HÀrligt Àldre hem 4 kvarter frÄn staden totalrenoverat 2018. Tre sovrum, master med privat badkar och skjutbara glasdörrar till ett stort dÀck och badtunna för 8 personer. Sovrum # 2 har en 3/4 full storlek sÀng och en tvilling, sovrum # 3 har ett par enkelsÀngar. Alla sÀngklÀder Àr nya Jameson Marriott femstjÀrniga madrasser. BÄda sovrummen delar ett vackert kakelbad. Höljet har en bÀddsoffa i full storlek för överflöd, eller barn som vill stanna uppe sent och titta pÄ en film pÄ Netflix eller frÄn vÄrt videobibliotek. Huset ligger nÀra Music Center och bara fyra korta kvarter frÄn stadens centrum sÄ att du kan gÄ till fantastiska restauranger, butiker och bryggerier.

My my my! Wow...just wow. We've rented dozens of vrbo's over the years and I have to say your rental "first impression" knocks it out of the park! The welcoming lights on, the little notes here and there, the wine and beer...such nice, top-notch touches. Thank you so much for all you've done to make us feel so very comfortable and welcome đ
The house is within walking distance of downtown Brevard and the world famous Brevard Music Center. It is also a short bike ride to the Bracken Mountain Trail, a challenging ride for any level of mountain biker.
Although the house is located close to the action, it is nestled in a very quiet residential neighborhood.
Brevard has so much to offer any visitor, from 200 waterfalls, thousands of miles of hiking and biking trails, the Brevard Music Center, square dancing in the street, lots of excellent restaurants and breweries, you will be so busy you will wonder why we bothered to put TV's in the house!

The plan on this house is to give it to our daughter when she gets married. That doesn't look like it is going to happen anytime soon, so we are listing on VRBO.The care and love that went into restoring and modernizing this house will be obvious to anyone that sees it, we want our daughter to have a home that will last a lifetime!
