Våra två sovrum bostadsrätt är en inbjudande reträtt på en av de vackraste stränderna i världen. Vårt bostadsrätt tilldelar dig möjligheten att sitta eller sitta på vår privata balkong för att titta på delfinernas hopp, parasailers eller de underbara solnedgångarna i Mexikanska golfen.

Denna lägenhet är vårt andra hem och vi inbjuder dig att använda den som din egen eller dela den med din familj och vänner. Det är professionellt inredda med bekväma och inbjudande möbler och all lyx i hemmet. Du hittar allt du behöver inklusive en porta-spjälsäng och barnstol. Vi har alla "extra" som krävs för att göra din vistelse lika bekväm och välutrustad som ditt eget hem.

Vår lägenhet har två sovrum med 2 sängar i KING-storlek, alla med privat badrum. Våningssängar finns också i lägenheten och en sådan fantastisk funktion.

Vi ligger på det tjugonde våningen, med en hisnande utsikt över stranden och Mexikanska golfen. Vi erbjuder kostnadsfritt höghastighetsinternet, så att du kan hålla kontakten med familj och vänner, och tre HD-TV-apparater och DVD-skivor.

Det enda problemet du har är vad du ska göra? Mästerskapsgolf, fantastiska restauranger, spektakulär shopping, sportfiske, dykning, parasailing och nöjesparker ... eller bara ligga på stranden eller runt en av de tre poolerna med en fantastisk bok. Anläggningen har AQUA Kids Club, som erbjuder övervakade barnaktiviteter för barnen fyra till tolv år gamla. Inklusive skattejakter och konsthantverk under sommarmånaderna.

Aqua ligger inom gångavstånd PIER PARK som erbjuder bra restauranger, shopping och underhållning destination; Pier Park. Aqua ligger utanför Hwy 98 på Front Beach Road och är bekvämt för alla motorvägar som leder från sydöstra till Mexikanska golfen.

Wonderful Condo

This was a spacious condo that would comfortably fit 6. Everything was included, even extra chairs and condiments. The only thing you need to bring would be your toiletries, beach towels, and swim suits! I read the dryer was loud and it was. We just ran it when no one was sleeping .That would be the only downfall. Everything was great, thank you!

Great stay!

Thanks for a great stay. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The location can’t be beat. Having complimentary beach service was wonderful! The pools and deli are a great benefit as well. We will be staying here again!

Panama City Aqua Beach Resort

We had a wonderfull vacation at this location and the condo. There were a few minor issues with the condo, but the owner had them fixed in a timely manor. the owner was very good to deal with and would highly recommend the condo.

Vacation at the Aqua

We enjoyed our stay. The condo wasnt very clean. Bathrooms had hair all over the floors, i swept all up. The tables in living room had rings from glass or soda cans. Livingroom carpet and on couch had sunflower seeds. Dont like to give negative reviews . The condo was great, just cleaniest not good. Thank you.

We had really high expectations for this property. We have been coming to PCB for years and have always wanted to stay at Aqua. Aqua is nice, awesome location to pier park and restaurants, within walking distance.The elevators are very fast and getting in and out of the parking garage was easy. Nice pools and owner provided beach chairs which was a bonus. Check in and out was good. Good communication from owner as he did respond quickly to my messages. Upon arrival we noticed the condo wasnt as clean as it could have been. As the days went on we found muliple issues with the cleanliness of this unit that was very disappointing and frustrating since we all pay a cleaning fee! As previous guests had mentioned the dryer took a really long time but wasnt a huge deal for us. There was one kitchen towel and one kitchen washcloth provided, would have been nice to have a couple of each. Balcony furniture was just ok.

Softball Tourney

We were down there for a softball tourney. Condo is in the heart of everything! Traffic was a bit hectic and loud at times- but that’s expected staying right on the strip. Condo and beach was clean and well kept. Hosts replied quickly and gave us all of the info we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely property in Panama City Beach

Enjoyable stay in Panama City Beach - nice unit with a great oceanfront view. We enjoyed 4th of July fireworks from our balcony. The unit had plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Only hiccups: No power at all in the 2nd bedroom when we arrived; we notified the owner at 5:50p on July 3 but it wasn't repaired until July 5 - we didn't understand why the person cleaning the unit didn't notify the owner earlier -- an electrician probably could have fixed the problem before we arrived. We ended up staying in the unit for several hours the afternoon of July 5 because, although we gave permission for Aqua to let the repairman in, he had to come and go a few times to get repair parts - either he would have had to leave the door open or would have had to ask Aqua to let him in a number of times. We found it odd that all the lamps and clocks in the unit were unplugged when we arrived. Toilet paper wasn't great - wish we had brought a few rolls of Charmin from home. Overall, we would recommend this property.

Beautiful ocean view

The condo had a beautiful ocean view plus great amenities. We loved the pools, the beach chairs, and how close it was to the pier and pier Park. The table and chairs on the balcony was a big hit with us. Being able to sit there while having lunch or breakfast, and looking out at the ocean was the best part of our trip. We had great communication with the owners and will definitely stay there again.

Perfect condo for one month stay in PCB

We loved the condo and everything in it. The view was spectacular. Bed was extremely comfortable. Communication with Mark while on our stay was quick and helpful. Can't wait to comeback.

Loved It

Check in process was easy and clear. Owner was easy to reach if needed. Property was convenient to Walmart/Target and a number of restaurants. The condo itself was clean and offered a number of amenities. We were thrilled with all aspects.

Excellent Condo! Deserves the 5 Star Rating!

Super Clean!! This was the first thing we noticed upon walking in to the unit. We stayed a month in February and it truly felt like home away from home. This unit is fully stocked with everything you need and many extras! And the owners are exceptional! I can't say enough good things about them! But if you need them, they will be there for you! Beautiful sunset views from the balcony or the comfort of the couch on cold evenings! Walking distance from Pier Park and great restaurants! We have been going to PCB for several years and always choose Aqua. No issues with elevators this trip! This unit deserves the 5 Star rating!!!

We love the beach. We have two adult children and grand children and most of our family vacations over the years have been to the beach! They are both married now and we continue our love of the surf and sand with our precious children and their spouses!
