Loved having access to the beach. Had a small problem with Cable and Internet, but that was resolved the next day. Overall a very nice place to stay! Just bring some toilet paper with you. 🙂

Perfect Little Get Away Spot

I love this little spot! It’s clean, nicely renovated, with a fully equipped kitchen, and right near the beach (2 minutes to the sand!). This will be an annual family vacation spot -100%!!

Condo was nice. Everything was in its place and nice and clean. Would recommend this condo and would do a return stay here.

Good, not Great

Everything was good but not great. Very dated furniture but very spacious and close to the beach but beware, don't leave your beach items on porch as it will get stolen. Even the owner's items were stolen during our stay.

Tropical Isles

Our stay was great! The property has a laundry room, a pool, and beach access. The small convenience store across the street was very nice to have so close by as well. My only complaint was that the listing pictures show a dining table, and during our stay that table was not there. Having a 2 year old sit on a bar stool to eat was difficult. I assume the table may have just been damaged from a previous visitor and not replaced prior to my stay. That was not a huge deal though and the pros definitely outweighed that con!

The place is in a perfect location I’ve stayed there before and I have to say the same thing floors where dirty as hell I washed them on my hands a nee s the bathroom is nasty rust all over the door and bath curtain I bought a new shower head put it on and painting needs to be done and needs all upgraded fixtures and couch needs replaced needs a new fridge same old coffee machine nasty toaster nasty no ice cube tray’s nothing done since my last visit. Sorry but had to let someone know

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The location has very convenient access to the beach. The decor and furniture were great. I do, however, share the same negative opinion of many other reviews of this property....the occupant should not have to supply their own toilet paper and trash bags. These are necessities, not luxuries. There was a partial roll of toilet paper and only one trash bag. We were there for 4 and a half days. There were multiple days worth of dishwasher soap, which was a luxury. Not sure why the toilet paper and trash bags aren't stocked. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.

Very nice but lack of supplies

Condo was very nice and we enjoyed it a lot. There was chairs, beach toys and boogie boards for the kids which was very nice. Only one toilet paper and paper towel. Only 3 pillows for a room that sleeps 6 and no comforters on any beds, only sheets. The dishwasher would never start so we had to load it and then wash what was left over. There was a different table in the dining room than in the listing and it was to high for the chairs, the bar stools were too high for the bar so really no where to eat a meal for the kiddos

Property was below average

Arrived late Monday, 6 guests in my party. No hot water to shower in that night and not enough towels for 6 people. Called to report problems next day, someone brought more towels but no one came till Wednesday morning to fix the water issue, water still wouldn't stay hot, called it in again, no response whatsoever. So we had cold showers for 5 days!!! Poor management, do not stay here it's a dump!! The beach was nice only thing that was good. This place was not big enough for 6 people either. You get what u pay for!

Good not Great

Place is good for the price. It was clean but could’ve been better. It’s across the street from the beach access but it’s one of few units without beach service i.e. chairs and umbrellas are not included. That would be nice for people who don’t have that stuff. Pool was nice but typically busy. There’s a convenient store located next to the property which was nice. There’s only one bathroom and it’s located off the bedroom so anyone sleeping in the living room has to walk through the bedroom whenever they need to use it. The pull out and day beds were comfortable enough. The stove is located directly next to the day bed so that was a challenge to keep our two year old from touching the burners. All in all, place was enough but could be a lot better with a few updates and a deep cleaning. Would stay here again if everything else on the island was too high.

Not exactly what I expected

This was our first time staying in this condo. While the condo met all of our needs and had all of the basic necessities it was not what I was expecting. The past few years I have found cleaner, newer and bigger condos for around the same. You just need to book a full 6/7 months before your vacation. I dropped the ball this year and booked 4 months in advanced. The condo staff were very polite and Helpful. Any negitive comments I have is based off of the condo having vinyl flooring through the entire condo, which is not fun when you are dealing with sand. I spent a hour plus everyday trying to sweep up sand. The other main issue we had was the pull out couch. The couch smelt horrible. I am not sure if the smell was from previous guest sitting/laying on the couch in wet swimsuits or if the couch had been urinated on. It was such a strong odor that You would smell it just walking by. I did not notify condo staff about my concerns. We just made due with what we had but I probably wouldn’t stay here in the future.

Très bien situé, à 2 minutes de la plage. Secteur tranquille propre et agréable pour la marche. Grand condo avec équipement nécessaire. Peinture, fenêtres et déco à rafraîchir. Grille de ventilation à nettoyer ou remplacer. À recommander. Merci

Close to beach

Tropical Isle is an older building and interior is also aged but it did the job for what we intended our trip to be about and that was being at the beach! It is a great location and beds were comfortable for us. Would stay here again.

Very nice. Steps to beach and convenient store next store was nice for kids.

Very pleased and exactly as listing showed. Only thing that could have been better was a lock pad on bedroom door so didn’t have to walk around for beach access. Would highly recommend adding that. Most all other units had this

very dissapointed

after checkin there was no key to the back door. I contacted.the owner, and they refused to get us a back door key. they just said if we wanted to go to the beach, we would.just have to leave the back door unlocked. We will never, ever again rent this unit. we have stayed in tropical isle on many occasions, and never been treated like this before. we are done! customer service was terrible. we give it an F-.
