We enjoyed our time at Mr. Larry’s condo so much! It was perfect walking distance to the beach with unbeatable ocean views! It was our first beach trip with our 4 month old and it was perfect for everything we needed! Will definitely book again!

The condo itself is in a great area. Amenities and access to the beach were (mostly) great. The outdoor pool had some damage but that’s not the owner’s fault and doesn’t impact this review. Our major complaint was how dated everything was and the couch. One corner of the couch is being held up by a cinder block and when you sit on it, it sagged like it was about to give out. Also a concern was that the dishwasher was very noisy when running. There were also cracks in the tile and damage to the countertop. Remember to bring your own dawn & laundry detergent. That being said, the pros outweighed the cons for the most part. It served our purposes and we were mostly on the beach.

This host is extremely accessible, handles issues very quickly, is aware of building or unit issues and makes the stay very smooth. The unit was clean and as described. Will search for this host when we book in the area again. Highest recommendation.

We went for rest and that’s exactly what we got. We used the balcony and only went to the beach twice totaling less than four hours in our four days there. Would definitely use again and the owner was very helpful… even ordered perfect weather for us! We’d give it five stars!

This condo was perfect for my family of 3 for 5 nights. My daughter who is 13 and is taller than me didn’t want to sleep on the bunk beds so we took her a blow up mattress. So the only downside was not having a sofa bed but we made adjustments (no big deal at all) Beach view was perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and afternoons. Our host, Larry, was so amazing and very easy to reach if needed about anything! We’ve been to Gulf Shores twice and this is the first time we’ve stayed in Orange Beach and we enjoyed the less crowded part about it. Parking at the condo was wonderful and the elevators are by far the best ones we’ve encountered at the beach (even a door dasher that rode up with us one night commented on that) Bottom line, you won’t regret booking with Larry, he’s a wonderful host and the condo is just what is needed for your stay! Thank you Larry for letting us stay in your condo!

Very nice vacation spot.

We had a great time staying at this place. It was easy to check in and out. The place was nice and clean and had all the necessities one would need and had a beautiful view of the beach. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Located close to Gulf Shores, Al and the Florida line this property offers gorgeous views of the beach, sunrises and sunsets. Often, dolphins can be spotted playing in the Gulf of Mexico out front of the condos. Close to many great restaurants and activities, such as, water parks, shopping outlets, golfing, biking trails, Gulf State Park fishing pier. All of these are within a few miles of the condo.
