Nyligen uppdaterad med nya vardagsrumsmöbler och sovrumsmattor.
Ligger direkt pÄ stranden, bottenvÄningen med stranden precis utanför dina skjutbara glasdörrar.

Njut av de vackraste soluppgÄngar och solnedgÄngar frÄn din privata uteplats och de socker vita sandstrÀnderna och smaragdgröna vattnet. Se bilder och etiketter för mer detaljerad vy.

Enheten har ett fullt utrustat kök och en tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare för dina tvÀttbehov. Vardagsrummet och sovrummet har en TV. Vardagsrummet har en DVD. Gratis WIFI Àr ocksÄ tillgÀngligt. Sovrummet har en dubbelsÀng med 1/2 badrum. Vardagsrummet har 2 soffor med bÀddsoffa i soffan (helt nya mysiga sovande april 2018). I hallen finns ett komplett badrum.

Det finns en pool med solstolar och bord. BBQ och picknickomrÄden ligger nÀra poolen. En privat grillplats finns ocksÄ pÄ vÄr uteplats. Ordförande och paraplystrandtjÀnst ingÄr mars - oktober.

Det finns mÄnga butiker, restauranger, nattliv, vattenparker i nÀrheten. Fiske finns med bÄtcharter, fiskebrygga (bara tvÄ mil bort) och pÄ stranden. Outlet-köpcentret i Destin ligger bara en kort bilresa bort. Du kan njuta av massor av aktiviteter eller bara koppla av pÄ de vackra strÀnderna.

Relaxing

This was a vacation for just the hubby and me. As soon as we walked in it felt very comfortable. Loved being on the first floor even though you couldn’t see the gulf but you knew it was right past the beautiful sand dunes So close to anything you need. Stephanie was always available to help Will be returning again my new favorite place

Little paradise

Very convenient, clean and nice with everything you need. The condo was spacious and fully stocked. Even had sunglasses and flashlights tucked away for you. Would definitely recommend and I will be actually booking again next year.

Perfection!

Property was 100% as advertised, it was clean, beach right outside back patio, condo was easy to get to and essentials to get us started (bath & kitchen towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods) all provided. Location couldnt have been better! We will be booking again!

Relaxing!

Very comfortable. I slept very well and we enjoyed a quiet, relaxed stay at this cozy retreat. Very well stocked for basic preparation of meals if needed. Beachfront; literally steps from the beautiful pristine beach and sea.

Our stay

Location was nice. Beach access was awesome. The gentleman that set up the beach chairs every morning was very helpful and friendly. Tenants in units above and to the side left trash in front of the back door of the unit we stayed in and made no effort to clean it up. Not a good look but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, none the less. Would stay here again.

Perfect location with all the things you need for a perfect beach bumming getaway!

Great location! Loved the ease of just walking out the sliding door and over the boardwalk to the beach! Enjoyed my morning coffee sitting on the beach everyday of our stay. Perfect weather , great food, and all the amenities needed for a perfect beach bumming getaway!

Great Place for a Vacation!

We had the pleasure of staying here again this year and enjoyed it again. We had an issue with cable and internet, which was in no way the owner's fault. She constantly gave me updates from the cable company and also offered me a couple of locations to go to in order to take care of some work I had to do while on vacation. This owner will do everything in her power to ensure your vacation is flawless. We will definitely book here again when we plan to stay on Okaloosa Island. Thanks again Stephanie for being a great host!

Wonderful

Condo was a perfect size for our family of 4, well stocked, clean and a uncrowded beach.. my kiddos loved the pool too. Will definitely like to come back in the future if available.

Right on the beach!

We loved this condo. It was perfect for our family of four. My favorite thing was how close it is to the beach. The boardwalk is literally steps from the back door. The chair and umbrella set-up was so convenient and the beach was never overly crowded like at most of the bigger condominium complexes. Stephanie was an awesome host. She answered all of our questions very promptly. We had a great stay and hope to come back soon.

Lower level

Great lower level with a back door that steps right out to the beach steps. Even though the beach steps are directly across it was still very quiet. Would stay again. The only downside was the queen mattress. It sagged in the middle when 2 people was in it.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We purchased our unit in December of 2000 from a friend as an investment and beach home. We have always loved going to the beach every summer and thought it the perfect opportunity to have our own place at the beach.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Okaloosa Island is just beautiful. The beaches are never over crowded and the emerald green water and white sands are just perfect. You can dolphin watch, people watch, go kayaking or for a wonderful jog or walk on the beach as well as the path. Florida has wonderful bike paths! You can do as little or as much as you like. The island adapts to your pace of life. Destin is just a few minutes drive away.
