The house is new, plenty of space for everyone. Beds were comfortable. 4 baths was certainly a plus. Overall an excellent choice for us to stay

Stayed for 3 nights in early June for a family wedding at a nearby venue. We had an amazing stay! The house is extremely spacious with 5 very large bedrooms, all with king sized beds. Bathrooms were great as well. All the amenities we needed were provided. We especially loved the gas firepit outside. It was easy to start and actually provided a good amount of heat. Bob was very responsive and answered any questions we had. Wonderful stay, would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

Great accommodations for my family of 8 with an infant! Family wedding weekend in Newport-house is amazing- so roomy and comfortable! Bedrooms are large- each with a king bed! Great location on a dead end street- nice and quiet for a family gathering! Bob is great with communicating- responded right away with all my questions! Nice perk that the house had a pack-and-play and high chair for the baby- didn’t have to lug one with us! Would highly recommend this incredible house- hope to visit again and explore more of Rhode Island!

Perfect fit for our Newport trip

Four active retired couples explored Newport mansions and sailboats and used this exceptional home as our base. We give it our highest recommendation, and would add more stars if they were available. Cleanliness was impeccable, communication was excellent, and everyone kept commenting on how perfect it was. Breakfasts at the large dining table, and then cocktails around the firepit. Couldn't be better!

Great property / some furniture upgrade would be good

Great property. Clean and with great amenities. Well located.Some furniture, esp a couple of mattresses and sofas in the living room, could use an upgrade. The sofas were very soft, but not particularly comfortable, so we ended up not using them much.It was compensated by the great fire-pit that we enjoyed thoroughly.All in all a great experience for the 2 nights we spent there.

Amazing Stay

The house and property are just as advertised, or even better. The property owner is extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this rental is. The house is beautiful, clean, and well kept. The location is great for walking and for traveling to Newport downtown attractions. The best part was the simple and quick walk to the beach. If you are unsure about this rental, I highly recommend you go through with the booking

Beautiful Home on a Quiet Street

Our family of 10 really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is well constructed, very clean and comfortably accommodated our group. After all of us returned from the beach and showered we NEVER ran out of hot water which we found remarkable. Bob was great at communicating when questions arose and check-in was a breeze. The path to the beach was long (especially carrying chairs, towels, etc.) so we drove each day. In such a great house it would've been nice to have an upgrade on the pots and pans in the kitchen. Last but not least, Bob's coffee is excellent.

Absolute Perfection

Far enough from the crowds but close enough for a 5 minute drive to town, this hidden gem was just perfect for our group. Drive a bit away from the noise and check out 3rd beach for beautiful serenity, or head into town for all Newport has to offer. Bob was such a wonderful host and we felt so welcomed. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this beautiful rental!!

Great spot! Quick drive to Newport

Came to Newport for a wedding and this was the perfect spot for my and my group of friends to stay. It was a quick 5 min drive over to Newport. House was great! Clean! Big bedrooms! 2 min drive down to beach. Owner was available via text which which was great incase we needed anything.

What a great place!!

Our group of 7 ladies enjoyed this BEAUTIFUL home in Middletown and Newport area! We loved the all king bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms! The backyard was adorable and we loved the gas fireplace outside! The walk to second beach through the school was beautiful and the beach was amazing! We were so lucky to have beautiful weather for the end of September to enjoy the beach, which was an easy drive away. Plenty of chairs and towels available too! Thank you Bob for a great stay!!

Everything you could possibly need

Great house fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Nice big bedrooms tastefully decorated. Great location to get in and out of Newport. Owner seems very nice and pays attention to detail. We used the house so the girls could get ready for the wedding. Plenty of common space. Highly recommended.

Modern, Spacious Home with Every Comfort

We had an amazing stay and this is the perfect place for a trip with friends or family. This modern home has all the features that you wish you built in your own home. From the outdoor propane fireplace to the large front deck, this home offers everything you need for a week away. The 5 bedrooms, each with their own king bed, made it so that our entire group of couples could stay in comfort. Lots of bathrooms meant that we weren’t all fighting for the same shower. And the kitchen is perfect for meals at home. You’ll love this home and everything it offers!

Above all expectations

This property is amazing. Stayed for a week with our adult children and their grandparents. Everyone had a spacious bedroom with a comfortable king bed. Bathrooms were large and so was the well stocked kitchen. Dining table seated our crew of 10. The backyard was beautifully landscaped and we enjoyed the fire pit. Extra beach chairs in the garage was a bonus! Close to both 1st and 2nd beaches- a bit of a walk but we dropped off our gear first and then walked. Very close to downtown Newport as well. Grateful that the property was dog friendly! Highly recommend this beautiful, comfortable and convenient property. Thank you for a truly memorable vacation!

Amazing find!

This house was perfect for our group of 9 girls! We had a hard time identifying which room was the primary at first, because each room was beautiful and had a king bed. There was also a great amount of bathrooms to accommodate our group. We also were surprised by how spacious the living room and dining room was to accommodate all of us so comfortably! We walked to the beach in about 15 minutes and had such an easy time going back and forth to town, vineyards, and farms! Bob was incredibly sweet, very responsive, and helpful - he even came by the house several times very promptly when we needed help! Thanks, Bob, for an amazing weekend!

Girls weekend In Newport in this beautiful home

We just got home from a weekend away i this beautiful house. Everything was perfect! House is brand new and very clean and very tastefully decorated. We all agreed we loved all the colors / patterns in the decorations. Bob was very easy to communicate with and even left us a complimentary bag of his coffee which was delicious. House is great for families or girls weekend/ friends weekends. Neighborhood is quiet so if you are a loud group this probably isn’t the best property for you but it is very convenient to town and we even walked to a few restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone. Thanks bob for a great weekend!

House was perfect and great location. Host was easy to communicate with and answered my questions. We fit 8 adults with no problem. The fire pit is a lovely bonus! Only thing I would have liked were better pillows or extra. Kitchen was also well appointed. Coffee was much appreciated!

Perfect for our group of 5 - 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. Bob, our host, was readily available. Quiet neighborhood. Easy drive into Newport. Well equipped kitchen. Beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the front porch & backyard patio. Highly recommend.

Bob & Liz are high school sweethearts who have lived in Middletown since 1979. We love to host interesting people from all over, sharing our wonderful community with new visitors.

The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, yet it's close to everything, including beaches and restaurants. It's only a mile away from downtown Newport, yet the house is in a quiet neighborhood so you can escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown to your perfect sanctuary. This part of the neighborhood is surrounded on two sides by the beautiful campus of St. George's School. Lots of great outdoor space on the front porch and the rear terrace with a gas firepit. Fenced in back yard for perfect privacy.

Although both First (Easton's) and Second (Sachuest) Beaches are a few blocks away, the walk to Second Beach is through the grounds of St George's School, across the athletic fields and down a clear path to the beach. A scenic walk to the nicer beach of the two.
We designed this home as a vacation rental, with spacious king bedrooms with lots of closet space. The gourmet kitchen and big dining area are perfect for a sumptuous dinner of up to 10.
