Family vacation!! If though there was an issue with the hot water heater , they were prompt on getting it fixed ! Thank you to the homeowner for the wonderful pizza !! We will be back !!

Awesome private pool

The house had minor issues but the private pool on a holiday weekend made the trip! Kitchen had anything you could think of or need for cooking.

Perfect location and awesome pool!

We really enjoyed our stay and had a great trip! The location of the house was perfect with the bay and beach access was easy just across the street. We enjoyed fishing off of the dock in the bay. Communication was quick and easy with the management team. There were some issues with the house and furniture was a little run down but it didn’t bother us and we would definitely rent again. There was also plenty of room for our 12 guests and they had lots of pool and beach equipment to use! I would certainly recommend it!

amazing family trip!

We LOVED this house. It absolutely beat our expectations- we had multiple families with children staying and it was so well equipped. There is pretty much everything you need (and more) for your family, pool toys, floats, beach equipment, grilling stuff - everything! The house worked for our needs, was so well decorated and the gated deck was great!! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great location! Close to the sound and ocean.

We enjoyed our stay greatly. So much to do- swimming, fishing, kayaking, biking, etc. The house was well-appointed. Needs some light in the living room and updates or repairs in the kitchen. Other than that, very comfortable.

4 generation's 1 house 1 epic spring break

We all loved the house and it provided plenty of space to cover our 10 guests. The private pool was an amazing feature to have since the weather didn't cooperate at the beach and we experienced red or double red flags nearly everyday we were there. We booked a fishing charter and had fresh dinner, took the whole family to the local zoo and had a great time. Relaxed poolside often such a fun and private little area in the backyard. We appreciate the Vacasa team who were quick to respond to a small issue with the refrigerator, provide a solution and went above and beyond. All in all if you are even thinking about visiting the area this is a great option to do so.

Location was great.

The house is very used. It could use some updates. It could also use a deep clean. However, it was clean when we arrived. It’s just a very used house. The location was great for the beach. The pool was great and we were very happy we paid (a LOT) to have the heat on. The staff at Vacasa were VERY responsive. They responded immediately and took care of the full garbage cans. Everything worked in the house. No real issues to complain about.

Great location but had broken dishwasher

Loved location, house, backyard, private pool, but had a broken dishwasher during our stay, managed just fine without it. Staff came out and accessed problem quickly. Would definitely come back regardless.

Wonderful stay

This house has everything you need to keep you busy. All of the beach and pool accessories you would need. No need to bring beach buggy, chairs or sand toys, all are provided. Along with floats for the pool. There are board games as well as an Xbox inside. All you need to bring are clothes and food! Three families with kids on this trip and everyone was pleased. We had no need to contact property manger.

I paid quite an additional to have the pool heated and it was not.Nice house and location

I paid an additional money per day to have the pool heated. It was warm the first day then got colder each day. It was too cold to use by the 20th. I would like a refund of the money I paid because services were not supplied! There was an air conditioner hanging by one hook off the wall when we got there. I notified the office and it was never repaired.

Property needs attention

Numbers on the keyless entry lock stuck, which made entry difficult. The pool was half full when we arrived; TV’s & x-boxes did not work properly. Opening the garage doors the entire stay was never achieved the entire stay. I called the ‘local’ number on a Sunday for help. It was July 4th weekend, I never received a call back. I personally went to the office when they opened on Wednesday. They were very nice and attentive. This property didn’t develop these problems just before my arrival, they were ongoing issues.

Lots of broken things and pool guy will just walk in without warning

Couch bed was broken and couldn't use it. One of the split a/c units didn't work in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Broken lamps. Cabinet door loose in kitchen. Ceiling fans mad alot of noise. Definitely needs upgrading. We won't be back. One top of everything else the pool guy goes to the pool without letting us know he is there and scared the mess out of my wife when she walks out there to see a strange man standing by the pool.

Nice but….

There were stains in carpet in living room. Food stains on ceiling in kitchen. Not enough towels to sleep 10 people. There were 4 in each bathroom. I had to buy towels and wash clothes. Only one roll of Toilet paper in each bathroom. One dishwasher pod available. I had to go buy trash bags and dishwasher soap. I have stayed at others and didn’t have to go buy all the extras house looks a lot smaller in person then in photos. I will probably not ever stay in this location again. I would only recommend it with telling future renters to make sure you bring everything. Others provide all the things I had to buy. Not sure if the is an owner issue or Vacasa issue.

Great pool, But.....Nasty Floors,counters

We arrived late on the 11th about 6pm and could not get in, it was over 100 and I had a 90-year-old and 77 yr. in the heat for well over an hour before getting a new code to get us in the house. Next, we could not get the tv to work in any room, and again when I contacted c/s for the 3rd time I was told the tv guy or people will contact us directly, but no one ever came. My husband figured it out, or the office turned on the wifi?? Then the pool guy shows up on the 2 or 3rd day and puts heavy chemicals in the pool and tells us we cant get in for 24-48 hours???WTH?? It's over 100 degrees, why did they not wait till first thing in nthe morning? Late in the afternoon, after everyone is fried, We planned a pool bbq for that day! Thanks, your pool guy did this twice in the 10 days we were there, Did I mention that upon finally getting in and my grandfather spilled somewater on the floor in the kitchen and when my ma in law wiped it up her rag was black!! So nasty!! My mom in law washed the kitchen floor that night, she said she could not stand it. Everyone wore socks in the house, due to black feet!! Very disappointing, and no Blankets on beds, sand in the master bed in the sheets the 1st night, master bed would fall if you roll around too much, then have to wake someone else up to help fix it in the middle of the night! The Pool when we could get in it was the saving grace for us!! Without that pool, we probably would have cancelled everything. I dont know if we will ever trust r

Loved everything about this house!!

I oved a lot of things about this house....has its own private pool..my kids enjoyed it. Confy beds and very spacious inside. ts walking distance to beach and plenty space to sit and relax on the porch or by the pool. Kitchen has just about everything you will need for cooking your meals. I will definitely come back on my next vacation.

Men's Fishing Trip

Seven friends from college chose SolVista as our lodging for our annual gathering. Home is well appointed and comfortable with plenty of room. Would choose this location again.
