Denna 2 BR / 2BA condo är mycket exklusivt! Det är en hörn med gott om plats för alla! Det finns en kombination vardagsrum / sovrum så vi kallar denna lägenhet en "Studio" .... även om det också har ett andra sovrum över hallen. Denna lägenhet skulle vara perfekt för en familj att njuta av eftersom det stora vardagsrummet för att samlas och titta på tv ligger i sovrummet ..(vardagsrummet är faktiskt inuti sovrummet). Det finns spektakulära vyer överallt du ser i Living / Master eftersom det här är en hörn! Detta combo rum är enormt ... och det leder till en överdimensionerad balkong med utsikt ��ver poolområdet och stranden. Det angränsande mästarbadet har travertingolv, bubbelbadkar, fristående dusch och dubbelt handfat.

Gäst sovrummet ligger på motsatta sidan av lägenheten och har en king size-säng med en balkong med utsikt över tennisbanan och parkering. Det angränsande badet har travertin golv, bubbelbadkar, fristående dusch och en dubbel handfat som din familj kommer att älska !!

Gourmet äter-köket ligger i mitten av lägenheten mellan de två sovrummen. Två kan äta vid frukostbordet. Detta fullt utrustade exklusiva kök har en Viking Spis och Kitchen-Aid ismaskin! Och det finns en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare i tvättstuga .. och gratis Wifi!

Det finns en låst dörr rätt när du går in i enheten. Denna dörr är fortfarande låst hela tiden, såvida du inte bokar enhet 101 också. Sedan ger vi en kod till dörren och det blir en stor 4 sovrum, 4 bad för stora familjer att hyra.

Faciliteterna på Phoenix 8 inkluderar en uppvärmd inomhuspool, stor utomhuspool, bubbelpool nära inomhuspool, träningsrum och bastu.

Spacious condo with great view of the beach. Fun balcony on 2 sides. The 2 bedrooms were at opposite ends for peace and quiet. Small kitchen but it worked fine for our needs. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Location was great. The beach was beautiful. The room was larger in person than the photos. The property only gives you the bare minimum in the unit: toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, etc. There was no salt/pepper, butter, olive oil, pam..... anything like this, you must bring or buy your own. That was the only downside.

Best balcony!

We had a great stay! The kitchen is small but had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable although we like them a little firmer. We spent most of our time on the huge balcony eating and enjoying the scenery! We would love to rent again and if we have more people, rent 101 as well!

WOW what a view!

The view of the beach and the ocean from this unit is beautiful! It’s nice to have two roomie bathrooms within the unit, it’s a little odd to have a king size bed in the living area, but it was properly representative of the unit description. The building did have some exterior issues or pieces that had fallen but maintenance handled the issue quickly all in all this was a wonderful day would definitely rent this unit again.

This is the perfect accommodation for any family of 4 or 6. The space is so comfortable and relaxing! The pictures do not do this place justice. The host is very informative and made every aspect of our trip the best trip ever to the orange beach area. We cannot wait to return and stay in this unit again. Thank you so much

Perfect vacation condo

This condo is much nicer than the photos indicate. We were 4 adults and one child. The studio bedroom was not an issue. It worked out perfectly. The balcony is huge with a large table, 4 chairs, 2 sun chairs, and room to spare. The only suggestions would be to bring a sharp knife for the kitchen if you plan to cook.

** There is no living area. The living area is IN one of the bedrooms. ** Kitchen is closed off and on the small side. Only 2 chairs. ** Balcony was nice with nice loungers. ** Beds were comfortable. !! The boardwalk is under repair so you have to walk a LONG way to the beach. Up and down stairs. Just an fyi. !!

This was an amazing rental right next to the ocean. There was comfortable king sized beds and plenty of closet and bathroom space. There was also an amazing view! There was an indoor and outdoor pool but the indoor pool wasn't heated as desacribed in the listing. There was a ton of cobwebs on the windows under the shutters but otherwise a clean rental. We will definitely book again.

Not what I hoped for

The condo was laid out in an odd manner. One bedroom was in the living room. It was supposed to be gulf front and I guess it was but you couldn’t see or hear the ocean. It was too far back on the beach and the sand dunes were built up so tall that you couldn’t see anything. Had trouble with the television. Had to have the receiver worked on for the internet. I will never rent in this condo again.

Great get away

The pros.Location and walk out to the beach was great. The condo was clean. Checkin was easy. The cons were that there is plugs that do not work here and a breaker tripped. Didnt cause concern. Definitely would stay here again though.

Nice spacious place with big balcony

We enjoyed our stay and the location is great! Only issue we had was doing laundry, we had several black lines/spots and 2 holes from what we believe is the dryer (washer is new). There is a section missing when you open the door and apparently the clothes got caught in it while drying. Hopefully that will get fixed as we just sent into the information with picture. We still loved our stay and gave 5 stars!

Spring Break

The unit was very clean but the overall property and unit could use some updating. The washer was off balance but maintenance came out immediately and looked at it. It was determine me a new washer was needed and they ordered one promptly. Overall, given that we were there to hang out on the beach and pool, the unit was nice enough and the extra large patio a bonus for morning coffee. I would like a little earlier check in as 4 pm is later than most places.

Long Weekend Getaway

This condo was as advertised. A little different layout but it works. We had plenty of room for the little ones and ourselves. It was clean and cool upon arrival which was much appreciated after a long day of driving. We would definitely stay here again.
