been quite annoying.- The house has no A/C, which was not a problem for our stay, but could have been in the heat of summer.- If you plan to cook and like good knives, you should bring some. The ones provided were only fair.

Great getaway

We throughly enjoyed ourselves at Smooth Sailing. We fished, hiked and spent a lot of time in the hot tub. Just what the doctor ordered.
