We stayed here for a family wedding weekend and couldn't have asked for a better setup. The home comfortably fit all 12 adults, with plenty of space to spread out, gather together, and get ready for the big day without feeling crowded. Our host, Gabriel, was outstanding. Communication was prompt and clear from booking through checkout, and both check-in and check-out were completely seamless. No surprises, no hassle. The location in downtown Newport is truly perfection. Everything we wanted was within easy reach, which made the whole weekend more relaxed and enjoyable. We would absolutely rent this place again and highly recommend it, especially for larger groups. Thank you, Gabriel!

Superb! Location cannot be beat. Across the street from Bannister's Wharf. The house looks even better than the pictures. The bar room was so much fun. The view from the deck is wonderful. It exceeds every expectation one could have. If you're a large group it would be a huge mistake to not stay with Gabriel at this house.

Wonderful house. Lots of room for our big group. Only thing to note is that the main kitchen/living space is on the 3rd floor. Totally fine for us (and we loved the view) but just so people know who have trouble with stairs.
