Jag hatar att skryta sÄ jag ska guote nÄgra nuvarande gÀster - "KÀrleken i detta hem fyller vÄra hjÀrtan." Jones familjen frÄn Tacoma. "Du har ett hÀrligt hem - tack för ditt charmiga hem och din södra gÀstfrihet" Familj frÄn Boise.

Nu för detaljer - det handlar om 2800SF - 3 sovrum / 2 badrum (ett sovrum pÄ bottenvÄningen med dubbelsÀng). Sovrum pÄ övervÄningen har drottning och Kalifornien kung sÀngar-stora rum med dormers. Tillbaka till nedre vÄningen - stort lantkök med matplats och solrum (och ja det finns solsken i Oregon!). GÄ genom de franska dörrarna till ett stort dÀck och eldstaden.
Omkring 1/3 hektar inhÀgnad mycket. Det finns ocksÄ en tÀckt uteplats för underhÄllande Äret runt utanför det stora familjerummet (med vedeldad spis) som ligger i andra Ànden av hemmet frÄn köket. Formell matsal och vardagsrum (med öppen spis) om du Àr i humör! Mycket traditionell stil - hemtrevlig, varm och bekvÀm.

NÀra till shopping - downtown Portland och vinlandet. Bara en och en halv och en halv frÄn kusten som Àr ett mÄste se sÄvÀl som Mt Hood och Columbia Gorge. Our hostess was amazing and had a welcome snack for us at check in. Totally unexpected. The home was beautiful and perfect for our family gathering. Large back yard and pet friendly. Everything was set, and fun seasonal decor! Great location for access to the surrounding areas and have already recommended for a couple visiting soon from Denmark. I cannot thank our hostess enough for sharing this home.

This property was amazing! Very charming and communication with the hostess was very easy. There were directions for operating the lights as well as other things. I would definitely book again! The backyard was so peaceful.

We traveled to Oregon for our daughter's wedding and chose this home for an 8 day stay. The spacious home accommodated our family of four (and a few days 6) comfortably with lots of rooms to enjoy! It has a well stocked kitchen with pretty dishes, condiments, spices, etc. The homeowner is a great communicator and assured me before our arrival that she had cake pans in the house for me to make a wedding cake. She was also responsive when the coffee maker stopped working and she promptly had a new one delivered the same day! We enjoyed eating dinner at the backyard table and we wished we had more time to play a board game outdoors. :)

Great stay! Gorgeous back yard with several seating areas was great when we entertained family. Older home with a few quirks but spacious, comfortable and quiet. The most fully equipped kitchen we've enjoyed in our 20 years as frequent VRBO travelers. Wonderful host. Will stay again!

Tranquility in Tigard

Our family had a wonderful stay in this relaxing home. There were treats in the kitchen and unique decorations throughout the house. We enjoyed our first meal in the beautiful, spacious backyard. The player piano was so entertaining. This place is a treasure and we look forward to another visit here again. Thank you Barbara.

Wonderful Home!

Such a delightful time here at this property to celebrate my birthday and spend time with family. Barbara welcomed us with a fresh fruit plate, wine, cheese, crackers, muffins and cookies...She even had fresh flower arrangements on patio table and inside dining area! Pleasantly surprised when she personally delivered a brand new replacement grill since the old was out for repair! Highly recommend to others looking for a relaxing place that feels like home away from home!

A Home Away From Home

From the moment we arrived until the morning we left we felt completely at home in a property that welcomed us with thoughtfulness and consideration. The owner is very available and has left notes and instructions where they are easy to find and follow. Having a downstairs bedroom with full bath was very nice as one of our party is handicapped and it made for a wonderful and relaxing time for him to be able to use all the amenities of the home which are too numerous to mention. Downstairs is very commodious and comfortable - and this was during cool weather without using the backyard which was most attractive with lots of sitting areas. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Perfectly homey!

This home is spacious, quiet, and completely comfortable, with all the amenities anyone could wish for. It was the perfect set-up for our family of adults. The younger couple stayed downstairs and left the house early each day to hike, while the older couple slept in undisturbed and enjoyed leisurely mornings. Barbara was readily available via text to answer questions and make suggestions. There were thoughtful touches throughout the house, and we enjoyed the evident sense of humor :-) We even played one of the board games one evening! Thank you, Barbara, for facilitating a very special family vacation!

Awesome place!

We enjoyed this stay so much. The house was clean and had so many great hang out spots both inside and outside! We really enjoyed the backyard space. The location was very nice and the neighborhood was quiet but still close to downtown Portland and many other great areas.

Great stay near Portland

We were 3 couples and stayed here 3 nights. The home is spacious both inside and outside. Barbara was very responsive to messages and was a welcoming host, leaving us wine, cheese & crackers, and some baked goods. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and had everything we needed.

Everything was perfect!

This house was great for our needs. We were in town for a softball tournament- the location was close to all the fields we played it. Barbara was great, she left us treats and made contact the day after we got there! Nothing negative to say!
