Kom och bo på den vackra och avkopplande SOUTHERN SANDS 206 - en två sovrum, två badrum uthyrning direkt på de berömda vita sandstränderna i Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Denna andra våningar, familjevänliga lägenhet har en fantastisk utsikt från sin dubbelstora balkong precis vid stranden - vilket ger dig, din familj och dina vänner din egen privata utsikt över palmerna, sanddynerna och klartblå vattnet i viken av Mexiko.

Enheten sover sex personer bekvämt med en king size-säng, två enkelsängar och en bäddsoffa, tillsammans med två badrum. Det har ett rymligt kök för matlagning och en matplats samt ett vardagsrum med en stor soffa och platt-TV. WiFi ingår.

This is a peaceful and place to stay. It is very convenient but still quiet. There are great walking paths within walking distance. We love being so close to the ocean.

Excellent location. Size and layout were perfect for our family of four (two adults, two kids). Enjoyed it being on the beach and the pool was great. Reasonable rules and checkout process. Would have appreciated some backup up trash bags and TP, as neither were provided. Mold in & around the vents were also concerning. Couch and beds weren’t the most comfortable, but fine for a week spent mostly away from the condo.

I love the location of southern sands. It’s the 3 rd time I’ve stayed there (different room each time) never had issues or problems. WiFi isn’t the greatest. We couldn’t get our phones to link but the TVs were linked so that’s what mattered. But it’s really a great clean and convenient place to stay!

Perfect view of the ocean! We watched dolphins every morning. The room is very modern. The owner was amazing and the communication was 10/10! We can’t wait to go back to this one! Perfect vacation for our family!

Great location

Location is great, right on the beach and easy to get to, also not a very busy resort so no issues with parking or anything Condo is a bit outdated and can use some new furniture. Was a little disappointed in the amenities- no blow dryer, limited towels, but the location makes up for a lot. Overall our stay was pleasant, great place for families

Family Beach Getaways

This condo is in a great location and was perfect for our small family. Plenty of stores and local restaurants within walking distance so you don’t have to worry about getting the car out after a long day on the beach. But if you do PARKING is awesome! Never had to worry about finding a spot. Highly recommend this rental. We’ll be back!

Great Location!

Perfect location on the beach! Shopping and eating close. Owners very nice and easy to work with. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location

Started out great until we were told the condo association would be spraying Insecticide in the condo the next day .we drove over 7 hours & was looking forward to relaxing but we were unable to sleep well not knowing when people would arrive. We were notified the next morning 7:24 am they would skip this unit. Lounging on the balcony was a no go unless you've had a recent tetanus shot as the lounge chairs are complete rust & they are dangerous to anyone who tries to sit on them . The rolling beds are a danger as well, I tried to sit on the bed while getting dressed & the bed rolled across the room leaving me on the floor. Sinks in bathroom had dried toothpaste layers. Condo is in a great location & we enjoyed our stay. looforwardtttotonotwondering

Beach vacation

Great beachfront location with beautiful views. The unit was very clean with cute decor. Conveniently located near to restaurants. Nice parking area. Easy check-in requiring only a door code to access the unit. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Fall break

Location is perfect! Watched the sun rise every morning from our balcony. Loved being able to walk .5 miles to our favorite coffee spot - West Beach Coffee House located in the top of Pier 33 Grocery. On day 1 we arrived very early and the owners were very accommodating and let us check in early. The washer and dryer room was down just a few doors and takes cards so no change necessary. We will definitely stay here again!

Great views

Loved the property, location, and views. Clean. Had everything we needed. Loved having very few people and no noise. Beach wasn’t crowded and the pool was nice with just us in the pool when we were down there. The only thing I would change is the mattresses (needed to be softer) and maybe put the tall Adirondack chairs on balcony. Great communication and just what we wanted!

A little piece of paradise

First, the owners of this property are absolutely lovely and extremely accommodating. Second, even though the condo could use some updating, it provided all we needed for a relaxing friends weekend. The beach is just a step outside the property and coffee on the balcony in the morning and champagne in the evenings capped the stay. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home.
