Perfekt för att underhålla utomhus, har detta fantastiska 2 sovrum, 2 badrum hem ett nyrenoverat kök och privat trädgård utrymme på cirka 1/4 tunnland. Ligger på en lugn gata i ett säkert område vid basen av Mt. Williams. Bara några minuter från Nike, Intel och 10 miles från centrala Portland. 2 miles till gamla centrum av Beaverton.

Vackert uppdaterad master bad med glas dusch surround och uppdaterat gästbad med djup badkar. Parkering utanför gatan och massor av parkering på gatan.

Tyvärr, ingen tillgång till garaget eller den extra hyresenheten ovanför garaget. Ingen tvätt på plats men tvättomat i närheten.

Cute, updated house in the burbs

We enjoyed staying in this cute ranch home with extensive updates, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms (with heated floors!). The backyard is a nice little oasis as well. Very clean, relatively quiet and easy access to the surrounding area and out to the coast.

Christmas Comfort

This home is very comfortable. Lots of places to hang out (front room, living room & delightful back patio).The house across the street had a delightful Christmas light show. Easy drive to Cedar Hills area with REI, Salt & Straw ice cream, and Tom’s Pancake house

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood

The house was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. The outside covered patio and backyard are beautiful. Josh was a great host and responded to our requests very quickly. We highly recommend this place!

Short city visit

The house was very clean in a quiet neighborhood. I stayed with a friend after knee surgery for a couple days of recovery before returning home. Location was convenient to everything.

Exceptional home

The pictures do not do justice to this place. The home is clean and very well kept with a nice, enjoyable back yard. Everything we wanted to do was nearby and we had no issues. Would definitely stay again!

Great Trip

The house was perfect! Very comfortable and clean. Great location, close enough to shops but tucked away in a friendly quiet neighborhood. Josh was friendly and quick to respond, we had no issues during our stay.

Graduation stay

The property was fantastic. Plenty of room for myself, husband and adult daughter. Clean, easy access, plenty of parking. Could not have been better. I would stay again in a heartbeat. I just the weather would have cooperated better.

Everything about this property is even better than we imagined. Little details and fully stocked necessities and even items we didn't expect! The outside covered patio and backyard are charming as well. Quiet neighborhood. Host responded quickly to questions/requests. We highly recommend this rental!

a little piece of heaven

This is an amazing place to stay. The house itself was so clean and nice layout with a family room and living room. The kitchen was a dream to cook in. The grill on the patio in amazing garden was a treat. Really enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood for walks. Had coffee in the beautiful backyard every morning every morning. DEFINITELY staying here again when I come to Portland to visit family. Host was so responsive to all our questions!

Olympic Trials Oregon Trip

Great stay. Went to visit my daughter. Plan the trip to drive down and spend a day at Olympic Track Trials. The house was perfect location. We spent 6 days. Awesome backyard and fun table to eat at. Great kitchen and well stocked huge rooms. Very clean. Never even used living room. Very quiet neighborhood. We will stay again. My only suggestion would be to have a roll of tin foil and plasticwrap and some glass Tupperware storage containers for leftovers. Thanks for a great time

Portland Visit

My family decided to vacation on the west coast this year and we had an excellent time exploring Portland. The property was lovely. Very clean with a nice outdoor space and a quiet neighborhood. The host provided clear instructions, so much so that we didn't have to bother him at all during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property for other groups of 4.

Great place to stay!

The house was clean and well maintained. My adult daughter and I were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed. The recliners in the front room were comfortable! The yards are beautiful. We enjoyed eating meals on the patio.
